You can fish, enjoy the sounds of many different birds, or listen to the deer's bellowing. We made this special place to stay with great care. There are great hiking spots nearby. But if someone wants the bustle of the city, Siófok, the seaside resort town of Lake Balaton, is nearby, where there are many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

It is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the city noise and enjoy the nature.The place is named after a bird called the hoopoe which lives in the area and is most often seen on the way to the cottage when taking a powder bath. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.
