Very pleased with our stay. Fantastic that the apartment came with two bikes. Great area to explore on bikes!

What a lovely apartment near enough to the old town, by foot or buses run regularly so close. Only noticed on the last day that if you turn left from the apartment gate and walk a few hundred metres you hit the lake. The trip on the lake and visiting a few townships from Sirmione was amazing. Matteo and his wife are great hosts offering so much local insight.

The apartment is in a quiet street with parking under the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and the shuttle stop to the center of Sirmione. The apartment has everything you need to cook and Paolo made us find tea and snacks in addition to the coffee pods to use for the machine present. Paolo was always responsive and met us for check-out out Recommended!

Wow. This place is gorgeous! We LOVED it. It definitely feels more like a hotel than an airbnb. Excellent and friendly reception, very clean and spacious room and they also upgraded us to the superior suite! The shower was our favourite—the water pressure was lovely and really nice after a couple longs weeks on our trip. And it’s just around the corner from the Arena and had a ton of great restaurants. Very walkable for all of Verona. And the bed was huge!

We loved our stay at Ely’s apartment. It had everything you needed for a long weekend. Comfortable and clean. Ely was amazing and so kind and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough. The area is beautiful and busy with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy a drink and food. The apartment pool and garden are a peaceful escape, quiet with a stunning view over the lake. This was a very lucky find.

This was truly an amazing place to stay — the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the beauty and charm of Sirmione. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more special was the host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Definitely worth it — we’ll absolutely go back when we return to Sirmione!

Rohit is the most attentive host. I had special requests for him as I wanted to surprise my girlfriend and he went above and beyond what we discussed, making our stay truly magical and unforgettable. Also leaving us with drinks, snacks, gift. The view on the lake is beautiful, the sun sets behind the mountains. Rohit was very available while respecting our privacy. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

A great apartment in an amazing location - right in the heart of Sirmione! Hosts are helpful and friendly :) Sofa bed was quite small for an adult but the entire apartment was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great accommodation in an old local lemon farm. Unique view with private garden and hiking trails right outside the front door. Claudio is a great host! We also ate a delicious pizza in his ristorante up in the village and drank coffee in the morning. Here you feel a little away from the hustle of Lake Garda. We can just recommend it and would love to come back another time

A very nice modern apartment. The lake is right around the corner as well as a supermarket. Our BMW 3 Series Touring just fit into the garage.

It is a lovely place, but would get clarification on the $300 deposit requiring euros day of check in and we were told to park in the garage but we had no access so the assistant Lana had to meet us in the parking lot. Other than those 2 items we were very happy and would stay there again.

OMG ... this place was STUNNING. I have stayed in many Air Bnbs around the world but this apartment hands down, beats them all so far. the location is incredible, and the views are amazing. being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise across the lake every morning was just magical. ignoring the views the apparent itself was lovely, it had everything you need and more. the quality of the cookware and furniture went above and beyond my expectations. all the different lighting available to set different moods was a great touch. even lighting in the shower which you could set to different colors was unusual but really nice. for anyone wanting to visit Lake Garda this has to be the place you choose to stay, I don't think anywhere else can match the location or the views. all you can eat Chinese restaurant downstairs, fresh pizza and pasta right next door, and a supermarket 5 minute walk in both directions. just a 15 minute walk to the station one direct train to Venice. perfect

Our stay was from 12-19th May, 2025. We flew in to Verona and caught a train to Desenzano. To say that Anna was extremely helpful is a massive understatement! She went out of her way to help and advise us and even collected us from Desenzano Railway Station. The apartment was well equipped for cooking etc., but there were so many restaurants within a stone's throw away, that we never considered catering. As a matter of fact, the old town of Sirmione was empty of supermarkets. Turn left out of the entrance door of the apartment was a 1 minute walk to the lake, with shaded seating to sit and gaze at the passing boats. If you want to catch a ferry to explore other towns along the lakes coastline, a five minute walk takes you to the main jetty where you can buy tickets. The old town has very narrow streets, barely wide enough for a car. This seems to make the visitors more dense....just something to think about. All in all, a super well located apartment, which was extremely comfortable.
