The villa offers all the comforts for a relaxing vacation or weekend getaway. Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. This converted barn is located in the middle of a residential area. It's quiet here, and you have privacy. 10 minutes by bike from the woods, heath and by car to the National Park De Hoge Veluwe. Nature is "around the corner." Within a one-minute walk, there is a bus stop that takes you to Ede-Wageningen station. From there, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort are easily accessible. Shower, toilet and kitchen are provided.

Beautifully located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the 1929 mansion. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. Fairytale-like large barn, private entrance.

The large space is cozy and comfortable, a lot of attention is paid to the special interior. Ideal for family or group stay. Plenty of space for conviviality, or to find your own quiet spot. The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

The guesthouse, suitable for 3 guests, is located on the 1st floor of our barn, located at the back of our deep, free garden and has its own entrance. It consists of two (bed) rooms, a kitchenette and shower/toilet room. A place to dive in and relax. You have access to WiFi. On the driveway of our house, there is the possibility to park. Located in the city center, both bus and train transportation are within walking distance.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!
