Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, people passing through or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person. The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stuttgart city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

The surrounding cities and the S-Bahn can be easily reached by bus with public transport (VVS). From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7-minute walk. By car, it is about to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg. 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached without changing trains with the S1.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house. It is entered through a separate entrance. There is a living area (with pull-out sofa bed), cooking/dining area (with fully equipped kitchen) as well as a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you have a view of the terrace. On the terrace there is a table, chairs and an umbrella. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The host has two dogs himself

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.

Tübingen and the Schönbuch are on your doorstep with wonderful opportunities to enjoy the city as well as nature. Stuttgart with the Daimler and Porsche Museum, trade fair + airport, Sindelfingen with Sensapolis are within easy reach.

We rent 2 beautiful bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pancake maker and small cooking facilities. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
