Cozy tiny cabin nestled in the mountains with amazing views! The large picture window offers a majestic mountain view all year long. 420 friendly private outdoor courtyard with waterfall & twinkle lights. Access to hot tub. Micro kitchen has fully stocked coffee bar, toaster oven, induction cooktop and mini fridge. Light breakfast snacks provided. The luxurious memory foam pillow top mattress is unbeatable. Artisan locally sourced wildfire stump sink in bathroom. Located 2.4 miles from 285.
We invite you to share our little piece of mountain serenity with us. My family lives in a log cabin right next to our tiny house. The tiny house is located down a set of stairs. Please be prepared to use stairs if you stay with us. The hot tub shares a deck with our house but is yours to use exclusively for the duration of your visit. Guests have a designated parking spot with a painted sign and a private courtyard with a small waterfall feature and outdoor string lights for a relaxing intimate outdoor meal and/or smoking. All smoking (420 included) is allowed outside only. In our snow season, 4 wheel drive vehicle (or other winter ready type of vehicle) is sometimes necessary. (Generally, for our location, it is only necessary during or following winter storms.) Colorado implements "Passenger Vehicle Traction & Chain Laws" during winter storms for Hwy 285, which is the highway necessary to drive on in order to get to the cabin. So it is best to plan ahead and have the required type of vehicle reserved if you plan to visit during the winter months. The laws are put in place for the safety of all drivers on the roads. Please visit the cdot site for details on the requirements by law for passenger vehicles, including rental cars. FYI: recently, the I-70 mountain roads now have an all-time traction law 9 months out of the year, even if there is not a current winter storm in effect. If you plan to drive into the mountains on I-70 at all, you are required to rent a 4wd, all wheel drive vehicle, or 2wd with snow or mud/snow tires. Kitchenette includes: mini fridge (no freezer), small toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, induction cook top with pan/lid/spatula, plates and utensils, bowls, cups/glasses, wine bottle opener, and a cutting board. We also provide cooking oils and salt/pepper. There is a sink in the kitchen as well. Dish soap and a scrub brush are also provided. We include kitchen towels but no paper towels or napkins as we try to be as eco conscious as possible. As with most mountain homes, our tiny cabin does not have forced air conditioning. However, it usually gets quite cool in the evening in the summertime so open windows and the ceiling fan do the job of keeping you cool! (Of course, I can't promise cool evenings; I can just let you know what's typical for our area.) I have a family member with severe pet allergies, so I cannot allow any pets on our property. Because the outdoor space is shared and my home is also used for cleaning linens and other items from the cabin (so, also a "shared" space), we cannot allow ANY pets on our property due to these severe family allergies. There can be no exceptions to this rule as this would be detrimental to the health and safety of my family. Thank you for understanding that there can be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Our place is located in a small rustic mountain neighborhood. It was a mining community back in the 1920s. We have some close neighbors, but they keep to themselves. Our neighbors are very particular about everyone driving slow on our dirt roads as they are not county maintained, so please follow the 10 mph speed limit signs. Watch for children at play, wildlife, and ATV/UTV travel on the dirt roads. Things to do nearby: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, 10 miles west of Denver, where concerts are given in the open-air amphitheatre. Did you know: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a geological phenomenon - the only naturally-occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheatre in the world. Staunton State Park - 12102 S Elk Creek Rd, Pine, CO Staunton State Park is a mosaic of low grasslands, rocky foothills, soaring granite cliffs, and lush stream corridors. From high grassy meadows at 8,100 feet to soaring granite cliffs over 10,000 feet, the park's geology, soils, water features, and climate create a rich variety of habitats. The cabin on Hall Rd is in Harris Park Estates in the rural outskirt of Bailey, Colorado. We are 45 mins south of Denver off of Highway 285. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in 1 room & 2 single beds in the other room. The bathroom has a shower/tub. And the kitchen is fully equipped.
This quaint cabin has a deck that overlooks Mount Evans and Mt. Rosalie. There is patio furniture and a propane grill. For the more adventurous there are spectacular hiking trails, such as Tanglewood. Additionally, there is a gorgeous lake within a ten minute walk. Main street Bailey is a 20 minute drive south on 285, where you will find eateries like Rustic Station offering local cuisine. You won't be disappointed in the tranquility of nature at the cabin on Hall Road! Enjoy!
I love the sunrise over the pine trees. I love the spectacular flight of hummingbirds. I love the living room's huge picture window facing west with snow capped mountains and blue sky. I love the smell of abundant pine trees!
  • I cannot say enough about the cabin! Firstly, the view! Sitting on the mountainside of Mt. Rosalie, you have amazing mountain views and you overlook the community below. The cabin itself is very well decorated with Jocelyns sense of style. My wife and I both were in awe of the view from sitting in the living area. Between the activities in the area and a great place to call home while there, this was the perfect end to our trip. Highly recommended!!

  • The pictures don’t do it justice, this cabin and the scenery are both beautiful! Waking up and being able to look out your window to the sunrise hitting mountain tops across the valley is amazing. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

  • Expect an awesome adventure getting there especially if you travel in January!

    Cassie2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was located in a beautiful place on the mountains, great view. Everything in the cabin was great, the only downside was the parking, since it was a little icy it was a bit difficult to get out of the driveway since it's a but steep. But parked on the street after being able to get out! Thanks for everything it was amazing!

    Magdalena2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • Loved this cozy cabin with the most amazing view! The amenities were great. Half of our week was just lounging around the cabin watching movies and relaxing. It was great

  • The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains

    Hayden2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved staying at the Yazzi cabin! We arrived around 6:30 on Friday and were delighted to explore this incredible cabin with thoughtful touches everywhere we looked. From the cozy warmly warn-in leather chair to the whimsy wind chime in the living room, we had a smile on our faces from the moment we stepped inside. The roads were plowed and had no issue accessing the cabin though I could see how, with the right storm, that could be dicey without 4wheel drive. We enjoyed the evening in the hot tub gazing at the stars, listening to music and then settling in with a fire as we snuggled our lil pup. In the morning we could not believe the sunrise - so vibrant and welcoming of the day. The views are incredible from every window in the house. We were giddy over all the little things that we have not experienced with other Airbnbs - complete medicine cabinet full of remedies for the “oops i forgot...”, plenty of firewood, comfortable bed and miracle bamboo pillows, flower vases on the walls and hooks everywhere and most of all we could feel how much care Dustin and Mary have put into this lovely home. The greenhouse is ideal for a nap or a cozy reading spot after a walk around the property. The cabin is so private and quiet - we enjoyed the opportunity to unplug. The town of Hartsel is not far and on the way to pick up snacks, get gas or more firewood you may have the opportunity to see the rare white buffalo on the side of the road. Dustin and Mary are incredible hosts with quick responses, thorough house manual and thinking of all the little details to take your getaway to the next level. Such a lovely weekend we already are looking forward to our next visit.

  • Cozy and enjoyable place! When we weren’t exploring we had lots of fun hanging around the house!

    Jacob2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin is the PERFECT place to check out of every day life and check in to peace and tranquility. I would highly recommend a visit to Dustin’s cabin on your next trip to Colorado.

    Laura2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had such an amazing time here! My favorite type of vacation is one where I don’t have to be around many people (or people at all, lol!) and this was just what I needed. Very secluded with wonderful views. The cabin had everything we needed and my pups loved roaming around the spacious property. The hot tub was the perfect place to hangout on the cold days we spent here. Dustin was very easy to get in touch with to answer any questions I had and even replied within minutes. We definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! Thank you for allowing others to stay in and experience your lovely cabin.

    Janis2020-02-15T00:00:00Z

Take a break from the world and enjoy 3.5 wooded acres at 9,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains. This home is designed and inspired by hygge (hu-geh), a Danish word and lifestyle that evokes the feeling of coziness, well-being, and simple pleasures. An outdoor steam sauna, 2 decks, and amazing views await you. Get cozy, explore, play games, hammock, read, take day trips, and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Refocus, rejuvenate, and relax in this intentionally curated space...
Follow on Instagram and tag your stay @hyggechalet_co The Hygge Chalet is located in the rural Rocky Mountains of Colorado, It is only 1 hour from downtown Denver and 1 hour to multiple ski resorts. There is an abundance of outdoor activities nearby that make perfect for day trips in the mountains. Upon booking, a personalized website detailing all the things to do and see will be provided. The home is a 1970's A-Frame, inspired by Scandinavia. It has a modern and clean design with a cottage vibe. Living Essentials: The home is 1400 square feet with an open floor plan. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, high-quality cookware, and all dining essentials. Basics such as, cooking oil, salt and pepper, a few spices, condiments, etc. are provided. A fair-trade and organic hot drink bar with Chemex coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is also yours to indulge in. The home is stocked with good reads, lots of board games, an iPad for movies, music, and information, a Bluetooth speaker loud enough to fill the home, a gas fireplace for ambiance, and a drawer of candles, incense, and oils to help create your own hygge vibes. All high-quality linens, towels, robes, and slippers are freshly-washed. Bed & Bath: Both the loft and bedroom have super comfortable memory foam queen beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub) and many toiletries and extras you might need. Sauna: The barrel steam sauna truly sets this place apart from all the rest. It's easy to use and allows you to sauna bathe in the traditional Finnish way by pouring water onto heated rocks to create steam. Most nights in the Rockies are clear enough to see the Milky Way and star-gazing is exceptional here, especially when taking a cool-down break from the sauna. Outdoor Living: The 3.5 acres of land is mostly wooded and backs up to National Forest. There are 2 decks and a porch area with stunning views, cafe lights, a picnic table, a gas grill for cooking out (seasonal), and plenty of hammocks (also seasonal) and Adirondack chairs to keep you content. Behind the home is a street art-inspired mural with an Aspen and Mandala scene created by a local Denver artist. Please Note: While the home is very private and at the top of the hill, it is in a neighborhood and has proximity with the main road. Depending on the weather and traffic (especially holiday weekends), the sounds from the road vary. If you're expecting absolute silence and seclusion, this might not be the place for you. In winter, this proximity to highway is appreciated by guests because of the snow. Like most mountain homes in the area, there are a few neighbors nearby. This lowers the environmental impact of development, but also means you'll see a few other homes on your way up. While the home sits at the top of a hill and is surrounded by trees, private does not mean secluded. The closest neighbors are Nicki and Damon. They are very friendly and hospitable. Nicki is the cleaner/assistant for the chalet and Damon does general maintenance along with snow plowing... so feel free to wave or say "Hi!" if you see them! They're great to have nearby if an urgent need should arise.
Upon booking, you will be provided with a website I've created that is filled with day-trip itineraries, lots of information on places to visit, things to do and see, places to hike/snowshoe, and places to eat and drink. It also includes an interactive map with categories and distances from the chalet to help you plan your trip! I am passionate about Colorado and dedicated to making your visit one for the books! The chalet is located just off of 285, which is a plowed, well-maintained highway to get you safely and easily exploring. The home is right next to Guanella Pass, which provides an incredible mountain drive of spectacular views, other-worldy landscapes at 12,000 feet, big horn sheep, winding streams, waterfalls, and lots of hiking. The pass takes you to the cutest mountain town, Georgetown and other neat places along the i-70 corridor. This is also one of the most sought-after locations for aspen leaf peeping in fall. The pass is closed in winter (late-Nov to late-May) but there is still plenty to do in winter and Georgetown/i-70 is accessible through Evergreen all year. Going over Kenosha Pass takes you to South Park (yes, the town from the TV show), Buena Vista, Salida, etc. which is an area loaded with things to do and see all year round, including 2 exceptional hot springs! The cabin is close to stunning hikes of various difficulties, world-class fishing, adventure activities (zip-line, whitewater, etc.), cultural and historical activities (ghost towns, mining for gold, dinosaur fossils, etc.), surreal leaf peeping in the fall, horseback riding, ATV, train rides, sleigh rides, snowshoeing/snowmobiling in winter, cute mountain towns to explore, and so many fantastic local breweries, distilleries, and restaurants. The are a couple cafes nearby where you can experience true mountain friendliness. The closest and the best (just down the hill) is the Shaggy Sheep. Make sure to stop in and say "Hi!" to Sarah and Chris. Red Rocks Amphitheater is just 40 minutes away. This is considered one of the best places in the world to see a concert and doing so should be on anyone's bucket list. Check the website for the schedule. Even if you can't make a show, the park is on the way to/from Denver and well-worth a visit. The closest ski resort is Breckenridge at just an hour's drive (and a beautiful one) and is a perfect day trip to ski/snowboard or just hang around in a beautiful ski town (there is a lot to do and see here no matter the time of year). Vail is 2 hours away and there are a handful of others just 1.5 hours away. There are plenty of mountain activities to fill your days with during ALL of Colorado's incredible 4 seasons! Each season provides a different experience, but no matter what time of year you comes, no matter which direction you go, and no matter what you decide to do, the drives will be beautiful and there will plenty to keep you occupied and content.
  • This was a magnificent getaway. An easy drive from Denver, and yet you feel totally secluded. The Sauna was the best amenity, so, so lovely! Plus, the small touches of the chemex coffee maker, the snacks, sparkling water, and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste made us feel so comfortable. I also loved the sustainability that is at the forefront of this place...natural bath products, seventh generation toilet paper, reusable mugs, recycling is a must, and organic and fair trade food items. Every detial is thought of in this place! We will return again soon!

  • Truly a beautiful space. Amazing sunrise and sunsets cast across the mountains. The big bright moon shining into your bedroom window (if you choose to leave the curtains open). The perfect getaway spot. Will return for sure!

  • This place was the definition of serenity. It’s cozy and elegant and me and my girlfriend couldn’t have had a better experience here. The views are amazing and the decor throughout the house is delightful. There is plenty of things to do around the area. If you want a private exclusion in the mountains with wonderful amenities this is the place for you.

    Blake2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The hygge chalet exceeded our expectations! The home is warm and cozy with thoughtful touches as soon as you walk in the door. Very private and Serene. With it being so private make sure you load up on grocery’s before you get there the nearest store is 30-40 minutes away! Just be prepared and you will have a lovely time. I throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again when we are in the area! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

    Crystal2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • The Hygge Chalet is outstanding! Everything we wanted and more in a weekend getaway in the mountains. The pictures, although accurate, don’t do it enough justice. The chalet is an ultra cozy, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed home. I thought twice about leaving such a glowing review for fear it would be booked so often we’d never be able to get back there again. But....everyone should have a chance to experience such a jewel. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

    Tanya2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This place is WONDERFUL! Highly suggest staying here. I had no issues whatsoever. Great location, super clean, and very stylish. Plenty of room and Amenities. Loved my stay!

  • If you are looking for a unique and cozy get away in the mountains, this is your place! I’m this busy world there isn’t a lot of time away from electronics. But here we spent time playing games listening to music and laughing! The perfect location! Gorgeous drive to Breckenridge and other ski slopes or you can be in Denver in less than 2 hrs. The place was easy to get to with a 4 whee drive. Very spotless and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend

    Nicole2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this review here. Julie has created an incredibly special place in the mountains and I would 100% recommend it for anyone looking to get away at any time of year. The Hygge chalet is better than it is in pictures. Every single detail has been thoughtfully considered and selected--down to chemex and delicious coffee and snacks, to the Scandinavian furnishings, bedding, sauna, and bathroom extras. This is one of those moments where the pictures don't do justice to the place. We stayed here with friends visiting from out of town and the whole weekend, we were surprised and delighted discovering one detail after another. Julie's list of activities was also perfect. We are new to CO and don't know the area that well, but we had a magical weekend driving through the mountains and snowmobiling in Breckenridge, per Julie's suggestions (about 1 hour drive away). On a personal note, I lived in Denmark a few years ago and Julie has truly captured and essence and joy of "hygge" in that she created a beautiful space of rest, relaxation, with little notes of luxury that are appropriate for the mountains and a weekend away. We all felt in awe of nature, quiet, and the joy of good friendship after this short weekend. And finally on a side note, Julie was an amazing host. I had a number of questions, changes, and reservation issues with Airbnb and she addressed them immediately and was very concerned with us having a great weekend. (Airbnb also did eventually address the issues.) We will definitely be back!

Rustic, well-appointed, off-grid cabin right on Tarryall Creek, with more than 5 acres of solitude and 360-degree mountain views. This is our dream place to escape, unwind, and listen to the creek from the bedroom. It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 1 hour 15 mins from Denver and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Newly renovated with large kitchen (and antique 1920s stove), barnwood accents, huge 450sf deck, and historic decor from Como's goldrush. Dogs welcome, too.
Our cabin sits on five acres at 10,600 feet elevation. We're close to Denver, Breckenridge, and Fairplay... but surrounded by national forest. Our cabin is just under 1,000sf, but it feels nice and roomy with a large living area and great kitchen. The bedroom is cozy, with a fantastic view of Mt. Little Baldy out the window and the sound of Tarryall Creek when the weather's warm enough to crack the window. We're off-grid up here. Solar powers the cabin, so you have to watch your energy consumption, especially in winter. But propane heats the water and shower, and provides back-up heat to the cabin itself. (We much prefer the woodstove, which glows hypnotically when lit and provides a nice even heat throughout the cabin). Cell phone service is hard to come by. We have a signal booster, but it's not 100% reliable and we don't mind: we love the feeling of being cut off from the craziness of our daily lives. So far, all of our guests have loved it here. We had four couples get engaged, two other couples enjoyed their honeymoon at our cabin, and many others have just come up for fun and relaxation.
It's quiet around here, all right. You will see the occasional person coming to hike the Gold Dust trail (just down the road) or a neighbor going for a walk, but it's not unusual to have the day fully to yourself -- especially fall, winter, and spring, when it is magically peaceful.
  • Very cozy cabin in a fantastic spot in the mountains. The view from the front porch is simply fantastic (we went in the winter). Cozy fireplace inside keeps the spacious cabin very well heated. Bed is very comfortable, albeit small for two people. Given how close this place is from Denver and how fantastically isolated it is, it's a great choice! Ken was great with communication, the house manual is one of the most comprehensive I've ever seen. Check-in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

    Fernando2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing property. Truly a magnificent "off the grid" getaway. Ken is a fantastic host - very organized and responsive. I hope to return soon!

    Will2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place was perfect! My wife and I went during the winter. Even having tons of snow and weathering some of the storms, it was an amazing place. The fireplace was super warm and there was plenty of wood. It was nice to stay inside and play board games with my wife.

    Steven2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful cabin in a beautiful location. Enjoyed all the snow and everything the cabin and area had to offer. Great place to disconnect from the rest of the world.

    Erin2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed a wonderful mini honeymoon here, this cabin is an absolute off grid paradise! If you're looking to unplug and enjoy the beautiful mountains, this is the place! We made it to the cabin just before a snowstorm and loved watching the snow fall while curling up next to the lovely fire. We hope to return to the cabin one day in summer or fall when we can get outside a bit more. Completely worth it!

    Andi2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect. Nice, cozy, romantic getaway in the mountains. The dogs loved running around in the snow too

    Joseph2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Ken’s place was absolutely perfect! It was the best place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying walks with our dogs. We were all alone as the other cabins didn’t have anyone in them so it was quiet the whole time which was exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking for an unplugged space where you can enjoy each other’s company and immerse yourself in nature then this cabin would be perfect for you!

    Sarah2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Ken's cabin is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen! I would recommend everyone go and visit the views and hospitality are very worth it! We will for sure be coming back to visit in the future :)

Enjoy the perfect Colorado mountain getaway in our cozy and private A-Frame cabin. Nestled on 2.5 acres in a grove of quaking aspen trees, you'll love relaxing on the spacious back deck and soaking in our new hot tub. The location is convenient to hiking, fishing, rafting, biking, gold panning, winter sports and exploring all the area has to offer! Just 45 minutes to Breckenridge and Buena Vista, 10 minutes to Fairplay! Well behaved dogs are welcome, there is an additional pet fee of $10/day.
Our cabin is perfect for two couples or a family with children 6+ years old. There is a private bedroom with Queen bed on the ground floor and an upstairs open loft bedroom that offers a Queen bed and futon. After a day full of adventures come back to relax, play cards or watch Dish TV in front of the glowing gas stove in the living room. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all the essential cooking utensils. Feel free to stroll around our secluded 2.5 acres, take a nap in the hammock and be sure to check the rustic barn and horseshoe pit at the back of the property. Additionally, there are hiking trails and stocked fishing ponds within our community that our guests can access. Surrounded by aspens, this is a spectacular place to enjoy the fall colors!
Warm Springs Ranch is a beautiful and quiet, gated mountain community. There are hiking trails that connect to Pike National Forest and private stocked fishing ponds available. Fairplay is only 10 minutes away with a historic downtown, restaurants, a grocery store and outdoor equipment rentals, and more!
  • We booked a week at the cabin intending to snowboard a couple days, and explore the surrounding towns. Due to resorts being closed, the week ended up being a little different than we originally planned, however, it was the perfect way to socially distance. The space is lovely. We loved spending time in the hot tub, that was a great amenity! But, highlight was definitely the moose, who visited for three days!

  • I almost (selfishly) don't want to tell everyone how AMAZING this place is. But you guys..this home is PERFECT. BOOK IT NOW. STAY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. Its truly better than the photos somehow. A literal DREAM. *This is his wife writing because I knew his review wouldnt be good enough* LOL

    Dylan2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Leslie did an excellent job of communicating check-in and stay information prior to our arrival. We had an incredible 3-night stay at the cabin - it was the perfect getaway! We loved being just outside of Fairplay, near enough to neighbors but still feeling secluded when sitting on the back porch (what a view!). We spent time in Fairplay (such an adorable town) and went on day hiking trips near Twin Lakes and near Breckenridge. It's a great home base for that sort of thing. Hanging out in the cabin itself was equally as wonderful. The best part was sitting in the hot tub at night and being able to see all of the stars!

    Emma2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great location great stay just make sure you have an awd car lol our friends got stuck for a couple hours

    Taylor2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Had an excellent experience. This cabin is unique, cozy, and peaceful. It’s tucked back at the end of a long driveway and nestled in the woods, so you have almost no sight line to the neighbors and you can hear nothing but the sounds of nature. The hot tub is an awesome way to relax amidst the aspens and stars. Also, it’s pet-friendly, which made this place 100% of what we were looking for.

    Joy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, lovely town, would recommend to any group

  • Tony was a quick and responsive, even on the weekend when I couldn't find my confirmation information. The studio at Breck was comfy and clean. The pillows were super soft and the soaking tub was fabulous after a freezing day on the slopes. The location seemed at the edge of town on the map, but a quick walk out the back door and we were right at the slopes or on main street.

This super cool condo is in the heart of it all. It's a perfect home base for everything Breck has to offer. Cross the street to the lift and afterwards: cozy up by the wood fire, jump in the hot tub, or have a margarita in the restaurant downstairs!
THE UNIT: Our 390 Square foot condo is finished in a hip, mountain-contemporary style and has everything you'll need. It the perfect size for a couple or small family and includes: - King bed - Full size pull-out couch (it's pretty uncomfortable to be honest) - Eating bar - Full-size stainless-steel kitchen - Slate bathroom with shower - Wood-burning fireplace - Small balcony (sadly, no big mountain views, unit faces another building) - Wood and slate floors -Apple TV, wireless internet, cable TV BUILDING: Der Steiermark is a small, older building. It has no front desk and, frankly, the common areas lack style. Although it isn't a big fancy hotel, there are decent amenities: - Outdoor hot tub (at the base of an outdoor courtyard) - Heated, locked underground parking (one space only) - Elevator access - Best Mexican Restaurant/Bar in town: Mi Casa - A full-service ski/board/bike shop - Free wood for fireplace - Coin-operated laundry down the hall.
The condo is located a short walk to the Quicksilver Ski Lift at Peak 9, summer hiking trails, and Breckenridge's shopping and dining on Main Street. It is in the Der Steiermark building, above a great Mexican restaurant and ski shop.
  • This studio was the PERFECT place for our ski trip. Literally steps away from the lifts And all the restaurants/shops in downtown Breck. With a full kitchen, we were able to cook bomb breakfasts before hitting the slopes and make snacks for a cozy night by the fire...It had everything we needed and more. Thank you Jack and Jerrod!!!

  • Incredible location! Right across the street from the lifts and a 2 minute walk to the main drag in town. If you’re visiting Breckenridge, you can’t ask for a better spot. There’s also a ski rental place at the base of the building which was incredibly convenient.

    Kevin2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The location could not be more perfect. We were able to walk everywhere which was super convenient since parking can be crazy on main. The condo was very nice and cozy and met all of our needs.

The hot tub was a great way to end a long day and there is a beautiful Mountain View just a short walk away. I would stay here again and again. Mark and Bianca were we’re absolutely amazing hosts. Everything was so clean and they really helped make this stay amazing. From shuttling us up the driveway in the snow to cleaning off our car and helping us with a little dinner, this place truly has it all. We will definitely be back in the summer!!

  • Mark and Bianca were wonderful hosts with a gorgeous property nestled up in the mountains just west of Denver. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter getaway at their place for the weekend. The property is gorgeous, and the home very comfortable. They did a great job plowing the driveway for us so that it was easy for us to get up the driveway in the snow. They are extremely considerate hosts and had some great recommendations of places to eat in the surrounding area.

Our quiet cabin is the perfect getaway, whether you're looking to spend time in nature, hike, bike, ski, etc. We rent the downstairs apartment (we live upstairs), which has it's own entrance. 30-40 minutes from Denver, you can avoid the traffic on I-70 during summer or winter. The space is ideal for 1-2 guests, but it will accommodate up to four (see details below and in our pictures).
We are conveniently located right off Hwy 285, but don't let that fool you. There is tons of wildlife right outside the door: deer, elk, bear (very occasionally, but be careful to leave no food in your vehicle), and fox. We have views of Kenosha pass from the house and living room. You can access trails from our front door, whether you want a leisurely stroll down to the ponds (through the aspens) or a more rigorous hike/bike ride through the trees and on the ridge (views of Pike's Peak!). At the ponds you can fish (catch & release) or ice skate in the winter. The downstairs (your space) is private from the upstairs (our space). You have your own entrance. Your bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the couch/futon in your living room can sleep up to two additional people. You may occasionally hear our footsteps or muffled voices, but we'll be pretty quiet. As long as you keep your voices low, we will not be able to hear your conversations, but if you speak loudly or make much noise, we will hear it. Your kitchenette (see pics) features a new small refrig, 2 burner electric cooktop stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and basically anything you'd need to cook and eat in this space. We've discovered that it's very convenient to hit the ski slopes from our cabin - avoid the ski traffic and take the back way to Breckenridge! In addition to skiing, there's tons more to do in our area! In fact, we've recently found out that we are very close to several world-famous disc golf courses (Bailey, Conifer, Pine Colorado). We may need to access the downstairs for laundry, trash, etc., but we will always knock before entering (your bedroom is always private). It is also likely we may empty your trash or wash your dishes while you are out.
We do have neighbors, and they are very friendly but give you privacy! Please be respectful of their privacy as well.

  • Janelle and Treye were the perfect hosts, we especially appreciated their helpfulness and prompt responses to all our questions and concerns, particularly when we were traversing western Colorado during the worst winter storm of the season! Our accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we really appreciated their neighbor plowing out the driveway after the storm so we could easily get into the parking provided. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient, I would highly recommend their place to anyone!

Nestled into rock-outcroppings, my home has two decks, one tucked cozily by the rocks and one with an expansive view of the mountains to the west. This guest room has the best view in the house. Whether you are wanting a mountain getaway for an extended stay or on business in Denver, this place will soothe your soul during your visit. I also have two cats and two puppies.
Great for individuals or couples mostly. There are stairs to get up to the bedroom and main floor. If you are allergic to cats or dogs I do not recommend staying at my home. I keep it clean and vacuumed, but the pets have the run of the house. This home is a smoke free, drug free home.
The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and it feels remote even though it's not. You will likely see birds, squirrels and deer while here or maybe even a fox.
  • This is a perfect little get away tucked in the mountains with an excellent view. Justin is a great host and his place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. His fur babies were wonderful little companions. Highly recommend!

  • Nicest place I have stayed so far...

    Cliff2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Justin’s place is beautiful surrounded by nature super comfortable and well located I highly recommended and would stay again and Justin is a great host very welcoming.

  • Great place, nice host and amazing pets.

  • Justin's refuge was one of our favorite Airbnb stays we've had. Justin is very hospitable and his cats and dogs are fun and adorable! We stayed for 4 weeks, and it was exactly the experience we were hoping for coming in... peaceful, serene, and simply difficult to part with afterwards. It's rare when we return to the same Airbnb twice, but this is one of those rarities that would bring us back.

    Marcus2019-11-14T00:00:00Z
  • The Refuge is truly a home away from home. I've stayed here before and will stay her again. Justin is incredibly kind and a wonderful host. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. I can't say enough good things about this home.

    Gus2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Stay with Justin!!!! Colorado is a beautiful place and Justin’s place was awesome. Justin is a great host that makes life easy. His animals were friendly. We saw deer twice on his front porch while we were there. Beautiful sunset on his back porch every night. First time using an Airbnb and I was nervous but Justin made it an enjoyable experience. If you’re going to Colorado, stay with Justin! He’s very welcoming!

  • If all you are looking for is a fantastic spot with a great view to lay your head while you explore the Denver area mountainsides and mountain towns, this should be your stay. The *only* drawback is it's not your own space and it's not the lap of luxury. Their is not going to be a chocolate mint on your pillow every afternoon when you return. You're not booking this room because it luxurious, though. You're going to book it for the following reasons: Good location that is easy to get to once you've gotten there. Super cute house. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. Hot shower. Cool, fresh mountain air. Great host. Awesome view of Mt. Evans. Adorable pets. Proximity to many different mountain towns and to Denver. Amazingly affordable. Freshly brewed homemade espresso drink that will be more delicious than you are expecting it to be while you sit on the patio birdwatching and taking in that great view of Mount Evans.

    Aryonna2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • We had an excellent time at this cabin! It’s so cozy and inviting. It was exactly as described with all the amenities you’d find at your own home. Jill was extremely flexible with our check-in which we greatly appreciated! She answered questions quickly and gave excellent driving directions on how to get to her place. (Make sure you have AWD!) The location was private and the views were outstanding!! We would absolutely stay here again when we go back to Colorado!

    Jessica2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • The photos you see absolutely do not do the place justice. It was absolutely perfect. There were deer, birds, squirrels, it was just a perfect winter wonderland. It is a perfect getaway from everyday life. We took our Nissan Rogue AWD (no snow tires) and we needed to get some snow chains (we got stuck) to make it out the mountain. Make sure you have AWD or 4WD (the mountain is no joke, you will get stuck during winter), or some snow chains, they aren’t too pricey. Just expect to see the most beautiful view everyday, and a family of super friendly deer every morning. Hopefully you get to meet Martha (super badass old lady next door). If you’re thinking about staying in the city instead, DONT it is beyond perfect here. Just book it!!! Jill is amazing you will love the trip here. Make sure to visit coffee bean and bakery, about 5 minutes away from the place (just have to make it out the mountain). I would drive back from Texas just for their bread. We loved biker Jim’s gourmet dogs in Denver and Marcos coal fired pizza. Also if you need something warm, pho haus (Denver) is perfect for that. Visit evergreen!! Oh and there is over 100 acres to hike in around the cabin!! You will have so much fun. Thank you Jill!

    Elizabeth2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely better than expected, my stay was absolutely amazing! Jill was extremely helpful, outstanding hospitality, the place was so so nice, clean, amazing view, so cozy, full of games and stuff to do inside of the cabin, we never wanted to leave! Will definitely be staying here again hopefully soon!

  • The studio was amazing. Jill made us feel like we were at a home away from home. She gave us amazing recommendations and was very easy going and accommodating. She was there for us whenever we needed but also let us have our privacy. The house was very clean and cozy, pictures do not do this amazing piece of property justice.

  • Awesome place, close to the lifts and town

    Brendan2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Joel and Sandra's studio is a great place to start on your skiing holiday. Close to everything. They are very helpful with all your questions and you get detailed answers very quickly. The accommodation itself is clean, tidy and cozy. If you want to cook your own food, there is everything you need for this. The best part is the location to the ski slope. I imagine it is just as fantastic in the summer. I would really recommend this studio.

  • You will not regret staying here! Beautiful cabin in a great location! Only about an hour or so from Breckenridge, two hours from Denver. Colene and Jeff were great communicators and were there if we needed anything!

    Ashley2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a blast here. My partner and I stayed just for the night. Wanted to get away and destress for his birthday, so this snowy cabin fit the bill. It was clean and cozy - such a beautiful home with warming touches throughout the house.. neatly built as well. The upper deck had an awesome view and binoculars to see it better. Sadly, no wildlife sightings this visit. We loved the hot tub on the lower deck and enjoyed sipping tea and playing banagrams (which we brought) by the fire. The Piano was a nice surprise and I would say is what made this place so special for my partner who played it all through the night. Jeff and Colene were excellent communicators and had the house nice and warm with the fire crackling for us by the time we got there (: overjoyed and would love to return just us, and/or with friends!

    Nicole2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The fire & the hot tub were so nice surrounded by such a winter wonderland!

Lovely wood cabin with beautiful views of the Mosquito Range mountains (including Mt. Sherman, Mt. Pennsylvania) from deck. Great hiking, skiing, cycling, and fishing (including the South Platt) nearby. We welcome people from all backgrounds, children, and pets. Close to National Forest. Perfect spot for families or couples looking for a secluded getaway or a group of friends wanting to spend the weekend hiking or skiing.
Upstairs includes a living/dining room, kitchen with all basic appliances, master bedroom, full bathroom, and deck. Downstairs is an open area also with great views, with 2 twin beds, comfortable futon bed, and a ping pong table, as well as a full bathroom. The cabin is self-catering. You have easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in the quaint mining towns of Fairplay (7 miles) and Alma (9 miles). A bigger selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short drive away in Breckenridge (26 miles). We didn't do much hiking or snowshoeing, but the hosts left us with a handful of recommendations for the surrounding area. All in all, our stay was enjoyable and quiet. Would recommend!

The Boreas Pass trailhead is about a mile walk or hike further up the road which lets you access miles of trails for snowshoeing, skiing, hiking, fishing and mountain biking. Our cottage is a short walk or bike to downtown Buena Vista and the Arkansas River. You’ll love our cottage because of the newly renovated and stylish interior, the park-like outdoor space, and great views. The cottage is cozy, so it's best for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.
Our cottage is a cozy cabin that is a converted caboose. Although, you can't really tell that it was a train car anymore. There have been many updates and renovations over the years and we recently painted, put in new hard flooring, front door, and installed a gas wood stove among others. It's a super stylish country cottage. There is one main room with a separate full bathroom and a separate kitchenette with a small fridge, two electric burners, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. It’s not a large kitchen but has all items you would need to cook. There is also a gas grill on the deck for guest use. The cottage has one queen size bed and is best for individuals or couples. Couples with babies also work well. We have a pack-n-play crib and other kid stuff, but those items MUST be requested be in advance. We also have WiFi and a smart TV so you can watch your apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc. STR18-056
Our property is on the town limits just off of West Main Street. So you have great views, a secluded feel, but are still within a walk or bike of the convenience of downtown.
  • Super clean cute little spot with easy access. The only thing I had a hard time with was not touching the dogs, but I enjoyed because greeted by them from distance :)

  • David’s place is very remote and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

    John2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • David’s place was a great winter-weekend getaway! The cabin was very cozy and had a ton of character. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porch and watching the birds. It was a little to cold for us to hike, but most snowshoers would have loved the access to trails behind the house.

    Sarah2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second stay at this property and it was amazing and cozy!

    Emma2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect weekend getaway cabin. Easily accessible, beautiful location and a comfortable, cozy cabin.

    Scott2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second time staying at David and Marilee's beautiful A-Frame in South Park. Last time was in June of 2017. We had a great time back them too but this trip was even better as we spent more time at the cabin and less time traveling around in the car. We had the pleasure of experiencing a cool Fall snowstorm while the wood stove kept us toasty warm. We also braved the cold and caught some trout as well as did some hiking with our dogs along nearby trails. Hated to leave to head back to flatland Minnesota but will hopefully be back soon. You will not find a better deal for a peaceful and private retreat in the mountains, especially if you are a dog lover. Highly recommend booking this hidden gem in high country!

    Shelli2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying at David's place. The wood stove kept the entire house warm and there was an abundance of chopped wood to use. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay again!

  • What a great! Loved it, as did the pups. What a rare touch, to not make they’re accompanying you such an additional burden. House was sparkling clean, yet not so much so that it makes you nervous. Super comfortable, and had the feel of your own families cabin!!

Our family built a straw bale and earthship home off the grid on 44 acres. We are opening up the straw bale home to airbnb guests and are happy to show and explain how the earthship works. We provide wood and a fire pit seating area for beautiful nights under the stars. (The house is located at roughly 10,000 feet and from the highway the house is two miles on unmaintained roads. It is possible, although rare, that the house may be inaccessible by car during the winter months. Dec.-Mar.)
The straw bale home is very cozy and comfortable with two new queen size beds, a stove, nice living room with a great view of the mountains to the west, a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
The south park valley is huge and ranches are very spread out. We often see antelope foxes and big jack rabbits in the area.
  • If you are looking for an oasis of solitude, beauty, hospitality, and overall get-away-from-it-all-ness, this is your place!

    Rebecca2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at the straw bale house! Peaceful and quiet, beautiful mountain views, and a fireplace to keep things cozy! Our 5 year old son loved playing with their friendly dog! There was no WiFi and we didn’t get good cell service, but that is ok because we just wanted to unplug and enjoy some family time! If there hadn’t been a fire ban, we would have loved to have a cookout at the fire pit! The place was clean and well stocked and Kip and family were very friendly!

    Candice2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Place was so peaceful!

    Kyle2019-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • Loved our stay at the Strawbale house! It was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, and you can’t beat the views of sunsets and stars. Not too far from places to pick up supplies, and miles upon miles of beautiful hikes and drives nearby. The house is clean, warm, and cozy. Minimal cell service was a plus & helped us unwind. Thanks for a great stay!

    Laura2019-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Thanks for another great stay!

    Thomas2019-09-15T00:00:00Z

  • Incredible place. Very heart warming home. Comfortable, cozy and great off grid experience as well.

    Pedro Renaud2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • The Strawbale house was an excellent place to stay for a weekend out of the city. Kip and his family were very generous hosts and even provided a tour of their home. Would highly recommend!

  • We loved our stay. Although it’s located at the top of a hill, it’s only 6 minutes drive to the gondola and Main Street shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend an AWD vehicle. The views were fantastic and we loved the cosy fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped with amenities too.

  • Jennifer was quick to accommodate our travel plans and the place is exactly what you picture for a cozy winter getaway. The inside was adorable, the views were phenomenal and you feel right at home with that fireplace. The location was perfect! **There’s a free shuttle stop literally at the end of the driveway where you can hop on at the 20 and 50 each hour and it takes you right down to Main Street. We were hesitant about not renting a car, but the location was excellent and we couldn’t be happier that we didn’t have to hassle with parking and driving in the snow.

Presently two rooms available in happy cabbage friendly household. Comfortably sleeps one an a full, or two spooning. More geared for outdoor adventurer types, looking to ski, board, snowshoe, This is a small low budget room. Nice room with tall bed. Plenty of storage underneath bed for your gear.
This is an original sized room from when the House was operating as a hotel in Alma in 1884. Shared bathroom down the hall.
Alma is a small town on the north end of South Park with a population of around 250 in town and maybe a 1000 in the surrounding area. Just over the pass from Breckenridge we are sort of a bedroom community to high priced Breckenridge. We are an independent counter culture community with a small true mountain town feel.
  • Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Definitely a cozy mountain home!

  • Andrew's place is completely jaw-dropping in the best ways possible! It was one of the most enjoyable and unique places to stay in. He was very welcoming as was everyone else in the house. Super knowledgeable about Alma and the surrounding areas. It was gorgeous covered in snow, 10/10 would come back in the summer!

    Hunter2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • The yellow house in Alma was an enjoyable experience. The house had some "long term" tenants that mainly consisted of veteran skiiers/snowboarders so it was fun listening to their stories throughout my stay. Andrew, the host, was very kind and informative about the house and the local area.

    Mack2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew's place is in a great location and is the most unique and memorable stay I've had at an AirBnb because of how helpful and welcoming everyone was at Andrew's place. Plus, the house is sooo cool with its distinctive history and coziness. It evoked a period movies of old western houses. I highly recommend staying at Andrew's if you have the chance.

  • We stayed two nights in January 2020 using it as a central location for snow skiing between Monarch and Ski Cooper. The unit was very clean and very close to downtown Buena Vista restaurants and shops, with easy check in and check out. Great high speed internet. Bathroom was fully stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. We would be interested in staying there the next time we stay in Buena Vista.

  • My family enjoyed playing on the climbing wall, what an amenity! Such a cozy space. Walkable highly rated restaurant. I would stay again in an instant!

Micro two bedroom nestled in the treetops about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Recently remodeled in a hip mountain-modern style we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or just warm by the wood stove. Enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town but hiking trails and the free town shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.
Our home is small in square footage (650sf) but feels open with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is stocked to cook a full meal and has a two-person eating bar and two-person dining table. The living room has a massive comfy couch, a big internet/cable connected TV, and a wood stove (wood is provided). There is a large balcony with table/chairs, gas grill, and views to distant peaks. The bedrooms are super small but functional: one has a queen bed and the other has a built-in bunk bed. The bathroom has a slate shower (no bathtub) and a reclaimed vanity with carved rock sink. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is free uncovered parking.
Now Colorado, located in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, is a vintage 1970s-era complex that isn't as cool on the outside as our place is on the inside. This unit doesn't share any walls so it seems like a cabin in the woods, but is above another condo so please respect the neighbors. It feels very secluded, as most windows have views of treetops with mountains peeking through. There are no complex amenities here but we recommend the Breckenridge Rec Center for hot tubs/pool/gym.
  • Cute and cozy- just what we needed for our family of 4! We used the Free Ride bus several times to go into town for dinner. Location was quick drive to Gondola station.

    Natasha2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Jack and Jerrod’s is as nice and as comfy as the pictures suggest. The guidebook that they provide is wonderful and we took them up on their food and coffee recommendations which was a 5 minute drive into town. Place reminded us of an upscale treehouse and it was nice to walk out on the deck to breath in the cold crispy air. Much recommended.

    Ethan2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Place was great. Super close to ski slopes.

    David2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice condo; well decorated. Quaint and very quiet. 4wd a must.

    Brian2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • The place was exactly as described. Good value for a 2 bedroom, allowing family to spread out. Bedrooms and dining area are small but comfortable. Feels really spacious with the high ceiling. The free bus is really close but we did not find parking in town to be a problem, even on a holiday (credit card at meter on Main Street).

    Steve2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and well equipped kitchen. They say it's on the small side however you dont even notice due to an effectively used space that even includes a washer/dryer combo. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Breck. A perfect stay.

    Arlen2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Their place was great! Quiet area close to town and they made everything easy.

    Jesse2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • What an amazing first time experience in Breck. Jack and Jerrod’s place was incredible. Perfect location and tucked away in the woods. But still very close to the Main St. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen, watching a movie on the couch, and waking up in a beautiful mountain town. Highly recommend!

The entire cabin, game room and hot tub are yours! Pool table, dart board, Air Hockey, Propane Grill, Kitchen, Surround sound media area. South Park is famous for Gold Metal fishing, gold prospecting, hiking, off road recreation. Very unique place! Red's Retreat is 420 friendly to guest of legal age (21) in designated areas. We do not allow pets unless they are support animals. Note: predators are a constant danger to support animals so bring them at your own risk!
The cabin has two bedrooms one bath and a loft area which includes a bed with access to secure evening star gazing. Hot tub is located behind the cabin on the 360 surround deck. The pool table and Xbox are located below the cabin. (nice 420 area)
We have only one neighbor and lots of Mule Deer, Bob Cat and sometimes even a Bear! Most guests will tell you that Red's is a remote retreat to relax and enjoy life.
  • 10/10 recommend staying here. Red is the nicest host and the cabin was immaculate. Everything was so clean and well kept. The view was absolutely amazing from the cabin and the amenities were top notch. I have already referred this place to many friends!

    Danielle2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second time back at Red’s Retreat and it’s always a good time! We snowboarded 5 of the 7 days and it was so nice to come back to the cabin and chill in the hot tub. We love coming to visit Red and sweet Nina girl! I highly recommend staying at Red’s for a beautiful view, relaxing vacation and good conversation. This place is home away from home. A week in the mountains is never enough! Thank you Red for not only being such a great host but becoming a great friend to us!

    Carolyn2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • 5 STARS! This three story cabin is amazing with every amenity you could imagine. Red was a very hospitable and helpful super host. Truly beautiful location. Close to Black Hawk casinos, Pikes Peak, and Denver. The game room was my favorite room. Thank you for towing us out of the snow hours before our flight... we wouldn't have made it without his help.

    John2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • The cutest cabin up in the mountains with the most amazing views! Red is hands down the sweetest host you will ever get to meet. I spent my 30th there and he surprised us all by playing the accordion and signing me happy birthday and a key lime pie! The game room was fantastic as well!!

    Jeannette2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely blown away by Red and his place (and his cute pup Nina)! Made our trip 20 times better ❤️

    Brittny2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • By far my personal favorite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect getaway to disconnect. Thanks Red, we hope to stay again in the future!

    Bradley2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Red is such an amazing host! We've stayed with red twice now, and each time has always been amazing. The cabin has wonderful views of the mountains, unless you're there when it's snowing! Red will also give suggestions on how the weather is, and what would be the best route to take. If you are coming during the winter months, pay attention to snow fall. I would *not* risk a low clearance vehicle during winter months!!

    Char2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • If I could give it 1,000 stars for each and every star we had seen with our eyes at night there... I would. Talk about a getaway! Red is THE man and his cabin is a beautiful mountain escape. So clean, so comfortable, so much fun. The hot tub was a huge bonus, the pool table was super fun and his hospitality was A+. Probably my favorite Airb&b stay yet. The ice machine was a great addition for cocktails. The heated blankets warmed the beds up. The view was amazing every morning and plenty of coffee to go with it. There is a cable tv but who needs that when you have the game room downstairs. He even left board games out. Plenty of condiments in the fridge.. plenty of towels.. plenty of fun. He even used his snow blower to shovel out the driveway in the morning, what a gentleman. My only complaint is we didn’t wake up at 6am to join Red on his porch with his freshly roasted coffee... ugh. But there’s always next time.. and we will be back! Thanks again!!
