Peaceful and charming studio with a partial view to the Matterhorn. Nicely located at 4 minutes walking from Sunnegga lift. It is a comfortable and generous studio of 36sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. Fully equipped and newly refurbished. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

In just a 10 min walk from the parking, you'll find Studio Juwel on the sunny end of Lomattenstrasse. In front of the house is a busstop to take you in winter to the skilifts for free. Not even 50m away is the nearest supermarket. You'll find all you need in the Studio: bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher. Small double bed, relaxing chairs, extendable dining table, TV, balcony with a bit of mountain view and lots of afternoon sun!

Holidays in fantastic mountains, ground floor

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter.

Large attic apartment (180 m²) with living room and open kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 beds each and 3 bathrooms. Located near the post office and parking garage. To the ski slopes 5-10 min. by free electric bus or approx. 15 minutes on foot. Tourist tax in winter CHF 4.50, in summer CHF 7 per person./night extra - for 6-16 half. For overnight stays of less than three nights, the laundry costs an extra CHF 10 per person.

La Colline: 3 min to Sunneggabahn (Studio)

The ground floor studio was newly furnished in 2016. It is quietly located on the east side of the house. For 1-2 people. With kitchenette, shower/toilet, east balcony. The house La Colline is located on the Riedweg. The lift to the Sunneggabahn and the end of the valley descent are a 2-minute walk away. Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk, the train station and church are a 15-minute walk.
