Vacation rentals with beach access in Homer

This place was a great place to stay! Right across from salty dogs and near lots of shops! I don’t know if it was mentioned but you have to park down the road to avoid your car being towed. Also, it may be a good idea to mention footage of the apartment. We thought we could lay down a small blow up mattress as well and there wasn’t room. Small place but perfect for a couple.

A great spot to stay and enjoy walking all that the Homer Spit has to offer! The porch space was great to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the late night sunset views.

Christy’s place was great! It is a very nice basement apartment with exceptional views. Christy was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book this place again if I need somewhere to stay in Homer

Delightful - neat, clean and thoughtfully appointed. We loved having the washer/dryer (with detergent!), two bathrooms and plethora of beds. I'd read the reviews, so knew to expect one of the bedrooms to be a walk-through. With only two couples and a kid, we didn't use it. This place would be a fabulous value for a giant family. Good parking, nice, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to some restaurants. A short drive to the spit. We virtually didn't hear the guests on the floor above. Very professionally managed, would definitely stay again.

You cannot stay at a better place in Homer!!! This was a fantastic stay!! You are right in the middle of the spit, yet it’s quiet and cozy without anyone knowing you are staying there. The views are amazing and the accommodations are perfect. Plenty of space for my family of 4 to spread out. We would gladly stay here again whenever we are in Homer.

Our stay at Joyce and Alan’s was unforgettable. The views from the house were absolutely gorgeous and the house was spotless. It was so comfortable for our party of seven with plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the million dollar views! Joyce and Alan went above and beyond during our stay. We had a fishing charter planned and it was cancelled last minute but Joyce made a quick phone call and hooked us up with one of their connections and within an hour we had a charter lined up that ended up to be the best fishing we could ask for!! They invited us to enjoy their gorgeous property and informed us there was a momma moose that just had baby twins on the property. Each time they would come out, she would let us know and we were able to sit on the deck and watch from a distance in complete awe! This place is amazing and would stay again and again. Alan and Joyce are exceptional hosts…don’t miss out on renting this place, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This charming little house is a GEM!💎 Truly love the space and decor! The bed was fabulously comfortable, as were the linens. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with everything I need. Best of all- THE VIEW!!!! WOW! Views of the water and beach were stunning. The location is ideal- hike the beach, or walk a couple of blocks for dining. Melissa and Jake are wonderful host and I plan on coming back for sure! Thank you for the lovely stay!

This place was amazing and gorgeous! The views are stunning and the host was helpful especially when I locked myself out. I will be sure to stay again and refer to friends. The sunsets in the evenings were top notch. Thank you again I loved every moment of my stay.

Mark's place is incredible. It's relatively short drive into town, about 10 minutes. The location is private and quiet. Very beautiful flowers and we even saw some owls. The house is spacious and has all the amenities to be comfortable. Mark communicates very well and is welcoming and friendly.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Homer. The views from inside and from the deck are amazing, very relaxing! Saw eagles, moose and a squirrel while there.

If you’re traveling to Homer, this place is great. We had a group of 14 with room to spare. The hot tub was a great bonus! The place is beautiful, well stocked, and clean.

We had a great stay here! Very clean, well stocked, and easy location to all of Homer’s activities. The hosts were kind and responsive. They made sure we felt welcome and stayed in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would stay here again!
