Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

An old flour factory with unique atmosphere

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen lies the Maalderij. Rarely did you sleep so nicely in a factory where there is an atmosphere of musty industry, which goes together with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, large garden, separate seating areas, 3 TVs, lovely beds, bathrooms with rain showers, bath and toilet and beautiful balcony. This Maalderij has been built and renovated with love... welcome!

NEW🌟Guesthouse " Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted to Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our 4.5 acre property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow.
