The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. BEST LOCATION EVER This Old Town, 3 Bedroom, 2 baths historic home in downtown Steamboat will charm the pants off your group. It is across the street from Stahley Park, which gives you access to the Spring Creek Trailhead prime for MTB and running. It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.
