Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.
