A very artistic and natural place to live. The host is very ingenious and caring about the lodger. Very cozy. And you will find everything you want in the apt. I like the forest and wood theme as well. Highly recommended.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

Kenneth’s place is a super convenient location in the CBD. It really had everything I needed to be happy during my stay. Little details like international power outlets and breakfast fixings in the apartment were a really nice touch! It certainly is smaller than the photos would suggest, but would easily be comfortable for 2 people.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. Chammys place was the perfect duplex for a longer stay. The two floors, ceiling high windows, and balcony make the place feel super spacious. To top it all off, chammy did a great job styling the space! Chammy was super responsive and helpful - five stars all around!

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

We had been using booking.com for accommodation and had a few scary stays that were not as advertised so we decided to move over to airbnb and upon reaching out to Paul prior to confirming our booking Paul was very supportive and helped us build our confidence. In turn we booked the apartment and it was exactly as advertised... actually it was even better! Great location, good views, very clean, modern, super comfortable and Paul was super responsive. This apartment makes getting around Melbourne so easy. It is central, clean and well appointed.

I had good stay at Paul's place. Its really close to southern cross and plenty of food options in and around. Key collection was pretty easy and Paul was pretty quick to reply any questions i had. He left a booklet with full of information and instructions which were pretty clear and easy to follow. Definitely a place for 4 for short stay.

Truly a gem of a stay! Location was superb, and the space was not only clean and spacious but also well designed. No issues at all with our stay, and Paul was very communicative and made sure to check in every so often. There was unexpected construction across the street, but overall would still choose this place again!

Nice & clean great location close to everywhere

A wonderful place to stay. A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. We felt spoilt being so central to some of Melbourne's most iconic landmarks, with the added bonus of an amazing view. The car spot provided made our stay much more accessible. We had the pleasure of staying 12 nights in Chris and Elle's apartment and it was an experience we are very glad to have done! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Chris and Elle’s apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD next to great shops and cafes. Supermarket nearby is very handy. My husband and I stayed with another couple and had a bedroom and bathroom each. Stocked with coffee, tea and pantry essentials. Thanks for having us!

Great apartment. This is perfect for a getaway break. The apartment is located within the free tram circle meaning you can hope on and off as you like and travel around the city. Chris and Elle are very quick to respond to any questions and the apartment was very clean and stylish.

Biruk is a super chill guy! Great modern place 2 min walk to station then 15 mins in to central Melbourne. Shops nearby (10 min walk) for groceries etc as well. Would highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for a short stay in Melbourne. Check-in couldn't have been easier with great communication from Kelli. The apartment was super clean and stacked with lovely touches to make the stay even better. 10minute walk to the train line and you are in the centre within 20minutes with regular trains until late. Would highly recommend this place!

We have enjoyed our stay in West Footscray. Firstly, Yen impressed us with fantastic welcome and made us feel comfortable right away. We were shown around the house, allowed to cook and even wash our clothes. Yen took care to make our stay memorable. She provided us with highest quality of hospitality during our stay, showed interest in our life and made us feel safe whilst in the house - the area is very safe too. We were returning home in the evenings and experienced no problems. The premises were as described and sparkling cleab. We could use the kitchen to cook if we wanted to. The house is in the close proximity to bus stations and 20 minutes walk to the nearest shopping centre. We would endeavour to book a stay with Yen if we return to visit Melbourne again. Amazing location and price! Theres a bus stop right outside the house that takes you directly into Melbourne city centre in 30min. It's an outstanding place for the price. With a coffee shop and convenience store next door. Thankyou Yen! 😊

Yen's place is clean and comfy. Very accessible to public transport. Buses come every 15 minutes and you'll be in the CBD in about 30 minutes.

Alex’s place was the perfect Airbnb for our five day stay in Melbourne! It was clean, welcoming, comfortable and amazing value! Alex was so easy to communicate with - we were even able to organise to come a night earlier than planned after other accomodation fell through at the last minute, and we were so grateful for how easy it was to contact her. The location is perfect for catching transport or ride share into the CBD, and the facilities were everything we could’ve hoped for. I recommend this place for anyone travelling to Melbourne :)

Great little place. Sure its a quirky little DIY basement reno, but its clean, warm and suits a large family. It aint in the fancy suburbs, but its pretty close to the CBD, and there are ample ammenities in the area. Street parking only, but look, lock and leave and your car will be fine. The outward appearnace might be a little unappealing, but don't let that put you off like it did with Tim in his review. Tim is a knob.......Don't be like Tim. Alex is a caring, thoughtful and responsive host. It was a pleasure to stay.

Simple apartment, everything very clean. Have your own cupboard in the kitchen with all the stuff that’s for you to use. Very close to the train station, nice neighbourhood only complaint if any was the bed was slightly hard but probably just being pedantic

we stayed here at the most difficult time when it was announced that all pubs and restaurants cinemas and other venues would close because of covid 19. Julie and Tan were amazing the house was clean and fresh with everything we needed as well as supplying some extra treats for us and the kids and checking if we needed anything else. it was located in a beautiful area close to shops and parks and dog park. Would highly recommend this property for your stay...we will definitely be back

Julie’s place is located near Melbourne CBD (around 15 minutes drive) and is in a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby (5 minutes drive), so the location is pretty convenient. The house was very clean and well maintained. Essential amenities are provided (hair dryer, iron, towels, etc.) and Julie even provide us with snacks and drinks (which we did not expect and was very grateful for). Communication was also very fast and responsive. Check in was easy and clearly explained. During check out, we accidentally left a valuable item behind and Julie promptly inform us about it and keeping it safe until we come to pick it up (really appreciate it!). Julie and Tan really deserved to be superhost for their wonderful accommodation and hospitality. Will definitely recommend to anyone who are looking for a place to stay during a trip in Melbourne.

Very responsive, accommodating and though the apartment was in a busy area making it easy to get anywhere, you still felt like you were in your own little world in the apartment. I was also pleasantly surprised that street parking near the property was never a problem. Look forward to staying again.

Mark and Mai were exceptional hosts! Their place was super clean, in a great location and were super quick with communication. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The room was very clean and the towels were the same as the new ones. The landlord also prepared water, milk and snacks in the refrigerator. The house is very quiet in a small alley, only about 200 meters from the surrounding supermarket. The location of the room was good. We drive to the CBD in about 15 minutes. Will choose this room next time I go to Melbourne.

Mark and Mai’s place was a lovely convenient spot that was really clean and had accommodated to all of our needs. Only negative we had was that we had some trouble with trying to open the garage but everything else was perfect!

This house is highly functional and very comfortable. Everything looks like it does in the photos, the bathtub is deep and long and was much appreciated. The hosts are wonderful people, really thoughtful and do what they can to make everything run smoothly. The kitchen is well stocked and we felt at home right away. We will definitely stay there when we are back in Melbourne.

Jennifer has presented a quality and comfortable place to stay in a relaxing location. Located in a quiet street, safe, clean, comfortable, airy, lots of natural light, very comfortable bed. Jennifer's place was extremely clean, comfortable, well set up and well stocked with everything you need for a calm and relaxing stay. The linens and towels were fresh and clean . The hot water shower was incredible that I didn't want to get out ! . All the amenities that you would wish for in your own home was provided. Excellent value for the money. Staying at Jennifer's accommodation for the last 6 weeks was very relaxing for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I stayed at Jennifer’s home for five weeks and had a lovely time. My room is clean, spacious, bright, soothing and quiet. The room has room for laptop and plenty of wardrobe space. My bed is very comfortable, I slept wonderfully. There are three toilets and two bathrooms at her home, so I can have a shower whenever I want. There are two big fridges at home as well so I stored my perishable food in my own section of the fridge. Her home has the central air conditioner system so it was very cool and comfortable during the hot days. The atmosphere at home is peaceful, calm, quiet and comfortable. There is an unlimited Wifi, so you can Netflix your little hearts out. Internet is stable and super fast. The house is always sparkling clean and has all the amenities you would need. The location is perfect for reaching the train station ( < 10 min walk), bus stops ( <2 min walk) and the big shopping centre (<5 min walk). It takes only 10 mins by train to reach to Melbourne CBD. The house is located on a quiet street and is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood. Jennifer's home has an electric sliding gate so it stops strangers from coming to the residence, the whole place is secured and made me feel safely. It's an excellent value for money. Jennifer is an absolutely lovely host, she is very kind-hearted, caring, warm, sweet, polite and respects your private space. I had an amazing five week stay with Jennifer and I enjoyed my stay tremendously ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

A quite and cozy place

Biruk got everything you need

Biruk’s place is clean and sufficient for a week stay. What I love the most is the location of the house. About 10 minutes walk to local shopping centre and 15 minutes drive to the city Biruk’s place is in a quite neighborhood, my husband and I were able to take the afternoon walk around the house Even though we have to share the kitchen with other guests but it was not a big deal we could cook dinner and had a lovely meal over a glass of wine with Biruk and the other guests I was able to check in earlier than the usual schedule which makes it a plus for Biruk’s stay for a traveller like me who likes to arrive early in the morning

Biruk was really nice and helpful at any time. The house is not far from the metro station which brings you easy to the city.

Footscray is a very nice area. The bus connection is great even if you need half an hour into the city. Everything is very clean and the equipment is great.

We had a wonderful time in Yen's accommodation. The whole house is very clean and the room is equipped with air conditioning and Wifi. The kitchen has everything you need and the washing facilities as well as the bathroom are working perfectly. The suburb is quiet with a bus stop in front of the house and supermarkets close. Yen is an absolutely lovely host and helped us wherever she could. We would stay again and can only recommend this Airbnb. Thank you Yen!

Very nice host and very tidy place

Central house within walking distance to a shopping centre and just across the road from a bus stop that will take you to the CBD. Perfect for families or couples and pets! The home is very comfortable and has a homey feel. We were sorry to leave and wished we could stay longer..will definitely return

Our stay at Utako’s place was great. It is in a very convenient, close to a shopping centre for anything you might need. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. The backyard was a plus for our four-legged companion. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location and Utako went the extra mile letting us check in early. Also had lots of amenities for the kids, which was great to keep them entertained away from home.

Liliana and Andrew both are amazing they’re always responsive and available if anything needed! They had everything ready and the place was clean and tidy, I enjoyed my two nights in their cozy caravan. Highly recommended for short term and experiencing the experience of living in caravan.

Great location close to Tottenham station, about 5-10 minute walk away. Plenty of room for me and hosts were super friendly. Other Airbnb people stay in the home too but never had any issues with share facilities. Toilet is a little walk away out the back - caravan is located in front yard - but again not bad. Highly recommended for price and location.

Enjoyed my stay here in the caravan!The caravan was beautifully decorated, clean and has all the cooking supply u need to prepare a simple dish. Perfect location as it is close to the train station. Me and my best pal stayed at this amazing space for 8 nights and it exceeded all expectations. Tottenham train station 5/10 mins walking distance, Coles/Aldi 15mins walk away and very easy to access Footscray and City. Lily and Andrew are such an incredibly welcoming family and will go out of their way to help, great amenities and nothing more than an ask away. Would highly recommend if you’re wanting a suburban cheap stay, your own space with an retro twist and an extremely friendly host - Thank you again!

Our stay in the caravan was a lovely experience. My boyfriend and I are convinced that Liliana and Andrew are two of the kindest people in all of Australia. They made sure we had everything to enjoy a comfortable stay. The location is very close to the CBD and public transport. I highly recommend!

We had a really nice time in the little caravan. We spent a lot of time in our tent in the last year, so this was like five star camping ;) Liliana and Andrew are so nice and helpful. The camper van is located in the front of the house, so you have a lot of privacy and it’s really quite during the night. The train station is only a couple of minutes away and you can reach the grocery stores in 15 min by foot (don’t believe your google maps ;) ) Thank you for letting us stay at your place!
