The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Very close proximity to the ocean, Butchart Gardens, hiking, beaches and lakes. Only 25 minutes to downtown.

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

1/2 block to the waterfront, kayaking, SUP, diving, boating and all water sports. 4km to Butchart Gardens, 13km to Sidney, 23 km to Victoria, 19 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and 200 meters to Brentwood/Mill Bay ferry to get to the Cowichan Valley and up island destinations. Great hiking/walking,cycling and all watersports right out the door in the local area. Local wineries, craft beer & cideries close by as well as pubs and resturants within easy walking distance.
