Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche und ein Bad. Das Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten ist durch zwei Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und ein Himmelbett. Das Bad mit Fenster hat eine Badewanne und zum Duschen gibt es ein Duschrollo. Die Küche verfügt über eine Geschirrspülmaschine und einen Ceran-Herd mit Backofen. Sie ist mit Töpfen und Geschirr ausgestattet. Sideboard, Esstisch und Speisekammer sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.
