The apartment is new and well furnished. Stayed with a 4 year old boy and a one year old girl, we found the house spacious, complete with every comfort and very clean. The hosts were very kind and punctual. If I were to return to the area, I would happily stay there again.

Before wrote the comment, I need to admit this the most hospitality Airbnb I've ever lived in my life, I've been in Italy for past one week, the host's family were taking care of me really felt like I was back to home. I'm now studying abroad in Europe for over two years and haven't been back for long while, this was honestly the very first time I felt like with my family again, when I arrived in Pescara at the first day they came to pick me up in the airport, and during this whole week they helped so much for me, the nostalgic feeling of being with family couldn't make me stop crying when said goodbye to them in the last day, the mom was even sending me to bus station when I leaving to Rome at 6:00..!!! All of appreciation I will never forgot everything in this week. Thank you for giving me wonderful memories in Italy.

In a nutshell: awesome and unforgettable !!!!! Everything is there: the family welcome, the attention without limits, the remarkable kindness ... in addition, the casa is a few steps from the beach ... Pescara is 6 minutes by train (the train station is 5 minutes) ... so, very well served for those who want to discover the surroundings .. . The location was a pleasant discovery: very clean sea and beach, very nice establishment (Eucaliptus Beach), refreshing pine forest in the hottest hours, a bike path that connects the whole coast. The week has gone nicely: good weather, beautiful sea and accommodation 100% corresponding to the description of the ad: spacious, clean and complete with everything, including beach umbrella and bicycles. Beautiful location of the property, out of the crowd but close to all services. Riccardo proved to be a good host, present in a discreet and helpful way.

Great family friendly accommodation. Located close to the beach but with a stunning view of the hills. A bit of a trek from Pineto, but would be no problem if you have your own transport or use their bikes. If you need to book a taxi, translate your request into Italian first and text the taxi company (we found ourselves stranded and nearly missed our friend's wedding).

Great Place and great host!

Sonias place is the perfect location if you love going to the beach or beach bars and restarants. Its less than ten minute walk from long wide sandy beaches. All the bars and restaurants offer good food and drinks at very low prices. Sea food and fresh fish excellant and cheap.Sonias appartment was the perfect size for two guests. Good size and good equipt kitchen and amazing big roof top terrace. The host, sonia, is lovely. We shared some fun time on the beach with her. Also she took us to a live band and villiage lamb fest one night too. It was fantastic. She offers tips on about everything. Definately a super host!The bus is outside on main street to Pescara(3) and airport(38). Supermarkets 5minutes away. Ill definately be visiting again. Thank you very much Sonia.

This is a wonderful apartment in every way. It is very reasonably priced, close to the beach and all other amenities such as shops and bars. Inside it is stylish and absolutely spotless. There is an enclosed garden which is great for children. Francesco is a brilliant host and was so kind to us when our rental car broke down, coming to pick us up and even driving us to pescara to pick up a new car. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to others.

Marcello was good with communication. We were met by him and his father and both are very nice and helpful. Marcello speaks English. The views from the house are great. The sea to one side and the mountains to the other. They are 5 minutes drive to Atri and close to the Calanchi di Atri as well as the coast. The house is clean and spacious with lots of light in the bedroom in the morning as well as the views. It has everything you will need.

The place is well located, close to the sea and close to the mountain. Little village around are beautifull and the flat is perfect!

We came back home a few days ago and we have the pain of Abruzzo. We fell in love with his land and his people. Especially in the area surrounding the accommodation, Torre Cerrano for the sea, Atri for its beauty and authenticity ... without forgetting the magnificent Calanchi! The accommodation is located in a quiet place in the hills but easily accessible and the view pays for the 10 minutes by car from the sea. The house is very beautiful, spacious and the reception was excellent, the landlord (Marcello's father) was very kind, he gave us advice on where to go to the beach and what to visit. On the upper floor live the uncles of Marcello, Livio and his wife, who were perfect neighbors ... Welcoming and kind beyond imagination, they welcomed us almost as if we were family and with our 2 year old child almost like they were grandparents. I highly recommend this place and this area because it's really worth it. Thank you so much for everything, we take this vacation to heart. Federica

We chose it for its proximity to the Silvi Marina dog beach (15 min by car) but above all because it is far from the chaos ... Council to visit Atri and Mutignano. The property is located very well, not even 400 meters from the sea across the road is a conad immense with all exquisite things but I also recommend the oven adjacent to the same ... The house offers a terrace as few in Pineto, I guarantee it, equipped with tables and chairs umbrellas adorned with beautiful plants ... The apartment is great. Only 3 minutes walk from the great sandy beach. The outdoor area is beautifully designed. With dining area and additionally with a pergola on the lawn. The area is quiet and well maintained. The extremely many mosquitoes might have helped mosquito nets in front of the windows. We were there in the fall. Maybe it's not so bad with mosquitoes in summer. Ewa is a very nice host who always answered right away. Everything great!

My husband and I spent a wonderful holiday by the sea, thanks also to the practicality of the accommodation made available to us by Patrizia. We must first get used to the traffic coming from the state road under the house, but after a while we don't notice it anymore. She was a helpful and discreet hostess at the same time; getting to know her and receiving some unexpected "cuddles" (fresh melon in the morning already cut and ready to take to the beach) was really nice!

I stayed two weeks in August with the whole family. The house is well organized and is located in a nice residence with a swimming pool. The beach - free and equipped - is just a few steps away from home. The center of Pineto can be reached by car in a few minutes or with a nice walk of 15/20 minutes. Highly recommended for a nice beach holiday.

It was our first holiday in a holiday apartment and we had a great and unforgettable time in the apartment of Nicola and on the beach of Pineto. To the apartment: it is all clean at Nicola. There is a kitchen, gas stove, fridge, dishes, everything available. In the living room and dining room there is a table with 6 chairs, a corner sofa (can be used as a sofa bed) and a TV. Bedroom for parents (double bed), children's room (two single beds) and toilet with shower, sink, washing machine and bidet. Everything was clean and well furnished. The terrace is a good shade dispenser on hot days. On the terrace there is a table with chairs. We almost always stayed on the terrace when we were not at the beach. The location: the apartment is located in Foggetta. The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes walk. Ideal for beach holidays. It is one of the best beaches I know (and I know many) If you want to go shopping, you can drive 5 minutes to Silvi Marina to Centro Universo. There is everything you need from hardware stores to groceries.

The apartment is located in a residence with swimming pool available, It is spacious and equipped with everything: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning. The outdoor terrace is very usable and fresh even on the hottest days. The beach is easily reached on foot, there is only a short climb to do, and the pine wood alongside the beach is very nice to go on foot or by bike. With the bicycles we easily reached the shops and the center of Pineto. We had a great time!

The area of Pineto, where Nicola's apartment is, is one of the most enjoyable: 2 minutes from one of the best free beaches that I have ever tried and with a large and comfortable pinewood. The stay turned out to be positive thanks to an apartment that did not disappoint our expectations: nice, clean, welcoming and equipped with what is necessary for a comfortable and peaceful holiday. The layout of the rooms (very spacious and with private bathroom) with the kitchen between them resembles that of a B&B and is perfect for those who want to take a holiday together without giving up their privacy. The immense terrace is certainly the strong point. I confirm that the passage of trains is imperceptible. The location is fabulous due to its proximity to the beach with pine trees: just cross it. The private parking and the availability of the host complete it all. We can't recommend that !!!

Wonderful accommodation, full kitchen, 2 double bedrooms plus a single bed both with bathroom, spectacular terrace where you can eat under the veranda. Distance from the sea 200mt just across the road the pine forest and you are on the beach. Private parking space. Emma very kind and extremely available for anything.

The apartment is delightful: the spaces are large, the terrace is huge, the furniture is nice and there is everything you need, from soaps to toilet paper, sheets, towels, tea towels, crockery and pensole, salt, pepper, even the coffee! We loved the bookshop! We stayed in two couples, one of which with a baby, and the rooms are so well placed that seemed to have two mini-apartments consisting of a bedroom and private bathroom connected from the living room and the terrace, so that the baby cries do not have annoyed the others. Emma welcomed us with great willingness and kindness. There is no air conditioning, and since the apartment is exposed to the west it was sometimes very hot, but they are available to fans. There are two flights of stairs to do, with the stroller and the luggage can be tiring but it is specified in the description. The location is excellent, five minutes from the sea, just cross the road, go through an underpass and you are in the pine forest. Despite the presence of the railway nearby trains do not bother. The nearby beach is both free and equipped. We absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Caterina, Roberto's daughter was amazing, she gave us all of the information we needed to find the place with no hassle and made it so easy to settle in. Everything was perfect organised. Very spacious and sunny apartment,absolutely clean. The kitchen has all neccesary equipment - fridge, oven, dishwasher, all kind of frying pans and pots...
