Beautiful Beachfront Lodging: Captain's Suite

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Adorable 1 Bedroom house - 5 mins from town!

Adorable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom house; 5 minutes from downtown Homer, Alaska. Very spacious with a vaulted ceiling, great for a date weekend out of town or request one of our air mattress’s for a place for kids to sleep. Relax in our comfortable living room with a 55” TV. There’s parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles or a boat and a nice front lawn for lounging, or barbecuing on our wood pellet grill (Traeger). We are often visited by Moose or Sandhill Cranes in the front yard. No Cleaning Fee!

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

It is an authentic heavy timber hunting cabin that has been modernized to be warm & comfortable with a full kitchen and bath as well as a loft bedroom with a view of Kachemak Bay. This is a 14' dry yurt above Bear Canyon. Canyon Rim Trail runs just outside your door. During your stay, you'll take in beautiful views of Kachemak Bay and the Homer Spit. We are located east of Homer, 1/2 mile above the walking/biking path that runs from Homer along East End Road. We are also just 1/2 mile (a 10 minute walk) from Bear Creek Winery.
