No. 36 is a perfect getaway for a couple (or a single traveller) who like to keep things traditional but have all the mod-cons at their fingertips. You are on a leafy back street with parking directly outside the front of the cottage and a field opposite over which you can walk to come out in the Churchyard in the heart of Swaffham. This surprisingly spacious cottage boasts a stunning bespoke kitchen and numerous charming features including a snug room in the loft and a pair of bicycles to ride!

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Dairy Cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location only 2 hours drive from London and approx 45 mins to the North Norfolk Coast, offering access to Wells, Burnham Market, Holkham, Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer, Holt etc. Also within easy reach are the beautifully picturesque Norfolk Broads and the historic cities of Norwich and Cambridge. This comfortable 17th Century holiday home was the former dairy to the adjoining farmhouse. Ideal for business stays with Wi-Fi, ample workspace and parking.

Nearby are the ruins of the 11th Century Castle and Monastery. Close by is The Ostrich a 15th-century public house, Wittles Cafe, Spar store and Fish and Chip shop. It is an idea base for exploring with Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by and a short drive to the Coast, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

A great base to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk Coastline and the Norfolk Broads as well as the Peddars Way right on our doorstep. Well behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi is available in the property. Guests have access to our gardens but please note the area is not dog proof and that occasionally staff may be working in the garden.

The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The village sits on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a beautiful forest with wonderful woodland trails to walk or cycle. A perfect bolthole for exploring both the country side and coast of Norfolk
