It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

You will discover beautiful landscapes all along the walks and tours. We can offer equestrian hikers a fenced area for the horses to rest, as well as a shelter for quads or motorcycles. The cottage is independent and has a fenced area. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a living room overlooking the terrace.

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 ha of land, a pond (very often dry), and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Discover the Morvan, a peaceful place, surrounded by its lakes, its peaks, its heritage, in short beautiful walks and visits to be planned, by bike, on foot, by boat or by quad!!

Nice little bungalow that can accommodate up to 5 guests with covered terrace, in a 3500 m2 meadow. Nature everywhere, no pollution. Calm and rest assured. Breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Dogs and cats allowed (provide a long or short leash to tie your pet for peaceful cohabitation with our animals).

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.
