The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

The cozily furnished apartment with private parking is located in the attic of an apartment building in the Oschatz district of Fliegerhorst (4 km from the center) on the edge of the Wermsdorf Forest near the Elbe-Mulde cycle path. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
