You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. The ground floor apartment with its own entrance and terrace is located on the edge of a hamlet in an old, newly renovated farmhouse on a horse farm in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park. In the house there is a laundry room and a spa area with whirlpool and sauna (for a fee). With us you have the opportunity to bring horses, a large pasture with shelter and/or stable with paddock and small outdoor riding/lunge area is available. Horses and dogs by arrangement (for a fee)

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht euch im Hinterhof zur Verfügung.
