Sommers bietet die Wohnung einen kühlen Rückzugsort, jedoch im Winter ein mollig warmes Plätzchen vor dem Schwedenofen der mit Holz befeuert werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr modern und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Frühstück ein.
