My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden seating - rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend arriving only by 4WD car due to snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
