Our new accommodation is conveniently centrally located, a few minutes from the highway, and near Barneveld and Lunteren. Complete with a nice sitting area, double bed (160x200), shower, freestanding bath and wonderful sauna. And... through the 3 large windows everywhere views over the animal meadow and garden! Your bed will definitely be made up, and towels and kitchen towels will be waiting for you! Would you like to enjoy breakfast in your room? That’s possible; it can be booked separately for €17.50 per person. (Breakfast for Sunday will be delivered on Saturday)

A stone's throw away from the art town of Ootmarsum, adjacent to the most beautiful nature reserves full of cycling & hiking trails. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Living room/kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Sonos Arc, French doors to private terrace. 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom and suite, whirlpool bath, French doors, Swiss Sense Boxspring with smart TV, rain shower with Sunshower. Second small bedroom equipped with a double box spring. The accommodation has its own entrance/entrance. Terrace with lounge and Jacuzzi (always on, even last minute). Free parking/private property.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
