Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Cosy 1-bed annexe in the Chilterns

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.
