I’m fairly new to Airbnb. This is only my second trip using Airbnb but this place is well worth it. Great price and a nice warm place to stay.

The carriage house is gorgeous! Exactly as advertised and we loved staying there! If we ever get back to Knoxville we will definitely book here again

Lovely stay!

The carriage house is located in a small historical community. The building itself is almost 100 years old, but is comfortable, has all of the modern conveniences, and is oozing with charm. It is very close to a lake and parks and walking trails, and has fairly easy access to Knoxville. We had a wonderful stay there.

We loved our stay at the carriage house! Perfect getaway and not too far from downtown. Great value, super clean, and the hosts even left little chocolates to welcome us. We plan on coming back :)

We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute and historic cottage! It was very clean, the king-sized bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the place was attractively decorated and just charming. Our hosts were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay, and we'd stay here again!

This was our second stay in the carriage house and we loved it so much! We really enjoyed the cozy space with really comfy bed, relaxing living room with smart TV, & local decorations that nod to the historic village of Concord. It was such an easy drive to local restaurants and shopping, & downtown Knoxville was also very accessible. We will definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Knoxville!

Great place! It’s very cozy

this place was amazing.....just as described and pictured ....a nice studio in a great location....the walk down to the creek is worth the effort. very kind hostess.... if you are looking for peacefulness, simplicity, nature and safety.....you wont be disappointed.....we didnt even lock the door the entire time we stayed....NO need....

Beverly’s place is such a cute and cozy place to stay. She has everything you need for a get away. Just sad we didn’t have more time to explore the trail near the her place.

Our 5 day stay at Busha's Barn was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean, great mattress, and a full kitchen that's ready for a night in. Close to campus if you're in town for a UT event but far enough away to actually be "away" from all the noises of city life. 1.5 hour drive from some AMAZING scenery. Waterfalls, Arches, and Caves at Smoky Mountain National Park and Daniel Boone National Park. The ductless heating unit keeps the entire listing nice and warm (few nights in the teens to test it out) as does the soft and warm bedding. The tranquility after sunset aids in a needed good night's sleep after hiking (the walk up/down to the water from Busha's Barn is a good one). Bathroom is spacious, good water pressures, and a heated fan. Our very first stay that actually offered premium channels to watch (HBO). Check-Out: Full Service BBQ, just down the road. Get the barbacoa burrito! Thank you for allowing our family to share your home.

Great place to stay, very relaxing

Cozy and super cute decor, and area. Loved the nature trail, and the river. Absolutely beautiful. Ideal location for my work trip. Close to Knoxville, Powell and Oak Ridge. Felt like home for the week!

The reviews don't do justice! We had high expectations of this place, and they were exceeded all around. Super clean, updated, quiet secluded area, and still close enough to attractions near by! Will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Vickie goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in her home. She is very quick to respond to any inquires. Vickie was thoughtful and allowed us to have a wonderful trip to Knoxville! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Basement apartment is completely furnished for cooking and sleeping. It is very comfortable and spacious. You have your own private entrance and just minutes from the main strip, Kingston Pike, and the Interstate. Vickie's is a great base camp for Knoxville events and the birding park further out east.

Immensely welcoming, and just brought genuine joy to me. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was very clean. Could not have asked for a better place to stay with such warm hosts! Definitely recommend!

Our experience here was incredible. Michael and Laurie provided a clean place with anything and everything we could ask for. They provided games for us to play when we got back from everything, snacks once we got in the door, kitchenware and shower ware, and a coffee maker. These really allowed us to really feel at home. The place was as clean as possible and the furniture was cozy as all hell. Michael and Laurie answered back within 1-2 minutes whenever I sent them a message and gave us clear directions to get in, check out, and use the tv, fireplace, games, WiFi etc. Michael and Laurie also provided a fire pit for us to utilize. This was an amazing cherry on top for our trip to Tennessee. It was a great way to kickback and relax at the end of our beautiful trip. These are amazing people with an incredible place to stay.

We loved this guest house. It was great for four people. Even though there is no full kitchen in the guest house, there is a little refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, k-cups, and a microwave. We enjoyed the fireplace and the backyard. Overall, great experience!

Michael and Laurie were so kind and hospitable. The space was beautifully decorated and clean. Communication was super easy and they were so very thoughtful! We would for sure stay here again!

Our stay at Michael & Laurie's "country cottage," was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we walked in, my husband and I felt happy and relaxed in this cozy setting. Everything was outstanding, especially the heavenly memory-foam mattress and pillows. We will return to Michael & Laurie's place in a heartbeat!

Nice place. I only stayed overnight so that limits my potential to review it but Hector responded quick which was nice and it was very quiet and private

Are you concerned about sharing the place with a owner? No worries at all! Hector is really nice. You will receive good care without feeling live under other’s rule.

A hassle-free and comfortable stay was awaiting when I checked into Hector’s room. He was very quick with responses and didn’t mind the late arrival. The room and bathroom were both spotless and clean. Couldn’t have asked for an easier stay!

Last minute weekend plans brought us to Hector's. Check in was super simple, great quite neighborhood and space was very very well cleaned. About 45 min drive to the Smokies. Thanks Hector! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is a great old farmhouse space that is a cool place to stay. There is plenty of room and the yard was great for our kids to play. Margaret and Peter were both gracious hosts and helpful when we needed something. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days.

Older home renovated beautifully!! In a great area but you feel away from people and very private. Plenty of space and great amenities. Having tea on the love sac looking at the lake made for a relaxing morning!

My college friends and I were looking for great place to stay on our Mardi Gras break right before finals to get away from the Louisiana craziness and get some quiet fresh air and this was the perfect place! Amazing home amazing town

Great stay at a clean and historic house! Everything is as described and pictured, and would definitely come back again. Pros: -Hosts were great, and responded quickly -House was clean and instructions were clear -Enjoyed the area. Train wasn’t a big deal as others have said. Cons (not even really cons, just slight nitpicks): -Had a little trouble getting the keypad to work on the door. Don’t know if there was an issue with it, or just user error -No trash can for the paper towels that are in the upstairs bathroom!

Wonderful and perfect small apartment feel! Very clean, absolutely immediate response to questions or updates. We would DEFINITELY stay here again for our next visit to Knoxville! And you should too!!!!!

Marcie’s place is super cute and she went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. It was very clean and had lots of cute decorations! The only thing I would change is the lack of privacy curtains or blinds in the main area but this could just be my fear of the dark! Otherwise, it was perfect and I would love to stay there again if I make it back to Knoxville!

While you’re in part of Marcie’s home, you’ll never see her or her family but. trust that she’ll respond to any communication in seconds via the app. Everything is as advertised. Enjoy!

Even more charming in person. The decor is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. The bed was heavenly. We wanted for nothing. Would definitely stay here again!

When we walked in, the unit looked just as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Everything was brand new, clean, stylish and thoughtful as to what might be needed. There were two fans in the bedroom which were much needed just because we happen to sleep with two fans at home! Not because the unit did not heat and cool quickly, because it did. We just like fans blowing on us while we sleep. I found that very thoughtful. There was also an Air mattress with a battery pump neatly tucked inside the coffee table in the living room. They had a wonderful assortment of movie channels to choose from including Hulu and the Disney Channel! Marcie was kind enough to elegantly decorate each room for Christmas which made Christmas away from home more special than we could imagine. Special thanks for the help receiving packages delivered to the home!The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. There were even complimentary Keurig coffee cups! I’m glad the bathroom at a hair dryer because we forgot ours! There were tons of clean white towels (great because we use a lot!). After staying for 12 days, we wished we could move in! I think that’s the highest compliment! Oh and they were super nice in terms of responsiveness to anything we needed and I appreciate being referred to a fabulous hairdresser and got a great haircut from her!

This is a great place to stay in Knoxville! Private and safe and great location! Super nice hosts!

Wonderful place to spend the night on our way from Ohio to Georgia. So convenient to the highway, places to eat & shopping of all kinds. Very roomy for the two of us & nice bedding. Highly recommend Barbara’s place.

Everything was very comfortable, quiet and clean! Finding the home and parking was easy. No smells of household cleaners or air fresheners which we appreciated. Our host was very responsive to our questions and made our short stay excellent. We would certainly stay here again on future visits to Knoxville.

Due to an Airbnb glitch, the original room I booked wasn't available, but because I was traveling through and needing a place to stay, Mary Ellen went out of her way to provide a different room and gracious hospitality, all at the last minute. Her directions were clear, communication timely, and accommodations top-notch. She was flexible with my late arrival and even made me a cup of coffee before I left bright and early to get back on the road! I look forward to staying with Mary Ellen again in the future -- she is truly a wonderful host, and her home is clean, comfortable, and stylish.

Mary Ellen is the best hostess I've ever encountered. She has the nicest room with all the amenities you might need. The room is much larger than I expected and she even put a Christmas tree in my room! Additionally, she is an excellent gourmet chef & for a small fee will share her wonderful meals. Mary Ellen was a great host. The room was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and not far from downtown or the university. She even went above and beyond by offering to drive us downtown before a concert so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking or Uber!

Before I arrived, my host sent me parking instructions to ensure I was parking safely & correctly! Upon arrival, I was greeted and given an amazing tour of the house (loved the dog too!), which helped me to instantly feel comfortable. I am from NYC and to be very blunt, I don't expect much when staying in small towns, however, these accommodations blew me away. My bedroom & bathroom were sparkling clean & the atmosphere was very peaceful/quiet. I love when people anticipate my needs and this was done splendidly here. From the clear "house rules" on the door, the menus of neighboring restaurants, a box of tissues near my bed & when i accidentally cut myself, I was given a box of band aids! I highly recommend this host & location. Thank you.

Michael and Debra’s home exceeded my expectations. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. They made me feel like part of the family. I had the entire upstairs to myself. And it was super clean. And bandit the dog was super friendly too.

We received an especially warm welcome from Debbie and Mike. Debbie showed us around personally. House rules were clearly communicated which lent to the worry-free and appropriate atmosphere in their home. Their hospitality went over and above all other Airbnb’s: with snacks and breakfast cereal and milk. It was greatly appreciated. Their home was the cleanest we have stayed in And for the first time, better than the pictures online. The bedroom was a generous size with a comfortable bed and large closet. It was a very quiet place to relax. Their dog was well behaved and did not bark or beg for attention. Grateful to have shared their beautiful place and that they spent some time with us.

The guest has private upper floor (one room and bathroom). Everything was fine, clean. Mike&Deb are friendly hosts I met them mainly in the morning in shared kitchen/dinning room. They gave me some recommendation about restaurants, free time... The small breakfest is included, bread, cereals, juice ... and also some small snack (biscuits, chips, ...). I had a good time staying there and happy to stay again if I'll return to the area.

AWESOME STAY!!! This is the third time I have stayed and every time it is better than the last. I wish I had time to stay longer as I am just passing through. Their place is convenient and clean. A beautifully decorated and well cared for upstairs that easily accommodated our needs. In addition to the upstairs bedrooms we had access to a living room, dining room, and another full bath and powder room on the first floor. The kitchen space is shared but we never had any issues and the arrangement worked well. We had plenty of space in the fridge. Coffee, tea, breakfast goodies, cereal, and fresh were provided. The location in Farragut was perfect for us. It is very quiet with nature trails nearby. I highly recommend this property!

100% amazing! I would recommend Andrew's place to others who are looking for a home away from home. Our group had a bit of an extended stay, for school purposes, and it was really nice to walk in and relax during our off time. Also, this had been my first AirBnB experience and I would say I look forward to similar experiences in the future. Andrew's place will be our top pick for our next TN adventure.

Quiet, clean accommodations

Very quiet and pleasant house and room close to downtown. Loved the private room and bathroom with access to Netflix before bed. Didn’t get to meet the hosts unfortunately, but they were very welcoming and super quick to respond to anything. Would definitely recommend.

I have now stayed in both rooms Randy and his family host. They are both great options if looking for a place to stay. It's relatively close to just about anywhere you want to go in Knoxville or surrounding areas. They have recently installed mini refrigerators in both rooms this room is on the main bedroom floor for the family, so you hear them moving around, obviously. But somehow I have very rarely seen them. Both are certainly private spaces. I'm sure I'll stay again soon.

Was driving through the area very late at night and needed a place to stay for the night. Reached out to Samantha and made sure it was ok to check in at 2-3am. We arrived around 2:30am and were able to get into our room and get a nice night of sleep. Home is very nice and all the amenities were available. Great stay!

I was moving my daughter from TX so this was our halfway mark. Sam’s place was a welcomed break after driving all day. She was awesome in accommodating every need. Wish we had more time to explore Knoxville but now I know a great place to stay. I will come back!!

The place was close to downtown and spacious. I got in late and felt like it was in a safe neighborhood. Very quick to respond to messages. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had extra supplies in case you forgot stuff, which I did. Overall great experience.

My husband and I booked a few days at Samantha’s place and I had a family emergency come up last minute and couldn’t personally stay for the trip. Samantha was very accommodating with just my husband being able to stay and he really enjoyed the stay and the location!

This host and her husband went out of their way to help us with our last-minute emergency! I would be willing to say Roll Tide, just based on that! But their space was also SO clean and super-cute, and they had just about anything a person might need in the private bathroom. It was a fantastic stay, and was just perfect for us!

My wife and I were thrown by hotel prices for the weekend due to all the festivities, so we took to Airbnb to see if we could find a sensible place for 2 nights. Jake's apartment was awesome, modern, clean, and very cozy! Would definitely want to stay here again.

Jake’s place was very clean and beautifully renovated. The street noise can be easily heard but nothing a white noise machine can’t drown out at night. He had great communication and left detailed instructions for a seamless check in. Great value for just a quick 1 night stay. Thank you again!

Great place, walkable to downtown

Jake was great and reached out soon after we checked in to see if we needed anything, which we greatly appreciated. I was worried coming into a city with the parking, but there was a nice garage that was covered and spots always available. The studio was cute, comfy, cozy, and in walking distance of places to eat and the trolley stops to easily get on and head down town!

This place was super nice and clean. A few miles from just about everything in downtown Knoxville.

We can not say enough about our stay! It’s just wasn’t a place to hang your hat for the weekend it felt more like home with all the amenities and personal touches of the place. Exceeded all our expectations!! If you like animals this is your place!! Fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast was the highlight every morning.

I stayed at Eric’s place with my team of 6 people. We were greeted by sweet dogs and ducks, which added some fun to our arrival! The suite was roomier than I had anticipated. We put 3 people in the bedroom, and 3 in the living room on the couches, one of which is a pull out couch. The beds and couches were all VERY comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows, and there was a choir of frogs outside that lulled everyone to sleep. It’s an incredibly beautiful home, situated on acres of beautiful farmland, so the space felt private without that commercial feeling. There were snacks and beverages available, along with just incredible WiFi. Yard eggs were left for us to cook for breakfast as well, they were delicious! We highly recommend staying here.

Eric and Adrienne were great hosts. Communicated well and were great people. They let our three kids help feed there horses which was awesome for them. The place is absolutely great, very clean, very cozy, very conveniently located to tons of local stores, restaurants and attractions, only 21 min drive from the airport. Nevertheless it is pretty secluded and quiet. My kids absolutely loved the horses, cats dogs and chickens on the farm, that they were able to interact with. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people, it was such a pleasure to meet them and talk to them. Communication with them was easy and fast with very quick responses. Fresh eggs for breakfast was very nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay, and definitely would come back again.

If you've ever wanted to test out staying in an RV, check out Mark's place. The living/eating area is way more spacious and comfortable than we thought it would be. The bathroom and bedroom are exactly what we thought - a bit tight. (The bed is comfy, but it is a bit high if you are short.) The weather made our one night stay a little noisy as there were thunderstorms and on and off heavy downpours. We'd defintely stay again and hopefully mother nature would cooperate better.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay with Mrs. Donna! Her hospitality was absolutely amazing! And the house was beautiful and very clean and put together! She made me feel very comfortable and was always there if I had a question. Recommended a lot of fun tennessee activities!! I would 10/10 recommend staying with Donna. At first I was extremely nervous about staying in a room at someone’s home. BUT Mrs. Walters made me very at ease. She is an extremely sweet host as well as her husband. The house was beautiful and very clean! I did not feel uncomfortable for one moment, the hosts made me feel safe and comfortable! I am so so happy that I chose to book with them. I had a great time and if I ever come back to Tennessee I will 100% be booking this place again !!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I absolutely would !

Omg Donna was a great host even in our short notice she welcome us to her home , we book her like 2 hours before our arrival, the house was clean and lovely, she even made us breakfast before we left. My kids where so happy in our stay, we thank Donna so much for What she did!

This place was so amazing. My husband and I fell in love with it, it had so much space to move around and had literally everything we needed. The first day I had trouble with the door (because I’m dyslexic and was punching the numbers wrong lol) and Abigail came immediately to help us and was so sweet. My husband and I used this trip to be away from city living and to de-stress from school while we saw friend. It definitely did that. It was a major difference from having street lights shining outside your window and cars driving by constantly at night to complete darkness and quiet in the room while you sleep. I slept like a baby to say the least omg. It was very calm and tranquil and their neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. My husband even wants to move to Tennessee just because of how lovely everything was. We had a great time staying there and hope to come back soon!

John was a very thoughtful host, who kept clear and timely communication. The space was clean and had a neat setup. Laundry was also convenient, considering I was participating in a local tennis tournament. The music upon entering, the helpful tips/welcome letter, and prepared linens were a wonderful touch to the space. The space had pretty much everything one could ask for as far as amenities goes; high chance that if you need it, it's already there. You also are not too far from most places you would need to visit, with plenty of shops and restaurants not far away. Absolutely would recommend.

Chad and Lynsey’s place exceeded all of our expectations! This was our first time using Airbnb with our dogs and it was amazing. They had a large fenced in back yard and they got plenty of love from their son and Sunny! The home was very cozy and had really nice touches of decor, games, and books. The internet was very good since I had to work from my laptop part of the time. 10/10 recommend and will be booking for all of our future Knoxville stays!

Carlos, our dog Molly, and I had a marvelous time in Knoxville. We are Gamecock fans and traveled to the area for the football game. While there is not much to say about the game, there are tons of positive things I could say about this Airbnb. If I could give them an eleven, I would. This sweet family offers amazing, comfortable accommodations with all the amenities one could need! They had toiletries, an iron, hair dryer, a comfortable living room with a TV/numerous channels, coffee...you name it...they have it. They were amazing communicators and provided us with a wealth of information about local restaurants (Lakeside Tavern and Chesepeakes...WOW) and dog parks. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can make the trek back to Knoxville. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.

His home is in a very quiet neighborhood. It's very nice to look at, it's bright and colorful. Outstanding looking kitchen. Rob does not hesitate to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. There is no inconvenience at all in this location. Just about everything you need is within a ten minute drive, and the drive to the city is close by. I'd recommend this location to anyone for a nice vacation

Robert's place is located in West Knoxville and is conveniently located to many areas and not a far drive to downtown. The place is sparkling clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Knoxville area.

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay with easy access to the downtown and university area, this is perfect. Robert gives very clear check in instructions and is very responsive to any communication. Although we did not spend enough time at the house to cook or prepare food, his kitchen seems well equipped to do so. We found his AirBnb description to be very accurate and appreciated the water bottles, coffee and creamer he provided. Robert is a top notch host!

Place was perfect for my needs. Host was accommodating and helpful with directions to nearest grocery store. Loved this place!
