Our time in Phuket was 100% amazing and all thanks to David and his wonderful staff. The house easily accommodated our group of 13 and we had a great experience. David was lighting quick with responses and super helpful not only throughout the trip but particularly leading up to it, to ensure we had everything we needed to get settled in. He helped provide detailed recommendations for us and always followed up to make sure our stay was going well. Pim, Oum and the rest of the staff were SUPER. They really made our trip and experience top notch. We had home cooked, authentic thai meals prepared for us for lunch and dinner (we were only planning to do one or two but decided to eat at home for every meal). There's also breakfast every morning! They also helped take us to the local 7/11 to go on food/beer runs, while also arranging cars for us to get to wherever we needed. Not to mention some folks needed to do laundry and they helped us with that too. All in all, we didnt need a single thing -- they took GREAT care of us and will absolutely look for David/Pim for our next Thailand trip!

A Really amazing place to stay for a group of 14. We came for three nights for a wedding at Como point (walkable). The property is even better than the photos, perfect pool, location has basic shops and a few restaurants in easy walking distance. Oum and the team were great hosts, keeping Ng the place spotless and cooking wonderful breakfasts each morning. I wish we could've stayed longer! Thanks David

Overall, it is very good, there is a butler who can help English in English. Communicating the problem of unfairness, and reasonable requirements are that they are willing to assist. The point is that the landlord is an honest person, all of which indicate the price, and there are no hidden charges. Recommend a try

Does what it says on he box

Be prepared to have a lovely couple as a host that are very helpful and kind to you! You have your own small house with a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and anything else you might need. Next to your house is also a pool for your own use. Your hosts live in the house next door, and are thus always available (given they're home of course) for you. Don't worry, you really do have your own privacy and you won't even notice that they are basically your house-neighbours. I'd recommend you come with a rental car or motorbike, because to reach things nearby by foot might take a while.

Supansa brings us a great experience! The room was cleaner than we thought and the whole yard was very large. She lived in the house next to where there was any need for help. She could tell her that she would help solve the problem that night. She also drove us to 711 to buy dinner! Give us a good guide!

We had an amazing stay at this quiet and laid-back place. This was the perfect place to stay after a long plane trip. We only stayed here for two night, but wish we stayed longer. We were taken good care of and learned some interesting facts about Thailand and the people. Geoff is a kind, welcoming and good fellow who will take care of you and help you out with whatever you need. There are things to do and see nearby, but we didn't get to check that out because we were feeling lazy and needed to adjust to the climate. So floating in the pool and going out eating was enough for us the first days. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Very lovely and hospitable couple. They are helpful in every situation, they picked us up from the pier and brought us to the airport at the end. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful lodge and we were so happy about the delicious food that Supansa cooked us. All in all a great stay, thank you again.

Had a very pleasant stay here at Supansas and Geoffs guesthouse. The place is very spacious modern and clean surrounded by a beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool. you can either relax and maybe hear some of the elephants from the nearby sanctuary or go around and explore the island. you have a 7-11 nearby but to see the island i would reccomend renting a scooter at the airport or somewhere else. Geoff even dropped us at the airport for a small fee and was happy to help with information or any other problem. 5*/5* would recommend!

The house is fantastic! We are very satisfied with everyone! WYSIWYG online pictures, very clean and beautiful! We have stayed at 3 B&Bs on this trip, and the housekeeper's meal is the best! The butler also helped to book a home massage and fishing, and the delivery is reasonable! The location is a bit biased, you must rent a car or chartered!

The location is close to Phuket International Airport and there is a five-star hotel to travel by car. It is very suitable for a family vacation house. If you have enough ingredients before you go, you can let the butler lead to buy it. The butler will also help you choose the ingredients together. Villa number 4 in Cape Yamu is a very special place. The location and the view are fantastic. It's a little paradise. The 4 bedroom villa is very comfortable and extremely spacious. The XXL rooms are well appointed and very pleasant. The pool of 25 m is incredible and its temperature, perfect. It's a place of magic relaxation! Khun Poo; our hostess, was charming throughout the stay, despite his fatigue related to his illness. She cooked us delicious breakfasts and cooked tasty food for lunch. The proximity of the hotel Como is a sure thing. We were able to benefit several times from the restaurant at night as well as, twice, breakfasts not to be missed under any circumstances. We also benefited from the hotel facilities including the private beach located on a paradise island. In addition, a restaurant, leTaste, located at the entrance of the residence, is very pleasant. It serves very good cocktails and its menu is varied with very well done dishes. Small flat: the kitchen requires repair work. The hotplates did not work, and all the facilities were well aged which cut with the rest, sublime, of the villa. Welcome glass needed on arrival and care products in the bathrooms to offer. Our stay was pure happiness. We hope to come back as soon as possible with all our children. This year, only two out of four could accompany us. We are eager to discover this magical place to others ....

We had a brilliant time at the Cape Yamu Villa. It was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and the housekeeper Khun Pu makes incredible food and is very lovely. The place is very remote which we loved and so close to the hotel which we got cabs from. We walked to the beach and such amazing views from everywhere around the villa. The house pool is epic and each room was extremely large for our Australian standards. The movie rooms is good- bring your own movies on a USB if you can. The place didn’t come with shampoo & conditioner so bring your own! Perfect for our family holiday and my dads 60th, we will most likely be returning.

The Moonlight Cottage is idyllic and especially suitable for traveling to the islands from here. We stayed two nights and arrived after the flight. Although the lectures are a little off, about 800 meters from the main street, everything can be reached quickly. There are bicycles on site. Even an employee drove us to go shopping. The local breakfast was great. It was just on the veranda in the morning, excellent. Thanks to the team.

This was a lovely location to stay at during our travels in Phuket! It's tucked back, off the main road, so it was nice, peaceful, and quiet. The host was very helpful in communicating with us and the agency we booked a day long boat tour with. We asked questions for tips on food, and attractions and was helpful. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Very nice host. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great accommodation! The house has a restaurant. Here you get good food at reasonable prices. Although the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, the lady of the house conjured up a delicious menu from the restaurant's menu and gave us the food for our meal Apartment brought! Just beautiful. The service was great. Even for the trip to the port we did not have to worry :-)

Ladislo is a very welcoming person and our family has spent a pleasant three days here. For the next resident, I would like to make some suggestions 1. There are too many mosquitoes in the evening and you will lose a lot of money 2. It is a community very far from Patong for an hour. It is not convenient to rent a car.

The steward was very enthusiastic and attentive. A box of drinking water is delivered every day. I like the pool very much and I swim basically every day. Is the location a bit biased, there are no restaurants and takeaways nearby. I found a restaurant at the door when I left the last day.

The host is very enthusiastic! The room is huge! The scenery is beautiful! And if you have any language help, the landlord will be very helpful. In addition to the standard bedroom, there is also an entertainment room downstairs, which has table tennis and somatosensory game machines. At 9-17, there is a local Thai aunt to help us solve our daily problems. There are 7-11 restaurants around. The sea is just outside your window, and it's so quiet and cool. We stayed in Phuket for more than a month. Before we came to the half moon, we had already stayed in 7 homestays, including star villas such as Kamala Patong. But it was only at "half the moon" that I found home! The peaceful bay here, comfortable and modern decoration, beautiful and neat little housekeeper, very nice food and the starry sky and the half moon hanging in the corner, all make us feel that this is the ideal life. The villa was booked a long time ago and the villa is really awesome and beautiful. Such a beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful time there and the staff in the villa was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They helped us arrange our activities and even put extra attention to birthday cakes that we asked them to prepare. The owner was also very nice and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, great experience, would recommend and go again next year!

Villa Thai hired and the butler greeted the chef to cook the food better than the food store to eat for 4 nights, 4 days breakfast every day in different places clean, stay in this place without going out, so have a holiday feeling, Highly recommended!

A perfect, unforgettable wedding lawn wedding was held here. On the wedding day, it was really a surprise, but the housekeeper and villa service staff were serving our wedding. At the dinner party, the butler also gave us a bottle of red wine. Our room was also arranged as a honeymoon room, full house of rose petals, candlelight flower bath, perfect. This place was amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our three young children. Yada was super responsive! Our last night we ran out of water (Phuket was experiencing and drought). Yada was quick to order clean drinking water for the backup water supply for the house and it was delivered in under an hour after contacting her. This place is immaculate and the yard in gorgeous! It is located in a residential gated community area, but completely private from any neighbors. It also has a gate to the property that you can lock on either side. We loved the pool and were SO sad to leave. Highly recommend this place!

Very beautiful, there is also a large farmers market with 711 and pharmacy. Yada people are particularly beautiful and enthusiastic. No matter what the difficulties will help us solve. I think she is not only a landlord, but also an excellent friend. The house is very clean. Free accompanied by two bikes and a motorcycle. The garden is particularly large. Children and I love it. About 25 minutes drive from Bang Tao Beach. This is the best place we have stayed in Phuket and the best landlord we have met.

Yada is very helpfull , she found us a car for rent for very good price and shes always avaible for help . The house is the cleanest weve had during the trip. All fresh and new . As expected having read previous reviews, we needed our own transport to get around. Yada recommended a car hire firm, which provided a great service. The villa was just the right size for our family of 5. We were mostly out and about, but the kids enjoyed playing in the pool when we were there. Not quite big enough for a proper swim, but the kids loved it. after a long day sightseeing we would often come back and relax for a couple of hours before bed. The sofa is small, but the kids were happy on the floor, if watching a movie. The highlight of this Airbnb experience was Yada. She was incredibly accommodating and helped us whenever we requested it. She also made excellent sightseeing recommendations! If only every host was more like Yada!

The room is located very close to the beach, in a calm neighborhood. I had access to two bikes in very good condition to go to the national parks close by. Nirumon was very fast in answering my message, very nice and she even took me to the airport the day I left. I would fully recommend her and would even suggest to socialize with her if she is available as she seemed very nice!

The nicest host in a great house next to a generally not too touristy beach. Nirumon is one of the nicest host I have ever stayed with, and on top of that the house is sparkling clean, room had everything you need. Great place to chill - Nai Yang beach and Sirinat National park are walking distance away. The place is conveniently close to the airport but you don't hear the airplanes at all (you can even walk to the airplane viewpoint beach and it's still not loud when you are standing under the planes). Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Phuket!

We rested in the house for a month from 01/12/20 to 02/11/20 by a large company of 2 families with children. First of all, we express our gratitude to the owners for their hospitality, comfort, help with any request, very nice people! The house is spacious, many rooms, a large kitchen, 2 large refrigerators, a spacious living room, a wonderful pool, a spacious courtyard, there are all necessary appliances. The location of the house requires a car! A ride to the store or to the beach takes from 30 minutes, next to the house there is a 7/11 minimarket. The area around the house and the pool are kept clean weekly. I wish future guests to spend the same wonderful vacation that we have!

The house was beautiful, full of character and extremely comfortable. It was very relaxing to be there, especially with the inclusion of a maid to do the cleaning. Didier and Jarunee were helpful with all our questions and put us in touch with local services such as massage and boat trips. As previously mentioned you do need a car to get to other places on the island and to get food etc. but ultimately this was a great way to explore other areas of Phuket.

Our family of four stayed here for four days and three nights. We moved from a villa in Surin Beach. The villa here is located in the YAMU bay near the COMO POINT hotel. The bay view and sunset view of the villa are very beautiful. When I entered the house, everyone gave me a wow, the high sea view was exactly the same as the photo. It was very new, spacious and bright. There were two maids and a housekeeper. The housekeeper took good care of us and kept teasing my children. Very friendly Cute, breakfast will ask us what we want to eat. The lunch was also made by the chef. The fried chicken legs, coconut milk chicken broth, and lobster are absolutely not inferior to the outside restaurant. Last night, we reserved an on-site spa for us. We enjoyed it by the pool. Before, I When staying at Kata Beach, I also made a spa in the hotel for 2,000 baht. In this villa, it was only 600 baht. In short strongly recommend everyone to stay!

Fabulous villa and excellent service! We came for an anniversary celebration and it was a great experience staying in the beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. This luxurious family villa is Brand New! It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a huge private infinite pool. The kids were absolutely thrilled! Each room is large and luxuriously decorated. The ocean view is spectacular. It has all you can ask for! Our villa has a manager who was in contact with us prior to our arrival to ensure fast and easy check-in. The villa also came with two maids and they were fabulous without being intrusive. Our manager also was able to arrange a private chef to prepare the dinner for us at the villa. Food was amazing. All of us loved the food prepared and are huge fans of Thai cooking now. Kids spent hours in the beautiful pool and had a great time. I know we were going to have an amazing experience but the rooms and facilities surpassed my expectation. It was such a memorable visit and hope to return again in the near future!

The housekeeper Xiaohui is Chinese, so the communication is very accessible and very convenient. The landlord Vivian is also very enthusiastic. We made an appointment for the cook to come to the villa to cook for us. It was really enjoyable to buy seafood for cooking. It was full of dishes, and the cooks cooked at the same level as the restaurants. The infinity pool is facing the sea, the scenery is really invincible, and the children are not willing to come up. The villa is not far from the Como Hotel, opposite the Big Wave Island. This time it was so fun, I will come back to the villa next time, and then the surrounding area is also fun.

Kase is a very welcoming villa manager who always helps us when needed. She also helps us arrange dinner. The villa have some facility aging. When there was a problem with the plumbing on the second floor, she quickly notified the property to come and fix the problem. Very nice manager.

It's been sunny recently that the lawn is yellowing, but it does not affect the beauty. The beach is be quiete really, only some people who live in nearby villas will fitness here.. I asked the manager if I could put a beach chair on the beach. The answer is: no. The manager said that the beaches in Thailand belong to the government, so we ca n’t put beach chair on beach. Well that ok, we can use the mats to sunbathe. .

I was very worried when I booked it. I saw a lot of homes and compared them a lot. I chose this one because the picture looks like a beach. When we arrived at the place, we thought that we had the wrong place. We always called the housekeeper. Later, the butler told me that the stairs were the main entrance of the villa and sent a servant to meet. After entering the villa, the feeling is slightly different from the picture. Because the floor is repainted and the furniture is re-arranged, the living room is very huge, but because it is arrived in the evening, the light is not good, it seems dim. It feels better when the sun shines in the morning. The room facilities are clean and tidy and a bit old. Breakfast is general, and the butler Kwan said, the Chinese do not like to eat dry bread. Kwan tells us that they have ordered the waffle machine, and the breakfast quiche machine, which will be rich in variety. But we have no accommodation this time, I feel sorry. Later, we proposed to buy seafood by ourselves. Kwan took us to a local vegetable farm about a few kilometers from the right turn of the villa to buy food. I have to say that Phuket seafood is really expensive, and the shrimp is 260 baht a kilogram. Small shells are sold for 120 baht, and 250 baht for crab ice will cost more than 400 baht per kilogram. Vegetables are also much more expensive than domestic ones. Kwan said that because Phuket is the most expensive place in Thailand, it needs Transport comes in. The location is near the center of the city, next to a radius of 700m there is an excellent park with simulators, 7seven restaurants. In the room everything fits the description, good internet, helpful staff, cleaning with change of linen once a week, great fitness complex with a swimming pool. The owner was not seen, but all the answers by correspondence and small problems were solved very quickly. A car or a bike is sure if you want to see the beauty of Phuket, of course. This is the one and only villa that offers the best vacation. The owner and the maid were wonderful people and I was very happy! I want to come back again.

Breakfast in the villa is delicious, and the supporting facilities are excellent! The chefs and drivers all speak English and the housekeeper speaks Chinese! It feels better to live in a villa than a hotel, and all of them are private and attentive! The sea view is very beautiful. The swimming pool has 100 square meters, the swimming competition is not enough every day, and the 4 pool toys bought by the landlord are very beautiful! Would recommend to friends, this is definitely the best five star villa I have ever stayed at!

Great place, great host, perfect trip

This time it was a 4 day, 3 night, 11 person trip. On the day of arrival, we arrived in Phuket at around 12 o'clock. The driver was already at the airport waiting for us. Go to the lunch and buy D drinks and supplies before returning to the villa. Things to keep in mind 1) Deposit of $ 3000hk for check-in. If you need to deposit by electric sparrow machine, you need to add $ 4000hk for a total of $ 7000hk. 2) The driver works 8 hours a day, and the time is at his discretion. The last night off time is 3 am, 1,000 baht per day, and 300 baht per hour will be added if overtime. 3) Workers and chefs work 9 am-5pm every day, Breakfast: Free cooking + materials Lunch: Cooked for free (without ingredients); Dinner: 800 baht (without ingredients) I want the worker sister to buy ravioli and pay 400 baht each time for the purchase cost. Nice condo in Phuket town. The room is clean, in good condition, cleaning is carried out once a week, the noise insulation from the neighboring rooms is weak - they constantly heard the child of the neighbors, how their phone vibrated, etc. There is parking. We enjoyed our stay at Artty’s place. It had everything we needed including strong WiFi and a place to work. Everything was as described and Artty was very helpful with our queries throughout and went above and beyond to assist us with our visa extension.

Stayed here for two months - very simple and great place to stay. Amazing gym downstairs with a pool, Artty's place has all the basic amenities as well as great cleaning weekly service, easy to communicate any issues or queries, quick responses. We had a spontaneous trip, just 2 weeks before departure we started planning it. Initially, they wanted to go to the area of Karon and Kata beaches, but good housing in those areas has already been dismantled. After much discussion, we decided to take this apartment. What did not regret. The complex itself is very good, green, quite large. To the beach 10-15 minutes (not a hasty step, with a child, from building E in which we lived). The staff is friendly. A huge plus - the proximity of the airport, flew at night, quickly arrived and accommodated. Also pleased with the fruit gift that awaited us, we were able to immediately try all the exotic fruits and understand that we will often take from this.

A brand new complex with beautiful pools and front gardens. There is a gym and a sauna (if anyone in Phuket freezes :). Everything is brand new. The apartment is not big 39 m2. But very clean and thoughtful. There are all appliances. Everything works perfectly. Ideal for couples with 1-2 children. Representatives of the company Irina quickly respond to any questions. Although we especially did not have them, except for a multiple extension of the stay. For stays longer than a week, towels and linen are changed free of charge.

It is definately at the heart of Phuket , at Kathu. if you plan to go around Phuket by renting motorbike , its location is great. we also had been to boat trips and it is on the main road , easy to be picked up and arrivals... Condo has a nice pool and fitness...Aleksei is a great friendly host and he replies and helps whenever you need something... Highly Recommended...

Jeeranun is a wonderful host. The house is clean, the garden is peaceful, the interior is stylish and comfortable. We were picked up at the airport and broght back after our stay. During our stay, Jeeranun answered all our questions immediately. I will recommend Jeeranun to all my friends.

Good place to stay near to the Phuket airport.

Our stay at Jeeranun’s place was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication and someone always there to help if we needed, we even got our washing done for us which was a massive help! The space was a lot bigger than I thought and was a lovely place to rest before our flight. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and plenty of little supermarkets nearby. Thank you again for a great stay!

A wonderful home away from home! It’s clean and everything is well thought out. Location is great if you are okay with walking. I am! I enjoy walking. The owners are nice. Beach is 15-20 minute walk. The closest decent Thai restaurant to eat is 5-7 min walk. The night market on tues/Thursday/sat/Sunday which is open from 3-8pm is 7-10 minute walk. Check it out! Inexpensive street food! Also they sell clothes and other Knick knacks. Also it’s great that the airport is close by! Like a 5 min-7min drive. Downside: Its far from from city center and old town. You can take the bus but it will be a long ride. WiFi can be weak at times and disconnect pretty frequently and unfortunately no English channels on tv. If it wasn’t for my international sims card, I would be doomed haha Overall a wonderful, beautiful place. It’s private and peaceful and a good place to go exploring!

Was here for 2 and half months. Everything you need and more

The staff were very friendly. We were picked up from the airport and the handover of the keys went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. On the beach promenade everything was available: supermarkets, pharmacies, street food, bars, restaurants and travel agencies. Unfortunately, the connections to Phukettown, Patong and other sights were only possible with taxis or through the travel agencies. We rent a scooter for 300 baht a day and explored the area. Sa Khu is a good choice for families with children. If you like to party, you should choose a different location. A cheap way to explore the island is at the bus station in Phukettown. The only cheap way to get from Sa Khu to Phukettown is by the airport shuttle bus for 100 baht, but the last bus way back leaves at 7 pm.

Amazing place. We loved our stay. Host was amazing too. Great communication and responded quickly to our needs. Unfortunately although mentioned in the description, the TV wasn’t a smart TV. However, we were offered another room at the same price with smart TV. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Will totally recommend this place. Everything is super, I recommend!

We rested together with a small child (1 year) in these apartments. The apartment is excellent, cleanliness is everywhere. Modern interior. Since there was a prerequisite for a child to have a kitchen to cook for him, there is absolutely everything for this !!! Thought out to the smallest detail. They even made smoothies themselves, there is a blender. Very good Noise isolation .. The whole territory is equipped, many pools. Mostly designed for families with children, the beach is literally 5 minutes walk, leisurely step. The sea there is quite calm, only after rains jellyfish come.

The new apartment, the room is fragrant, very close to the airport, and can be reached by a small forest by the sea. There is a whole family by the sea, and there is also a whole family at the airport intersection. There are airport buses on the airport road that can reach 100 people/people in Phuket Town. There are no Chinese people in the community, most of them are Russians, and the landlord and staff are very nice. Thank you very much.

Beautiful newly built complex, perfectly maintained swimming pools, gym and grounds. Extremely comfortable flat with everything needed for longer stays, very secure and safe, with friendly staff. Close to the beach and shops. Good communication with owner who was very responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Ira's place is lovely with a very modern and welcoming design. Pictures are very accurate and even better in person. Size of the place is just perfect for solo or couple travelers. We have everything we needed including some nice to have such as blender, bread toaster, and rice cooker that can be used for boiling pasta too, such that only having one stove was not an issue at all. Internet was fast and the view to the mountains was relaxing. The bed and couch are very comfortable. For the location, it's actually 500m to the beach and the enormous pool is just right outside when you exit your apartment building. The beach is ideal for a couple or family looking for a quiet vacation. There are not so many restaurants in the beach area and most of them are Thai food so we struggled a bit with choices when we've had enough Thai :) At a point, we ordered pizza from the PIZZA COMPANY, and they deliver so that was a nice break. Otherwise, you can cook! From the condominium, instead of going left (to the beach), turn right. Along that stretch up until the highway are local vendors and they sell vegetables, eggs, sometimes fish. There's also a water-refilling station in that area for 1 baht per liter. There is also a Family Mart, which is the closest to the apartment. From the highway, if you continue left, there are more food choices both Thai and some varied ones. Every Wednesday and Monday, there's a big Food Bazaar from afternoon until the night and they sell good street foods, lots of fruits (we made a lot of smoothies), more vegetables, and many others. There's no big supermarket in the area, only TESCO EXPRESS much further along but it didn't offer much more than what you can get in Family Mart. Other Tips: Make sure to request for 2 sets of keycards if you are two. Turn the heater to high under the sink, as otherwise, the water doesn't warm up for showering. Airport is about 10 minutes away, we booked a transport directly in the reception because we had a very early flight, and paid 300 baht for two. Otherwise, if you want to go around, use Grab app. Thanks, Ira!

Hana’s place is great. Location is less than a 10min walk to the beach. 5min walk to 7/11, many restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, the outdoor kitchen space and deck are perfect for morning breakfast or evening dinner meals. Free parking right out front of the apartment (car) or back of apartment (motorbike). We would definitely stay there again. Hana provides local tips on markets, restaurants etc and she is always available via WhatsApp.

Great location with easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Other towns and beaches were only a quick taxi ride away. Clean and quiet apartment despite the construction going on outside. Restaurant down the street called Ohlala is a must go to.
