It is a spacious apartment, quiet and centrally located in an upscale residential area. Ideal for a single person or a couple (possibly with a child). There are open spaces, an enclosed bedroom with large bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and in addition a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2m) in the living-dining room.

The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house (three residents). The house entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 square meters) has two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is accessible via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be used in good weather.
