On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. A pretty house in the heart of Die

This is a completely renovated house, on three levels. Each level has a function: living room downstairs, kitchen and dining room in the middle, bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Exposed facing west and not overlooked it is very bright and gives in an alley forbidden to any traffic. The atmosphere is very warm, the wood is pervasive. The material used for its renovation is organic. Ideal for one or two people, possibility of an extra bed in 140 on the ground floor.

Charming 45 m2 cottage being renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
