Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house is located in the countryside, in a quiet and pleasant environment. There's a spacious terrace in front of it. It has a large hallway, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a kitchen and a small room with a TV, which can also serve as a bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Free Wi-Fi is available. There's a washing machine in the bathroom, as well as an iron. In front of the house there is a large yard, with the possibility of free parking.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Dobrodošli u ugodan i opuštajući studio apartman u kojem ćete napuniti baterije i osjećati se kao kući :) Lokacija je odlična za one koji žele biti blizu centra ( 5 min hoda do Korza), a opet dovoljno udaljeni od gradske buke. U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Vrlo blizu apartmanu nalaze se četiri javna parkinga.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

It has secure parking and Wi-Fi. It is an apartment in our house and has a balcony, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
