It is ideal for those who go fishing or practice sports such as canoeing and surfing. A few kilometers away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1360 meters. 10 km away is Calangianus with its renowned cork museum and the tombs of the giants of Pascaredda.

The villa enjoys a privileged position with a magnificent view and is 200 meters from the sea and close to bars, restaurants and markets. Surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean plants, it is equipped outside with a patio with a barbecue, solarium and terrace overlooking the sea. It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.
