In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. Very quiet and centrally located bungalow half in the beautiful Marienhafe. Cozy living room , satellite TV and garden seating area in the countryside. Large closet in the bedroom. Parking at the house entrance. Village center 5 min walk: restaurants (Italian/Greek), shopping. Emden, the spa town of Greetsiel and Norddeich (ferry to Norderney, Langeoog, Baltrum and Juist) are all within 15 minutes by car. No pets! Complete washing of pillows/blankets and covers.
