Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, die moderne Wohnküche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großes Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss stehen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Rauchen im Haus und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, da unsere Wohnung allergikerfreundlich geführt wird. Eine Vermietung an Monteure ist nicht gewünscht.

Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
