This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been totally renovated in 2016. Existing elements have been carefully complemented by new furnishings. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible by accessibility. Two living and dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.
