Tess’s place was beautiful and full of light. It was an easy Tube ride to many destinations in London. Tess was very responsive to questions and made our stay comfortable.

Nice apartment with a lovely garden, well equipped, 25 minutes from downtown. Two double beds. Trains pass behind the fence but noise do not disturb when sleeping. I recommend.

The flat is clean, comfortable and relaxing.Tess is really supportive and kind.I strongly recommend this flat. Tess kindly taught me how to use a washing machine, which is difficult for foreigners to understand. The room is bright in any weather. The view of the garden is the best and it is quiet without the sound of the car. There was also a cute squirrel. I sometimes see the train, but I don't mind the sound. The train kid was happy.

It was a wonderful place to stay as our first rental of three during our London/Paris trip with my 3 kids and my mom. Tess set the bar high with great amenities, clean place and quick responses. It felt really homey and although it rained one of the days, we enjoyed the backyard view and the sunny sunroom where we had breakfast and snacks after our daily tourist excursions into the city. The neighborhood was quiet with a fruit/vegetable stand at the end of the street where we dropped by to get fresh fruits each day. There's other markets and eateries nearby. Location was great because we wanted a place a little bit away from touristy places to rest. Loved that we were able to do some laundry too.

It was a great accommodation as expected. Tess always responded quickly, the kitchen and living room were enough to enjoy, and the best was the room with the yard. The three children in my house loved this space and enjoyed it every day. When you go down into the space below the ring, you may feel a bit disappointed at first due to the existing entrance, but you will soon be amazed by the wonderful space you enter and meet. Although not in the heart of London, Kil Translation and Queens Park Station are accessible. We often used Tesco near Kil Translation.

This is a beautifully presented ground floor flat close to 3 underground stations. It is light and airy and has its own garden. My family stayed here for 3 nights and even though there was a major water leak from the flat above (completely unrelated to this lovely flat), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tess has provided extra, thoughtful touches like local restaurant tips, soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, and a genuinely fully kitted out kitchen. Tess was very contactable throughout our stay and even came back early from her holiday to clean up for us after the water leak. Very highly recommended place to stay!

A great stay experience is our ideal holiday home. Traveling during the day and returning to the lush green yard in the evening to enjoy the coolness is the most relaxing time of the day. I am at a loss of words! Tessa’s home is an artist’s sanctuary- so inspiring, so much to see, it was hard to leave and explore all that London has to offer. That being said, when we did leave, everything was so close! Camden is honestly one of the best neighborhoods in London, and the location of this Airbnb is perfect. Tessa provides a thorough list of the best eats, shoppes, and visits of the city giving an authentic and well rounded experience of London. I just wish I had more time to spend both in the Airbnb and the city itself, but I suppose that just means I will have to come back soon and stay at this very spot!👌🏼❤️

What you can expect from staying with Tessa is a beautiful, comfortable home with a easy walk from the Camden Road Tube station and a variety of fun things to do while you are there! The flat is decorated top to bottom with interesting art and books and faces a garden back lot with Georgian buildings. A nice sized kitchen to have tea in and you might see a few Magpies out the window in the morning!

Excellent location as apartment a 7 minute walk from Camden station so superbly placed to see all of London. A wonderfully quirky alice in wonderland style apartment with surprises in all the nooks and crannies - seashells, a dolls house, fabulous hats.. Also enjoyed browsing the eclectic book collection ranging from Dostoevsky to Alexander McQueen. Bed was comfortable and apartment was cosy despite me visiting in February cold. Kitchen very well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. Check in and communication with host extremely easy and efficient. Great value stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It is so gorgeous and we feel like we have met a ancient nautical collector of the Great Britain :-)

Just excellent, It really felt like home

I read the reviews before booking. I can say hand on heart I don't always take them on face value. The photos in the Air BnB description are as you will find the property. Clean well decorate. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgable, Gregory makes wonderful bread (sorry if we didn't leave much after breakfast). If you dive using sat nav this may be frustrating as the roads around are gated making the area very safe and free from traffic. You have to enter from the opposite end from the Park. Gregory has parking permits you can purchase £4.50 for 24 hrs or £1.50/ 2 hrs.( not his charges). Walking to the Local tube is about 5-10mins dependent on how quick you walk. Victoria line straight in to Oxford Circus about 10 mins. There are quite a few eateries locally which can offer a range of foods. Ask the host for directions and recommendations. Very enjoyable stay and enjoyed their company. So much so, no early night.

Price and quality: 10 points. I will detail every point that seems important to me. We inform in detail how to get to the house. Once we arrived we explained and showed each part of the house, how to go downtown, what places to go to eat etc. Location: it is in finsbury park. 6 blocks from the Picadilly subway line, 2 blocks from a main avenue that passes all buses. With that subway line you reach central London in 20 minutes. It must be clear that the London subway network is incredible. You can get anywhere. Then on that main avenue there are several supermarkets. When I arrived at Gatwick airport I bought the oyster card with the one-week pass. It has to be zone two, with that it reaches and exceeds. But to go to the house you have to buy a separate ticket that costs 8.50 pounds with the card. The thameslink Keep in mind that if they stay less than a week and the card has not expired, they cannot return it. Apartment: the perfect room, clean and with towels all clean. In bathed it is for use only for us, but it is outside the room. Also everything clean and perfect. It has the kitchen, where one can cook without any problem. It has the living room where it is eaten and is spacious. The reality is that with my girlfriend we really enjoyed the stay and it is a place where I would return. They let us leave our bags, and we picked them up in the afternoon when we went to the airport.

I had a very good 2 night stay at Greg's flat just around the corner from my two sons. He provided me with a very delicious breakfast and helpful info for getting in and out of the flat. He lent me a wok for cooking with my sons, unexpected and helpful.

Pack light , please hope to experience the coffee and homemade sourdough bread .Location ,cleanliness and welcome are all fantastic .Any request was sorted . The best Airbnb rental I've ever had .Looking forward to a return visit soon .

Everything is perfect

Even though it was winter, it was a very pretty hostel. The hot water came out and the host was very active. The interior is so pretty. Recommended

My grandmother is very kind and takes care of her. Very neatly decorated room. Make sure you have plenty of fruit, bread, cereal and yogurt every morning. The location is a bit far from the city but I can fully enjoy the unique English atmosphere. Chubby squirrels come every morning. I think I will remember this place a lot when I go back to Korea. It's like a dream.

What a lovely place! We had such a nice stay, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was so cute and comfortable, and they were so kind! Could not recommend more. East Finchley was such a great location, easy ride into the city but walking distance to such cool places like Hampstead Heath, Muswell Hill, and downtown East Finchley itself. 10 stars!

We again had a wonderful stay at Agri&Roger’s. Everything was perfect : the easy communication, calm and clean place. We definitely recommend and will come back for our next London trip!

Staying on Jessie was a delight, we enjoyed a cosy fire each day. Meg leaves makings for breakfast and there were even daffodils to greet us too. All amenities ship shape and easy to work around. Superb location ! very original set up, was a great experience. Meg welcomed us even though we arrived quite late, and was so kind to relaunch the fire every afternoon so it was warm and cozy when we came back.

Our family of four (kids are 5 and 10) really enjoyed our stay. Being on a boat is a bit less luxurious than your average hotel room but this is more than made up by the bucketloads of charm and the location of Jessie. All communications with a Meg went well and we would love to be back very soon!

This is the second time we’ve stayed on Jessie. We find it such a great place to stay. It’s handy for the tube and other public transport but so relaxing being on the canal. Meg is a great host. She responds n a timely manner to questions and spends time showing you the bits and pieces you need to know about staying on the boat. We came with 2 9 year olds who loved the novelty of being on the boat.

Highly recommend. Really wonderful place to stay and truly a unique experience. Very convenient location and super quick communication. Cozy and warm even in winter. Right in the city but you wake to the sound of ducks quacking. Our family of 4 (two teens) were totally comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Litsa was such a fantastic host - communication was great and quick, she greeted us warmly and even had some home made apple pie upon arrival! The place is just like the pictures - clean and private. The location is excellent - max 5 minute walk to Paddington station and some great restaurants, cafes and pubs within only a few minutes' walk. Hyde park was only 5 minutes away as well. Would stay here again no worries.

Litsa was like a Nonna, very caring and hospitable. She even made us apple pie! Lovely room, it was as advertised and clean. Good location as a base to explore London, only a minute away from Paddington station.

Lista and her husband are very congenial and caring hosts who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is superb - minutes from Paddington. We'll definitely stay with her again when next in London.

A welcome at the top!

I wanted to be near Paddington station as I had a lot of luggage and Litsa's place was ideal as it is only about a 7 minute walk, and I was able to leave my luggage before my room was ready. I had room 7 which was very comfortable, and almost like a small flat with it's own kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and en-suite with shower. A very comfortable double bed and a very quiet room so it was ideal for our needs. I would stay again, and many thanks.

The room is clean, in a quiet area. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a large wardrobe for storing suitcases and clothes. Contrary to what some comments say, the room is quite normal in size! The shower room is functional. The kitchen is an asset, allowing you to warm up a little something and store food cool.

Litsa was an excellent host! She allowed us to check in much earlier than expected and provided us with free breakfast. The room was clean and location was perfect.

Raimonda and Paulius are so lovely, welcoming and helpful! The house is beautiful and very comfortable, I felt at home straight away.

I've been here for a month! The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and the shared bathroom is on the 2nd floor. There is also a cute dog Odyss. Raymonda and Paulis are great people. Their family, Outsandra, was there too! And the next room was so good !! There is a bus stop right in front of the house. It's so warm and delicate. I went alone and went through a lot of loneliness and hard work. Thank you for your concern. Thank you !!

Excellent choice for a friendly, clean and affordable accommodation. They provide towels and there is a selection of tea / coffee you can take from the kitchen. The room is clean and tidy with nice bedding. Be it on the small side it is absolutely fine as a single for sleeping and an hour on Netflix. The bathroom has a good working shower over bath (no power shower thank goodness). Special thanks to Raimonda who waited up for me until 23:30 for check-in. Very chatty as well which I liked. They of course leave you in peace and quiet when you are in your own room.

It is a long way out of central London but the pleasant surroundings make up for that. Leafy suburb with a nice pond and trees nearby (good for runs). Shops and tube within a brisk 15 min walk. Also there is a minicab office at Oakwood Station. Annette was very helpful with directions and things to visit. The dog is lovely and friendly.

Anette has a lovely home in a nice part of town. There is a lovely fish & chip shop 5mins away (recommend curry&chips ;) Will definitely use this place again. Thanks Anette!

Another great stay with one of my goto places when I need to stay in London for work. Normally I have the bigger room but the smaller room is just perfect. Bed is really comfortable. The place is very very clean, great shower and suprisingly quiet.

Excellent communication from before I booked until I left the property. The description was very accurate and clean. The room had everything I required and even more. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and very efficient adjustable heater. Plenty of street car park just opposite the house. Definitely recommended.

We stayed at home one week my husband, me and my two daughters, one of them a baby. Selda's house is very cozy and doesn't lack anything. It has a very good price to be London and you have a whole house with bathroom and kitchen for you. It is not easy to find something like that. It is also a very quiet residential area and has several commodity stores on the way to the train station. Unique hits the distance to the train, which although it is ten / fifteen minutes, if it rains and you go with small children as in our case, it gets a bit heavy. But if you are used to walking and looking for something individual and economical in London, this is the 5 star option. You have to take the train at Brimsdown (10/15 minutes from the house) that takes you to Tottenham Hale and you already connect with the subway line or continue to London Liverpool Street and you are already in the center of London. Up to your home (zone5) the travelcard costs £ 60 for adults for 7 days and allows you to take all buses, trains and subways to that area. And best of all, Selda is charming and willing to help you at any time, but not overwhelming. We felt at home and it has been a pleasure to meet her.

Would highly recommend - clean, private and accessible accommodation with home comforts and parking.

Selda's place is perfect for either short stays or long stays: great location, near Brimsdown train station and some bus routes that easily make you go anywhere you'd like to go. Takeways and supermarkets within 5/10-minute walk to grab something to eat and larger supermarkets within 20 minutes by bus. We really had good time at Selda's place, it was perfect for our stay as my children attended a language school in Oakwood for two weeks and we could take the bus and drop off directly in front of the school. I would recommend Selda's accommodation to anyone with children as you can also cook if you don't want to spend too much money eating out.

If you want to stay in Enfield area with chip accommodation is a nice family house. Clean, quiet. You can trust Elisha.

Single bed room with free pavement parking at a reasonable price. Hospitable family with a seven year old. No probs at all to walk through their living room to the kitchen and bathroom - recommended. Oh and two nice little cats too.

I spent 3 good weeks in this flat. I didn’t have any problems and had all for a comfortable life. There are 3 bedrooms, all neighbors were respectful and quiet. My room was really huge with a nice view and the balcony. The bed was big with good mattress. In the kitchen you can find all for cooking and a washing machine. Location as well is good, around 6 minutes to Aldgate East station and 10 minutes to Aldgate. Nearby you can find a few local supermarkets and big Tesco, also a lot of caffe, restaurants and pubs. Gianluca is a very good host, he helped me with my luggage and was flexible with checkin and checkout.

This is an awesome flat! The room is very spacious and beautiful. Also, the flat is well located between zone 1-2 in London, which helps to get around London easily. Additionally, the host was super helpful and responsive. I will definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Gianluca's place. The place is neat and close to City of London. He was also a quick replier to my messages and informing me about new guests at the apartment.

Helped me with my heavy suitcases both at arrival and departure. He is very friendly and had a great chat in general. The place is well located, clean and modern.

Gianluca was lovely and attentive throughout my stay (1 month), and was on hand to answer any questions I had. He didn't seem to mind my late arrival time to the place, and was there to welcome me when I arrived. The apartment is roughly 7-8 minutes walk to Aldgate East station, and Whitechapel station (and a large Sainsbury's) are around 10 minutes in the other direction. There are also 3 small Tesco's (2x Express, and one Metro) within 5 minutes walk, and a 24 hour McDonald's if that's your thing. If Whitechapel didn't have what I was looking for, there were plenty of restaurants on Brick Lane and Commercial Street (10 minutes walk), and at Spitalfields Market (15 mins walk). I was surprised by how well located the flat was, and the street always seemed to be quiet after midnight. The flat had the basic things I needed to get by for the month that I was there, and the other flatmates all had different work shedules, so there was never any trouble sharing the shower in the mornings. Despite me having the smallest room in the flat, I still had plenty of room to empty my two suitcases into the wardrobe and drawers, and live comfortably. Given the flat and the area, the price was around what I expected. There's also a lift, but you probably won't ever need to use it unless you have heavy luggage. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in another one of Gianluca's places, if I was in a similar position again. Thanks Gianluca

"Hugh's Penthouse is a beautiful space. I stayed there while it was being set up and I'm sure it's going to be fantastic. The bed is really cozy and all the kitchen amenities are high-end. I stayed for 2 months while working in NE London. This is a very quiet self contained annex with comfy bed and good facilities. Hosts are lovely and quick to respond. I would book again if working in that area of London,

The host was great and had prompt responses to any of my queries. Sometimes at night I would hear cats or weird noises. Other than that it was near the grocery store and a few bus stops. In the beginning I was confused about the key system, after a day or so I go use to it.

I always enjoy getting to know more neighbourhoods in London, and this was no different. Located in Ponders End in North London, this spacious flat in a quiet street offers an excellent place for a single or a couple to stay, and probably more. It's easily reachable by bus (including night buses), and within a reasonable walking distance of two Overground stations and one train station. With separate sleeping and living areas, each with lots of space and storage, the apartment felt roomy and spacious. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus, and I found the shower lovely with the perfect pressure for hot water. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. The self-check-in procedure was smooth, and Irena's instructions were very clear and helpful, especially as I had a late flight. Communication was brilliant, quick and effective. I had a lovely stay and already look forward to staying here again. Well recommended.

I've been through many Airbnb's over the past month (5 different airbnb's), and this is by far the best one. Cleo and Richard were very helpful, responsive, and made sure I feel settled in their home. Extremely welcoming hosts. The room is very spacious, newly furnished, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Their home is very beautiful and I would highly recommend booking it, if you're lucky to find it available. Great room, great value. Jane was great. She answered quickly and was very helpful. Close to super market and the pub. I can really recommend this place

Jane was a great host, nice homely house and really close to the train station as stated, maybe a minute away. Also there were some really nice baked treats, the chocolate biscuits were lovely.

Jane is a Superhost and I can see why. Lovely room and over the road from good transport links. Perfect.

Really enjoyed my stay with Tom, he was very welcoming and offered to upgrade my room to a double at no extra cost. Lots of little extras including breakfast, tea/coffee and bottled water in the fridge. The house is within walking distance of the tube station (and is on a direct line into central London), local shops and places to eat. Thanks Tom.

Tom was a friendly and talkative host. The room was comfortable for the two of us. The house is in a friendly suburb five minites walk from tube and buses. I would gladly recommend his hospitality for anyone visiting London.

Super place with a Superhost!

This is an excellent place to stay. Tom will look after you very well. Many nice touches. Close to the tube for central London. Southgate has several good restaurants in all price ranges. I will be returning to this B&B on my next trip.

Excellent atmosphere would advise to stay

I loved the stay in Aanu’s place. It’s clean, modern, and in great location. First place I’ve stayed which is suitable for infants. There is a lift in the building and I could use a cot all was permitted to use toys. My son was living his life there! Aanu is really good host. When other host let me down in last minute, she organised key for me and let me stay even she wasn’t even at home and was checking on me all the stay. When my little boy didn’t feel well, she advised the place to go to get him checked. I cannot recommend her more. Ended up staying 3 more nights that I planned.

Aanu is a great person, responsible , helpful, room is big and clean, toilet as well. Home owners are nice and very quiet. better than i expected. At this moment in my opinion this is the best room at Enfield. I highly recommend

Clear instructions on gaining access, personal welcome, clean quiet room and very handy 15 min walk to 2 overground stations, handy for local cinema and variety shops. Would definitely stay again .

Very good passage at Noomi that I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to meet. The principle of self-checking is effective, access to the apartment can be done at any time of the day and is quite simple. The room is very elegant, clean and spacious, excellent value for money. I had the chance to meet Derrick, Noomi's husband, with whom we spoke very briefly, Derrick made me very welcome. The apartment is easy to access, many public transport are available in the surroundings. I will not hesitate, if I am back from the area, to return to Noomi.

So clean and lovely family.

I enjoyed staying in Moni's clean and beautiful house. They are nice and friendly. The location is great to take bus or Tube. But I did have difficulties in taking bus no 318 according to Google map. The best way is to walk from White Hart Lane station or bus W3.

Moni and her family are very kind and helpful. I stayed with them for two weeks and I could not be more happy about the stay. Moni and her husband helped me with everything I needed, they are very kind and genuine people.

Elisha was an AMAZING host! She truly welcomed us into her home and displayed such great hospitality. The place looked just like the pictures so there wasn’t any surprises. Elisha responded very quickly to our last minute booking and really worked around our schedule to accommodate us. Her husband Ron is also very friendly and accomodating.
