The apartment is located in Bourg Saint Maurice at the foot of the Paradiski ski area and at the crossroads of many resorts. About 5 minutes (car or shuttle) from the funicular which allows you to access the start of the Arc 1600 slopes in less than 10 minutes (winter only). 100 m from the shuttle stop and 300 m from the first amenities (Organic food store, bar and restaurant).

The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière, France-Italy international domain, or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.
