Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

House is situated in a quiet living area in the southern part of Hilversum. 190 hectare of woods and moorland 'Hoorneboegse Heide natuurmonumenten' at 200m walking. Located near the transit routes it is very suitable for guest workers. From the trainstation it is 20 minutes to Amsterdam, 13min to Utrecht and 30min to Schiphol Airport. There is a bus stop in front of the house to get to the trainstation.
