Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Explore Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore beaches on Lake Michigan during the summer or cross country ski in winter, 10 minutes. Only 25 minutes to Crystal Mountain down hill skiing, cross country skiing, and golf. Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. Kayaks provide exercise/relaxing float. One member of guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

The cottage has windows on almost on every side providing light and showcasing the beautiful views of the wooded lots around it, making it feel a little like a treehouse on the lake.

The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Relax on the decks, or warm up by the fire pit.

Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
