Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Brand new apartment with separate entrance and private bath, radiant floor heating, brand new quality Queen bed, adorable red appliances, sound proofing, and a sweet view from the table and outdoor covered sitting area. The apartment is a clean, comfortable retreat from which you can explore Homer, The Spit, and Kachemak Bay. The outdoor seating is perfect for taking it all in, morning or evening. The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

Cute apartment right in town. Within walking distance to restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. Pratt Museum and hiking trails around the corner.
