It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

Ideally situated: quiet dead end street, with common gardens and 1min walk to the pool, 3min to the beach, several awesome seafood restaurants (closest is 2min walk), 2min to the supermarket. 25min drive to the capital Maon, 35min to the airport.
