Full size washer/dryer with a gas grill on the patio. King size memory foam mattress in the private bedroom and a high end queen pullout. Confidently book your stay at my sparkling clean and disinfected home. It is professionally sanitized before your arrival. No pets, and the HOA does not allow use of the fireplace.
