This space is in the old city center, in an old building, ground floor - but surprisingly bright. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. It is all financed through guests which book these spaces. Check out the progress! :)

Being just across the street from a bus station makes it a perfect choice for exploring this vibrant mountain town. I offer 24/7 support via text, email or phone, so you shouldn't hesitate contacting me for any local advice or eventual issues. The usual check-out time is 12 PM, the check-in is after 3 PM, but I will be flexible about it, if possible.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

We couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb in Budapest! Beautifully presented, modern apartment. The neighbourhood is perfect and better in my opinion that being on the Pest side. We had a lovely stay at Robert’s apartment in Brașov with our 5-month-old baby. The space was peaceful, clean, and exactly as described—ideal for a couple or young family looking for comfort and calm. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a short stay: a cozy bedroom, a spacious living area with a huge TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and a relaxing bathtub. The balcony was a quiet bonus spot for our morning coffee while the baby napped. Location-wise, you’re in the best spot—right in Coresi, with quick access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and even an EV charging station just around the corner. Parking was also very convenient, right in front of the building. Robert was a warm, super responsive and welcoming host. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and he made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, we felt right at home and would happily return. Highly recommended, especially for couples or small families visiting Brașov!
