Great hospitality.

This place was great, they gave us an access code so we could come and go as well pleased. We got there late from a concert so we didn’t have to bother them to let us in. Very clean, spacious, & private bedroom space. The shared bathroom was no issue! Great location, close to restaurants in University Heights & only about 25 minutes from Cleveland! We will stay again on our next trip to Cleveland!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sam's place! He is very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The decor was beautifully done and the space felt very welcoming. Having a parking space was also extremely convenient (it is directly behind the building and you need to take the drive to the immediate right of the building to find it). The mattress is also insanely comfortable and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches (especially having a first aid kit available when we needed one! ). Iknow some people before had mentioned that the place was a bit cold for them, but honestly, we were perfectly comfortable and if you keep the bedroom door closed, it actually gets perfectly warm. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cleveland area!

This place was beautiful, close to the city and had everything we needed. The shower ran room temp but it did not impact the quality of our stay. Sam was quick to reply and very helpful, I highly recommend this home!

I enjoyed my stay at Sams place. The location is great and the property is well maintained. The decor was very dapper and and stylish. Sam was quick with response via text. If I had to nitpick i would point out that there are stipulation that come with use of the Laundry room. There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building and each floor has a certain day to use it. Depending on which day you arrive you may or may not be able to use the laundry and it closes at 8:30 PM Also I will point out that if you plan on cooking to bring your own seasoning or acquire some because there wasn’t even a salt and pepper available. Other than that and for me these things are very small I would have to say Sams place is an awesome location and I would stay there again.

The only downside was the neighbors were noisy at night sometimes. The place itself was excellent.

Great place, with a dedicated parking spot! Nicely decorated and updated older apartement. Bed was comfy, wifi strong, even had a few k-cups + breakfast bars on the counter for me :) ----- (self check in/out awesome for business travel). I would highly recommend and I will be back for sure!

It’s a cute place! It was a great choice for our weekend trip. Close enough to the freeway to get to the city, not too far from the suburbs to get to our friends’ place.

Sam’s apartment is a charming, very comfortable home away from home. The decor is lovely and Sam was extraordinarily responsive and helpful. If you’re tired of hotels and looking for a comfortable reprieve in a convenient location in Cleveland, stay here!

A delightful stay--the most thoughtful experience with little personal gestures of hospitality in all the right places. And we had the second floor all to ourselves!

This was a great stay. I definitely plan on being a regular and using this spot. Only down side I would say is that there is a dog and at times he would bark until his heart's content but other than that, it was a great stay. Most of the time, it was quiet. I would recommend this AirBnB.

Very comfortable private room with its own bathroom (though not en suite) on the second floor of a classic Cleveland Hts. home. Well-located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts are friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Fluffy is adorable. Highly recommend.

We spent two comfortable and enjoyable nights here. Everything was satisfying.

I’ve stayed at this location once before. Very consistent with cleanliness and very accommodating. Positive energy in the home and from hosts. When in need of an Air BnB this will be my first choice.

I had another great visit at Fluffy’s house. I was sad when it was time to leave because I really enjoyed my stay. If you love dogs, Fluffy will make you so happy. If you aren’t interested, then you won’t even know he is there. The house is super clean and the hosts are amazing. I felt like I was staying with family. The room is on the second floor so you’ll have to walk up about 12 stairs. Make sure to bring a robe because the bathroom is down the hall from the bedroom. During my stay no one came upstairs (except Fluffy). The neighborhood is very quiet. I saw a small herd of deer walking past the house in the middle of the day. The house is on a dead end street with a school on the corner. There is very little noise or movement. My Uber ride to UH Cleveland was about $9 - only 12 minutes away. This is my new favorite place to stay and I’ll be back when I return to Cleveland.

My stay was brief but very relaxing. The house is beautiful and the Ra’Shawn was so so nice and helpful. The room was super comfy and the bed had the literal softest sheets I’ve ever felt! It was great all around, would definitely stay again!

I would encourage anyone traveling to the Cleveland Heights are to stay at Ian’s house. It was clean, quiet, affordable, close to everything, and Ian was an awesome host. Give him a try. 👍

Excellency!!! A true gem.

I was initially offput by the appearance of the place (the floors are uneven, and so is the toilet), but as a just-the-basics economy stay, there's nothing too bad about it. I stayed during the winter, and didn't have a problem staying warm. Getting to downtown is easy, and my average commute was less than 30 minutes. The neighborhood is mostly safe, and I did not have any issues with neighbors.

A fantastic, clean and well equipped basement apartment. Nice, quiet neighborhood. 15-20 minutes by car from beautiful downtown Cleveland.

Outstanding hosts

Jim was a great Airbnb to stay at for me. I worked at UH and it was super close. Right next to everything you could ask for!

I stayed here for two months and it was a great experience. Jim and Colleen were positively friendly and keen on making my stay enjoyable. He was very responsive via text and would always alert me if there was anything I needed to know about. I usually worked odd hours with a lot of early morning starts and Jim often made sure to pull in my car at the end of the night so I did not have to move them around in the morning. He also had dedicated space in the kitchen and basement for my foodstuffs and belongings and made sure I could find whatever I needed around the house. The other guests in the house were also pleasant and Jim would always invite us to join him when he was holding an event out back. I certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for either a short or long-term stay.

Just Jim now, but he's a great guy and very helpful with any requests. Had a peaceful stay.

Simple, friendly accommodation. I didn't meet Jim very often (most of the time I was out early and back late), but we had a nice chat, and I learned some useful local recommendations.

The room was good and reasonable to its price. The whole house is old but cozy and the hosts are very nice and accommodating. It is one of the best choices if you are coming for a medical training in Cleveland Clinic as you can use RTA 32 which takes about 20 mins to clinic and the bus stop is literally 5 mins away from the house. The neighborhood is good, safe and near to every store whether target, walmart, and macys etc.

The Artist Den is in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland Heights that was close to everything we wanted to do while in Cleveland. The size of the place for the cost was great. I had surgery while in Cleveland, and the power recliner was a godsend. The only issue we had was with snow removal, but it was taken care of directly when we informed the host. The host was very responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/pots/pans/salt/pepper/etc., there were plenty of clean towels, the beds were SO comfortable, there was plenty of hot water with amazing shower pressure, and the electronics were easy to figure out. The host provided ample instructions for everything without making it overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly right for our family of five staying in Cleveland for three nights. It is clean, located on a quiet, safe residential street, and tastefully decorated and furnished. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and tub. We have stayed there twice, and had a good experience both times.

I always expect a great living experience and that is what I always have when I stay at this location. Quite, clean, cozy, convenient, affordable.

Just as pictured - very cute place for the long weekend we stayed there. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby and felt like we had enough space. Lots of nice towels and supplies throughout, plenty of hangers etc. The pack and play and high chair both seemed well taken care of. Location was close to everything we needed. Kids loved the power recliner and touch lamps! Another key point if you have a young kid: you can close the door at the bottom of the stairs - kept our 1 year old from constantly trying to climb them.

Our stay with Hong was a very memorable experience. :) She has a lovely home. Our room was very clean, nice and the bed was truly comfortable. She also has a bidet. My husband was intrigued and plans to research bidets in the future. Hong is an excellent host and does what she can to make her guests feel at home. My stay at Carolina's was perfect. I stayed for 4 months and it was a great space and made my time in the area home-like. The check in and out was quite smooth with no wait. Location wise could not be better placed with plenty of food and stores in the area as well as easy access to the highway. Carolina and Traxon are very nice people who are quite considerate to their guests! In my time that I stayed there I did not have a single complaint. They very much deserve the 5 star ratings.

I didn't get to stay at Carolina's as I had a change in work/travel schedule, but she was very understanding given the last minute nature of my cancellation. Only bad part was that I didn't get to stay at her wonderful place!

Carolina and her husband were incredibly hospitable throughout my entire stay. Both were very friendly and made me feel at home. They reached out to me numerous times to make sure all my needs were met during my stay. Carolina and Traxon were an absolute joy to stay with. My boyfriend and I lived there for three months while completing internships in Cleveland and it could not have been better. The location was amazing and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable - even allowing us to use their bikes on a few occassions. Carolina was abroad during my stay but she did try to respond to my questions and requests. The house was comfortable although its a bit cold at night.

Although I never got the opportunity to meet Carolina and Tron, they were both extremely hospitable from the beginning and kept in touch throughout to make sure I had everything I needed. The place had all the necessities and was exactly as described in the listing, placed in a nice, safe neighborhood with plenty of wildlife being next to the woods. I would definitely recommend booking with Carolina and Tron.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful and we saw deer at many times of the day. The apartment was perfect for our needs, as described, it was cozy and the host was always available to help if we needed anything.

Jim is an unbelievably kind host. Not only did he help me all throughout my stay, he helped me during a crisis too. I was to shift to another Airbnb but the other host placed me in a very uncomfortable situation and I had to immediately look for another place. Jim supported me through this issue until I figured where to go next. If you are in Cleveland, and you wish to be treated like family, then do stay at his place. All amenities are top notch, the neighborhood is amazing and beautiful and the stay is very comfortable.

We had a terrific week! This place is definitely worth the price of admission. Everything was better than advertised.

This place is literally by everything you need!!

Jim is a great host. He is always easy to get in touch with. I was a student at Cleveland Clinic and his house is only about a 15 minute drive away. The only minor concern is parking, since there is no overnight street parking, I would wait until Jim arrived home so we can park our cars in the order that we leave the next morning.

Jim is a great host, he is very helpful, and accommodating. His home was perfect for my 5 week stay. I would stay here again and would recommend my friends stay here.

This house was absolutely amazing! We surprised my husband by having the family fly in for this birthday. This place accommodated all our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to have coffee, lunch and birthday cake. The beds were extremely comfortable as the pillows. Each bedroom had its own theme and all were adorable. The bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels for all of us. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb, and the hosts were amazing too!

8 friends (4 couples) had a terrific time in this lovely vintage home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen large and we'll equipped (we cooked most meals), and the living and dining space roomy and cozy. Only one shower made bathroom coordination a bit tricky but not really a negative. The location was great. We walked to a grocery store and enjoyed the cute architecture in the neighborhood. Overall a wonderful place!!

Quiet, clean, affordable, close to a park to walk the dog, friendly child neighbors who showed me how to get to the park and stopped to pet my dog! I will stay again when I need to get work done away from distractions.

Sara is an awesome human being who is dedicated to contributing to the community. She was very helpful in orienting me to the area. I enjoyed her beautiful butterfly garden.

Sara has a unique home in a quiet and close-knit neighborhood. You will most likely be greeted by the friendly cats and/or another guest when you arrive. Sara is an amazing host who cares about her guests and their experience, and who is actively involved in her community. My stay was very comfortable and guests have full amenities (full bathroom, kitchen etc) If you're looking for local tips and an authentic Cleveland experience, you can't do better.

Best stay ever! The tiny house was adorable, and included more than enough amenities.

This tiny house is amazing - there are so many thoughtful, homy touches... even a stocked supply of toiletries and some food and drinks! The hosts are also very responsive. My one suggestion is if you’re sensitive to light at night, bring an eye mask as there was quite a bit of street light coming in at night. But I had a mask with me and slept great. It’s a really quiet area. I even chatted briefly with a few residents who were out and about! Definitely recommend.

This was a very clean, quiet place to stay. It was close to a lot of points of interest. I would stay again.

This was a super functional and convenient space. I stayed here for three weeks when I had a clinical rotation at Cleveland Clinic. Be aware that you are sharing the house with two other people so the common spaces may not be sparkling clean. However, my bedroom was very clean, private and cozy. The room is located on the 2nd floor directly above another roommate so on occasion I could hear their TV or them talking on the phone. The main kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking needs. There's also a kitchenette right outside the bedroom with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and Keurig. I also had access to their laundry room and detergent, which was really convenient. Street parking was usually available right outside the house. Other reviewers state that the neighborhood felt unsafe. I did not feel this way. The neighborhood was quiet and I honestly didn't see a lot of people. I did find a car necessary as there were not any options within walking distance for restaurants or groceries. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Regardless of the circumstances surrounding my stay (COVID-19), Amanda and her family were warm and welcoming and great to come home to after a day working in the healthcare field. I highly recommend this place for any student that may be in Cleveland for a clinical rotation. The location is perfect and in a quaint, safe neighborhood!

I had a great time staying with Amanda's family. The house is beautiful and very close to a bus stop, so it was very easy to use public transportation. Amanda and her husband Nat were both very friendly and helpful with my check-in and communication. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

This is a beautiful home, and the hosts do a great job of explaining what you can expect and their expectations as well. They are quick to respond and explain anything I had questions about. I had the privilege of meeting them briefly before I left. What a very sweet couple. Their dog was quiet and sweet.

Can't say enough good things about Cindy's place! Very clean, super cute decor, comfortable bed and nice smelling sheets. The lake behind the house was an extra treat, I was able to catch a glorious sunset. Location is a bit outside downtown, so if you plan on taking lyfts etc. could get costly. Highly recommend this apartment, wish I could live there even 😂 Cindy is also very responsive and helpful.

Great location. Great amenities. Yes, she really has beer, wine, and snacks. We were able to walk to CWRU and to Little Italy for dinner. Place was spotless and we felt very safe.

Silvia's home is lovely, clean, and comfortable. Your room is up one flight of stairs. She welcomes you to use her kitchen as needed. She has suggestions of fun places to visit in the area, including restaurants. I recommend her home.

I would recommend this place! The home is very clean and the hosts definitely strive to accommodate for you. The room was cozy and I liked the small touches in the housing. I found the stability of the house to be good. I didn't find there to be any creaking so it felt pretty comfortable to walk around. The hosts are very easy to talk to, and if you can speak Spanish, I would recommend you converse with them! :)

Sparking clean! She reach out out to me prior to arrival because she wanted to be able to great me. She does have reasonable house rules like taking off shoes before entering house and flush the toilet with the lid down. Overall, super clean and thoughtful. Definitely one of those airbnbs I didn’t go sleeping wondering if they had washed the sheets or not.

It was a great experience at Matthew's Airbnb. My room was great. I could arrange all my belongings in the room :) I made great friends there too. If you're renting this, just know that you'll be sharing the washroom with two maybe three other people. I never had a cleanliness issue or timing issue though. . Everyone had different schedules so it worked out just fine for us :) The kitchen was well equipped with utensils too. Overall a great stay. Would definitely come again! Thanks :)

Matthew is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly. Check in and check out were flexible.I liked my room. 25 min walk to Cleveland Clinic.The bus stop is right outside the home. Got to meet great people! Overall,it was a good experience.

I would recommend Matthew's place if you want to stay close to Cleveland Clinic Main campus.

Yan's place is in a great location for walking and the access to the train which takes you directly to downtown Cleveland was wonderful. It has basic cooking facilities but there are some lovely restaurants, diners and bars within walking distance so no real need to cook anyway! I will be back.

Yan's place was clean and well-stocked. The location was fantastic and close to local shops and restaurants. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The few questions I had were answered immediately. This was a fantastic first Airbnb experience.

Sweet place definitely lived up to its name! The bnb was within walking distance from restaurants and cute local art and bookshops. A perfect and cozy place to stay, there was easy driveway or street parking. I would recommend this bnb to anyone staying in the cleveland area, even the local art shops were spokespeople for this airbnb!

Great place to stay in an interesting part of town.

Great hotel-style apartment without all of the hassle of a hotel. Living space was modern and minimalist with full amenities (fridge/freezer, stove/oven/broiler, dishwasher, full sink with garbage disposal, washer & dryer, etc.). 3-layer security to get into the apartment, and free parking garage access with parking hang tag & garage remote. Felt great about living there, but the location wasn't the best. There wasn't much access to public transportation from what we could tell, and the area was definitely more industrial than we would have liked. Would definitely recommend to others.

The view is amazing and the location is great. Checking in and out was a breeze and they had everything you needed from coffee to toiletries. Definitely would stay there again!

You can expect a clean place with an amazing view of the lake and a very nice gym (with trail mix). It's within a 5-10 minute drive of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and quite a few great restaurants!

Best thing about this place was the view. Right on the edge of the Lake, didn’t picture window. Absolutely gorgeous.

My husband and I had a great stay at this location. Check-in was a breeze with detailed instructions. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with lots of necessities in the kitchen and elsewhere. We were in town to visit Cleveland Clinic. It was a very easy drive to the hospital (about 12-15 min). We loved the view of the lake in the living area! We also felt very safe staying here - as the complex is gated & the building is also secured. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with jim for the summer when working in Cleveland. He offered to drive me a few times since I didn’t have a car to get around. Great host and value!

Jim is the best host ever. I was new to the area and he gave me tours of the area and we even did meals together. If you can get in definitely do so. You will feel right at home

The space was surprisingly cozy! I appreciated the cleanliness too. Check in was easy, I had everything I needed and knew Jim was available if I needed anything else. Overall, everyone was conscious of sharing the space respectfully.

Jim is a very nice and accomodate host. I had to leave early in the morning, so I park my car on the street and Jim move them in to the drive way at night. There’s coffee and tea that you can help yourself too. Jim also make room in the frigde for you if needed. The bed is very soft and comfortable. Overall, I enjoy my stay and highly recommend this place.

This room was good value for the money. The house and neighborhood were quiet, location was easy access for what I needed to do, the room and house had what I needed. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
