The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The air-conditioned apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Villach Warmbad. In the immediate vicinity of the spa park, the area invites you to take walks and hikes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a former family hotel. An elevator is available. Above the balcony is an electronically operated awning. In the living room you can relax either with a movie from our selection or with 4K Netflix. Our surround system ensures good sound.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location to Lake Faak, which is only 800 m away. There are several swimming opportunities, a pizzeria and several options to eat well nearby. A campsite with daily events and shopping is also only about one kilometer away. Billa ADEG stores are about 1.5 km from the property. Tourist tax and the cleaning fee of €50 must be paid on site. There are many things to do around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
