South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Farm house on 80 acres (bring your horse too)

Bring the whole family on a UP adventure. Our farm house is pet friendly with a dog door and fenced in pet area. There is also a pasture and barn for your horse friends. Walking distance to the boat launch for Millecoquins Lake, so bring the boat along too. Centrally located 45 minutes West of the bridge easily take day trips to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, or Grand Marais.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
