It was a real pleasure to stay at Mariannes place. She is a warm hearted, most kind person. She even did a part of our laundry with her washing machine. I traveled to Biel in early February 2020 to attend the FED-Cup tennis matches in the SwissTennis-Arena (two-day event). So I looked for an Airbnb near the stadium and found the room in Didi's loft. From the first message to the personal farewell, communication was always quick and warm at the same time. The room is in the basement, but has generous window areas with daylight. And it's even bigger than it looks in the photo; it is sparkling clean and well equipped anyway. And there is also a bus stop in front of the house or a free parking space. I really liked the styling of the whole apartment. If I travel to Biel again, I already know where I want to stay :-)

Marisol is a great host and the apartment's very nice with a fully equipped kitchen. As it's really central at one of the main street's in Biel/Bienne, it's not the calmest place to be, but the price-performance ratio is outstanding.

Loft ideal for the 5 adults we were. Large living space. Perfect home by Florence and her daughter very available. We even welcomed the cat from the house not at all wild. A very good address in a small charming village surrounded by mountains and 10 minutes from Biel where we were for an internship. And in the village, a very original grocery store with a choice of good cheeses, and a very nice bakery also. I recommend +++

Very peacufull place in a small, quite village with great nature. The whole host family is very friendly and open-hearted. Daniel‘s wife even got us a lift to the next trainstation while we missed the bus from Plagne (buses do not operate frequently). Accomodation was absolutely clean as well as the bathroom was.

The rooms are small but functional for sleeping, the beds are good, the bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. The location is rural and very quiet, you will not disturbed in your sleep. Nice also that the hostess provides a good breakfast at the desired time.

This place is tucked in a beautiful mountain side. As you come in you feel and see the local way of life. The air is pure, the water is sweet and the sounds of nature relaxing. We particularly loved to hear the cowbells ringing in unison, like wind chimes moving in the breeze. Carole and Daniel were very attentive and helpful and breakfast was just delicious. We stayed there because it was a short drive to Biel, which has a great shopping area and also Bern, the capital, which is an outstanding place. We're very happy with our stay.

Peter is a great guy and his apartment is fabulous, so much care and attention to detail gives you a feeling of quality. We only wish we had stayed longer, maybe next time 😊

The time with Peter in the apartment was just great. We were greeted warmly by Peter and the communication was smooth. He showed us the apartment in detail and explained special features. To the flat: The apartment was very well maintained! In addition, breakfast (braid, jam, Nutella, butter, etc.) was already available, as were numerous items in the fridge (milk, mineral water, milk ..) Peter is a very accommodating host, which I find very sympathetic. I can recommend the accommodation to everyone. Especially in summer it is an absolute highlight thanks to the two balconies.

Peter's apartment is totally perfect. The room quality and other facilities are awesome! If you find a nice and reasonable place to stay, you should definitely come here. If you're looking for a hostel in Switzerland, make sure to make it to Peter! If you rent a car, there is a private parking lot for your accommodation. The inside of the room is clean and there are a lot of kitchen utensils, so it's good to eat food yourself! But the only thing is that there is no microwave oven ,, ^^ Still, don't worry because you can eat everything with induction! The bathroom has a shower / wash basin / toilet, so it's very comfortable. I think it's a place where two or more people can use it. If you need laundry, you can wash and dry it for free at Peter's Underground Basement.

Very nice place of life, village on the outskirts of Biel, very well served by public transport. Perfect facilities and services, comfortable room and bed, everything is very convenient, close to a pretty bathroom-WC. Very clean. I hope once again to go to Sulin because she is very enthusiastic and truly dedicated.

It was great to stay at Sulin's house. The room was comfortable and breakfast was available every morning. It's a short bus or train ride to Biel/Bienne which was perfect for me. She is a wonderful host and will make sure you are at home!

Ariane is very helpful, and kindly waited for us even though we arrived late. There are two circular staircases to negotiate to get to the room (not difficult, though), and the accommodation is lovely - compact yet spacious (a separate lounge/eating area, bedroom, and ensuite) - and very attractive. Ariane gave really good instructions for catching the bus and this is by far the easiest way to get into Biel and the railway station. We highly recommend Ariane’s place and will happily stay there when we next visit Biel.

Ariane is an amazing host. She answered immediately having given all the neccessary instructions about getting to the place. Her house is incredibly stylish and cozy. We felt like we were in our own chalet (the house is on the hill, so you can contemplate a wonderful landscape on Biel/Bienne on the one side and the forest on another). We had all the neccessities in our separate rooms and spent one of the best time ever on the New Year's Eve. We would definitely come back! Irina & Co

What a place..!! Spotless, with the right amount of space, what a view, and the location is also great..! It's about 40-50 minutes from Bern via train but so accessible...the la heutte train station is barely 5 minutes away on foot Doriane and her boyfriend are so sweet..! They are amazing hosts.. They helped me with my excessively heavy luggage, also gave us some tips about getting around... The sweetest people with the most amazing home...!!

Christian is a very nice, calm and communicative person that gives you privacy. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped (tea, coffee, electric kettle, glasses and cutlery). The bathroom was neat and tidy and the shower was very spacious. Nidau is also close to a beautiful lake and the Biel/Bienne railway station; the bus stop is just 150m from the apartment.

We stayed for one night at Daisy's place on our way back from Switzerland to Paris. It was very easy to find the place thanks to Daisy's Checkin process. We welcomed us and offered the amazing swiss chocolates. The check-in process was super smooth and the house was super clean. Had all the amenities one can hope for and Daisy made sure our stay was super comfortable. The location is amazing as you are nestled between mountains in a scenic view. Overall 10/10 for this stay....

Great location in the middle of the city. Tons of great restaurants nearby. You even have a view of former Rolex factory and walking distance to Omega. Srdjan was great and we enjoyed talking with him. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable and also to get to know us. Bed and everything was comfortable too. I highly recommend his place. I stayed this place two times, 6 days and 5 days because the place is big, very clean, convenient, nice and lovely family, private bed, and quiet. Nature around the town is so beautiful. Even the place is remote from the town but it takes 5 minutes walk to the train station and direct to Biel city. I will stay here again if I visit Saint-Imier.

Alex’s place is very clean and spacious. The small but functional kitchen was a great way to save on food during our stay. There is not WiFi at the apartment (which is noted in the listing) but we had cell phone signal. Location is right by a bus stop which can take you quickly into town. We ended up taking the train to Bern during the day when we were there which is only about a 30 minute train ride.

I went with a group of friends to Jeannine's place as we were going to the festival in Biel and all hotels were booked. While the place is not in Biel but in a little town nearby, it only took us 15 mins to reach the city by train, plus Jeannine's house is very cozy and Jeannine was nice enough to prepare an amazing breakfast for us!. It was a pleasure to stay at Lajoux, in the house of Marianne. She is a caring and joyfull host. Rahpael does the communication and lives in the village next door. It goes all very smoothly - even though we arranged our Airbnb very last minute. He even helped us out driving to Bern and driving home through the snowy roads and gave good advice. We recommend staying here in this modest and very cosy house in the charming village of Lajoux.
