Welcome to Prevorst in our newly furnished, bright and well-kept 2-room apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (52 sqm) and is located on the edge of the forest and meadow. A separate entrance (ground floor) leads you into the modern apartment, which exudes a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Free parking is right in front of the house.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.
