This new luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. This very spacious apartment has a dining table for 8-10 people. Its wrap-around balcony has spectacular views in 3 directions. The Master Bedroom has a king sized (2 single mattresses) bed. Up the spiral stairs in the Loft are 2 single beds. There is a lot of light. In the living room is a wood burning stove. The Bear Studio with Loft is on the same floor, across a hall. This can accommodate 4 more people making this a perfect situation for a gathering of friends and family.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

THE QUILUCRU

Our chalet is located at an altitude of 1400 meters on a sun terrace above the Visper or Rhone Valley at the foot of the Moosalp. Beautiful fauna and flora away from mass tourism. A large living room with fireplace and three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available. In August 2018, we started the complete renovation of the chalet and are delighted with the result of the two star architects Dani Ciccardini and Dirk Brandau.

Chalet A la Casa in Zermatt

The Chalet “A La CASA” enjoys a very sunny location on the north-east side of the Zermatt village. It has an exceptional view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside. About 150 meters to the ski bus station, 8-10 min. walking distance to the center of Zermatt. Laundry in the main house.
