Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
