Jason’s place was centrally located. And would recommend it to travelers. It gave you a warm homey feeling and Jason went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. It was a nice touch to have him meet us on our arrival and we would stay here again. If you’re going to the Indy 500 it’s just a quick jump away. And the Mexican restaurant down the street was a wonderful place lots of antique places in town a few blocks away but our favorite was called Good Ole Days Antiques and collectibles wonderful lady and wonderful stuff you have to stop in and see Wendi her shop is amazing

Jason was there to greet us and show us the place. It feels like a home away from home. Although an older home, it has a comfortable feel to it and the beds were so comfortable. The pillows could be firmer but we like super firm pillows. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Jason's place is an older home, so don't expect fine furnishings and hotel level water pressure. However, it's clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and great hospitality. Since I was there for a coaching clinic at the Hoosier gym, it added a great deal to the experience. A short walk to a delicious local bakery for breakfast. Charming homes along the way. Definitely a unique way to go.

Jason is the best

Basketball enthusiasts will enjoy the sports memorabilia decorating the space. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for my family of 4.

This place is great for anyone traveling to the area. It’s right across the street from Falls Park and only a few blocks away from Downtown Pendleton. Kid friendly for school-age children. We’re definitely gonna stay here again next time we’re in the area!

This place is perfect for a couple or small family. Everything you need is here, great location. Not a spot of dirt anywhere. Comfy bed. Plenty of everything, towels, shampoo and even snacks. All very appreciated.

When I booked Dawn’s place, it was a new listing with no reviews yet. However, her communication about the space in response to my questions was excellent so we booked it. We arrived at night - the outside was well lit and sidewalks cleared of snow. The space was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with lots of amenities. There’s a well equipped small kitchen. We appreciated the snacks and all of the thoughtful touches that have been included to make guests feel welcome. The space is close to everything - steps to the park, short walk to downtown Pendleton and easy access to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This was my first time using Airbnb. It was very easy from start to finish. We loved the cabin we stayed in. It's "the cabin you wish your grandma had." Really cute and cozy but not cramped. Comfy bed, warm soft blankets, and ultra fluffy large towels along with a luxurious bathrobe. You didn't need to bring anything except clothes. I pack heavy just in case and really didn't need any tools or utensils of my own. This was definitely glamping! I took my 7 year old daughter. We loved the farm it sits on. The animals are so friendly. We walked in and as soon as they heard our voices, they came right to us. We fell in love with the super sweet donkey. We visited the animals several times. One of the horse owners came and my daughter got to feed him some mints. It was a wonderful experience for some mother-daughter bonding time. We hated to leave but we made sure to say goodbye to our donkey friend. We had a really nice time and would come back again. Unfortunately due to social distancing concerns, we didn't get to meet Mary or take a tour but it was a-okay. We toured freely on our own. Great all around.

Mary was absolutely wonderful! Very easy to communicate with, easy check in. This little cabin was very quaint, a perfect little gem on a farm, for a little weekend getaway! It was so cozy too! Beds were amazing!

Super nice place plenty of room well stocked beautiful wood setting. The view from the balcony cannot be beat spent a lot of time there there’s woods with trails that lead to a paved walking trail that goes miles in both directions

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean and very comfortable. Appreciated all the little touches and extras. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware and anything you may need to cook a meal. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Added bonus for us was the Cumberland trail that was just a very short walk from the house.

Great place to stay the night while passing through. Have never stayed at an Airbnb that allows pets before, and expected to sacrifice quality to have my cat, but thrilled that wasn't the case. Wouldn't have even known they are pet-friendly looking at the space.

Paul’s place is extremely clean, spacious, charming and is located in a lovely woodland setting. The convenient location worked well for us as we traveled back to Michigan. We loved having more space than a hotel and being able to have a stocked kitchen. We would love to stay here in the future. Our host was super nice and many thoughtful touches are in the space. Book it. You will not be sorry!

Paul’s place was so serene. My fiancé and I were just traveling through Indianapolis and it was by far our best stay since leaving Las Vegas. It is surrounded by woods and is very private with parking right out front. The inside is pristine and very homey and comfortable. I wish we were staying for more than a night! If we ever end up back in Indianapolis I’d stay again. 10/10

Great cozy upstairs space. Very quiet and safe area outside Indy. Very spacious with nice extra touches like snacks and bottled water soaps etc. i loved the selection of quilts and blankets to choose from. I chose to add to my bed a couple extra fluffy pillows and a super plush soft blanket. Cool light up globe in the room with bunks. Makes a soft night light. Nice view from back deck. Met my host and he was very nice.

This is a home love built and it shows. I felt like I was staying at my best friends home. Location in the middle of the country but close to shops and out standing restaurants and pubs.State parks and friendly people was a bonus. The apartment had everything we need and checking in was easy with a key pad. Wish it was a bit warmer as we would haves liked to use the fire pit.

Everything you could possibly need and then you realize there is more... cheryl has thought of everything that will make you feel comfortable, at home and pampered! gorgeous home in the heart of a peaceful little town. uber will pick you up at the front door and drop you off at any of the local hotspots or take a 20 minute ride to indy for even more options! we chose to relax w the cable tv, fireplace and hot tub after a quick visit w friends!

We were in town for an event and couldn't be happier with Cheryl's home! You're in the same house as a family, but almost completely forget anyone is there. Very peaceful and quiet as well as private. The area the home is in is beautiful and homey. Cheryl provided snacks and water, and even dropped off freshly made popcorn one night for us. The living area and room are beautiful. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were in walking distance to a brewery and restaurants. We would 100% stay again.

I've had a great stay at Florence's country home and it was all as described. The bed- and bathroom are spacious and clean, have all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. The house is situated in a calm area, which is easy to find and access. Indianapolis is about a 30-45 min drive (depending on the traffic). Communication with Florence was quick, easy and smooth! Florence and Tony are friendly and incredible hosts. They've made me really feel at home! I would definitely stay again!

Danielles house was very comfortable. It was in the lower level of a tri level home. Living area, bedroom and half bath. It was very comfortable!! Danielle and her children greeted us. Very nice family. If we are in the area again we would stay in Danielles home again.

Exceptionally clean! I appreciated having the entire basement for our stay. The shower is on the second floor so be wary of stairs. Overall, very comfortable and Danielle was very accommodating for our late check-in.

Outstanding experience staying in Jonathan’s place. This home is the best deal in New Castle. It’s spotless, well decorated, and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of linens. Jonathan was a perfect host. He met my husband at check in, provided an extra table for our Thanksgiving meal, and even provided a bottle of wine. This is not just a nice place for New Castle - it’s one of the nicest AirBnB places we’ve visited.

This house is beautifully redone and furnished and has everything that we needed, and MORE!. When we stepped inside, we found ourselves hit with a big WOW! Jonathan is the greatest host and has thought of many details that we did not expect. It is a great value since you can bring in groceries and cook just like you were at home (if you choose). Besides being visually appealing, it is comfortable and very, very clean. My husband and I kept saying to each other "I could live here".

It was a really nice studio apartment . It was very clean, and had everything I could have needed for my stay. It was easy to find. And Had lots of stores near by. I was by myself and never felt like I wasn’t safe. I came in every night after midnight and the house and yard was well lit. I had no trouble checking in, using my code to open the doors or using the WiFi. I will be making more trips in the future and will be booking w her again !!

This is a newer modern house that is stylish and homey. Easy access to all of Shelbyville. It is a quiet neighborhood. You can expect a clean room with access to almost the entire home including the movie room and kitchen. Perfect.

Best host and air bnb ever!

I have stayed at this Airbnb several times with a friend. Actually, it was the first Airbnb that I stayed in. It set my expectations very high for all Airbnb. And while I have not experienced a bad one yet, this is by far the best! This time I was there with my 3 boys. The space is very large and open, leaving us plenty of room to sleep, watch TV, cook meals, eat, play games, and just hang out. The hosts are extremely friendly and inviting. They were happy to make the last minute changes that I needed. Communication with Kerissa is beyond expected. She was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and messages quickly and effectively. Every time that I am in the Indianapolis area, I do not even look for other Airbnb. I always have and always will book this one!

A very quaint place to getaway. The lake house is gorgeous and the view is everything. This little airbnb instantly feels like home and Stephen and Kent add little touches that add to your stay. It is exceptionally clean. I will definitely plan on returning in the summer when I can enjoy the lake for more than the view.

I can’t recommend this space enough. It was the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! Beds and linens so comfortable. Bath tub sparkling! And the geese in the morning on the water was so delightful. There are so many thoughtful touches - especially in the kitchen. We were able to bake pies and desserts for our Thanksgiving celebration with ease. Stephen was very communicative and kind. Over the years we have stayed at quite a few B&B's, and more recently several Airbnb's. We definitely appreciated John and Charlotte's "old school hospitality". Check in was very easy, and John gave us a wonderful tour, punctuated with some history and pride of ownership. He offered us a wonderful home cooked breakfast that we unfortunately had to miss due to a 6:30 am departure. John provided hot coffee and fruit to go! He has a generously stocked refrigerator, bottled water, and the entire kitchen and family room available for guests' use. We highly recommend the Newhouse schoolhouse. It was a great stay!

What a incredible hidden gem that offers everything you need/require! I can’t say enough about this place and the nice touches, from fruit and water to bagels, to fluffy smell good robes and proper towels/linens and even a fresh pair of socks!!!! Bottles of water in rooms as well and the most comfortable beds you can dream on! John was a good guy and very easy going and just a great person. The place is an old schoolhouse that really has that vibe and special ora about it and the stories!!!!! I highly recommend to spend a couple days or a week here 👍🏽👍🏽 Thanks again John!!

I LOVED staying in the blue room! The bed was huge and super comfortable. I slept really well. Charlotte and Jon were very kind and made sure I got some breakfast to go since I was leaving so early in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Judy's place is great! So sweet, comfy, and homey, with many beautiful handmade wooden features! Judy is wonderfully welcoming and gracious, and exceptionally responsive. It was obvious that she truly cares about each guest.

Great cozy place to stay. Very close to interstate, shopping and restaurants. Judy is very helpful and great as a host. I look forward to visiting her place again.

The house is very clean, and the bed is super soft and comfy. I used this as a home base for an event in Grand Park (about 20 min away). Lucy is a great hostess and enjoys meeting new people.

We absoultely loved Gary's place! The house was clean, peaceful, and much larger than we expected. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We would love to stay at Gary's place again!

The Farmhouse is a lovely home! Comfortable beds! Roomy living room and kitchen. Very clean. Easy access. We LOVED all the hooks and mirrors! The Keurig was a nice surprise for those that drink coffee. : - ) We were all very happy!!

Gary's place was perfect for our visit with family in the area. The location is reasonably close to the city but it is really nice to be out in the country and close to the farms and fields. The house was perfectly clean and well appointed for a family of our size to have a comfortable meal and later on to just sit and visit. Not only would I recommend The Farmhouse but we will stay there again!

Gary’s Farmhouse is beautiful! Very clean and so spacious! Our group had a fantastic time chatting in the cozy living room, cooking in the open kitchen and enjoying the lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Gary was quick to respond and allowed us to have a later check-out! We would definitely go back.

The best bnb I've stayed at so far! Very spacious and feels like home. It had everything we needed for our family and a very comfortable set up. The extra bathrooms were great and the basement space was very useful. Our host made sure everything was set up for the number of guests we had. We would love to stay again!

It was excellent service. I loved the cozy private spot. It was easy to find and loved the woods and lot.

You will find a delightful, cozy retreat-like setting. Teri and Nick will make sure you have what you need. Perfect for my daughter and niece while in town for a soccer tournament. The half kitchen let us warm up left overs and the light breakfast was perfect for early morning game time.

TWO WORDS: STAY HERE. Teri was an amazing host and so communicative ahead of time. Instructions for self-check in and parking were super easy to follow, and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. The super comfy bed and special touches around the condo such as the ping pong table and massage chair make things feel better-than-home-y, and whether it be snacks or extra pillows/towels/toiletries, we felt like we were getting a 5-star hotel experience, not to mention the hammock and outdoor space which our pup adored. We loved the location close to the lake and the dam trail, along with quick access to downtown. We spent our day enjoying that patio and craft beer at Flat 12 Bierwerks, which was just a short drive away, and attended an event at Daniel's Vineyard just down the street. Everything was completely quiet and perfect and beautiful, and if you find yourself lucky enough to book a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We needed this space in a pinch due to a break down while traveling cross country. The hosts accepted our pet people and it was exactly the type of space we needed to rest, recharge and wait for repairs. The outdoor space is wonderful. Only word of caution is the area's accommodation tax made the overall price quite a bit higher than the room rate. But in a pinch, it very much fulfilled the need. We would stay here again. Teri and Nick were very kind, and their own pooch was a total sweetheart.

Teri's place (and Teri) are great. We really enjoyed the private, wooded patio. We even at breakfast out there. Also, if you're with kids of any age, she has games, puzzles, and a ping-pong table. She also has though of everything a traveler may need from extra toothbrushes to snacks. We were very comfortable in Teri's place and would stay there again.
