  • It can be challenging to find good and affordable accommodation in the Dungannon area, given that is a very residential zone, however, finding this place, Marie and Co, was a true blessing! Proper Irish hospitality! If you're in need, as I was, of a good, well placed and affordable home-like stay, look no further, this is it! I couldn't thank them enough. Best regards guys!

Flowerhill Barn has just been converted into three luxury apartments. The apartments nestle in fifty acres of farmland. They are finished to a high standard. The apartments are adjacent to our popular Flowerhill Cottage. The apartments are situated three miles from the centre point of Northern Ireland.
The apartments are less than one mile from Coalisland and just three miles from Dungannon. Both towns have a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
  • A great stay in a super clean apartment! Everything you need is there and the open kitchen living area gives a feeling of space and openness. Would definitely recommend.

  • Had a fantastic time at Isabell’s place. The flat was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. The location was also great for a small place like Dungannon - I took a direct bus just a short walk down from the property to Dungannon bus station which connects you to Belfast and other places in N.I. and it was only about 10 minutes away. Very quiet, clean and comfy. I recommend.

  • We stayed one night here and wish that we could’ve stayed longer. The amenities that were provided by the owners (breakfast things like cereal, bacon, eggs, juice, milk, fruit, sandwich fixings, snacks and extra toothbrushes, etc.) went above and beyond what anyone would expect. The location is very quiet and relaxing. It is away from the noises of the town, but still only a very short drive into the town to enjoy a bar, restaurant, or to go into a grocery store. It is in a central location to Dublin, Belfast, the Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge, etc. Within 2 hours you would be in any of these locations (Dublin is JUST over the 2 hour mark) from this cottage. Would highly recommend.

  • Great little place. Very tranquil. Lots of nice walks through farm land. Lots of activities to do. Bed very comfortable and all the cooking equipment you need. Lots of little extras like milk and eggs. Kettle was boiling on the stove as we arrived.

  • Cannot praise trevors little meadow gem enough! He’s done some really great work since I last visited too! No more mud even in the heights of winter! Massive 5* and will be back again

    Jon2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time at Trevor's place, the hut he created is very comfortable, cozy and warm with the fireplace. There is also a firepit outside to sit and relax looking at the stars. He also provided with some milk, bread and huge free rang eggs that were delish. We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't want to leave. Looking forward to going back. This was our favourite Airbnb experience. Thank you so much Trevor for this beautiful place and all the good memories we have from there. All the best and see you soon :)

    Fer2019-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We were greeted on arrival with our stove lit and a welcoming Trevor who even offered to pick us up from the bus station. Just remember to pack food for the trip and your sure to enjoy! The spot would be perfect for star gazing, bird watching, or just to get away like we did, many thanks for having us!

    Julie2019-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful in all ways. Trevor was such a gem and made sure we had everything we needed. 11/10 will be back!

    Jon2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • You MUST stay here! It had been raining for days before our arrival, and was still the best night we spent on our two week trip to Ireland. A tree lovers paradise, the lovely Trevor has planted hundreds of trees for others to enjoy 70 years from now- amazing! The hut itself is warm, cozy and spotlessly clean. We spent the evening with the back of the trailer open, even in the pouring rain! The wee little wood stove keeps it perfect temp, the candles and solar lamps made the light romantic and dream like- and the highlight of the evening was the way the reflection of the fire through the slits of the stove made the light shine on the ceiling of the hut so rememesent of the northern lights that light up the sky! Beautiful, I'm serious, you wont regret for a second staying here in this truly magical place. Trevor himself is an utter delight, do yourself a favor and create amazing memories for yourself as we have!

We love our little place situated in unspoilt countryside close to the shores of Lough Neagh. Our house is a quirky, cosy home with 2 open fires and filled with books and art. We are very central for travelling anywhere in Northern Ireland and just off the M1 motorway. There are also many places of interest nearby. We have two bedrooms available for separate booking or both rooms can be booked together for an additional cost.
Our home is simple and we hope it is welcoming, comfortable and peaceful. We are located in the countryside but not far from town. We also like to let guests know we have a little dog.

  • What a fabulous and welcoming home. We were treated like family and nothing was too much bother. The house is beautiful and warm. Whether it’s watching goldfinches on the bird feeder in the morning with the doggy looking expectantly at your toast or admiring the bluegrass band memorabilia in the downstairs loo - it was all perfect. Thank you.

  • Lovely wee spot tucked away just on the edge of Cookstown. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, generous bathroom with roll top bath and excellent shower. Perfect for short and long stays alike where the beautiful house and gardens can be used as a base for exploring a great part of Ireland. Thanks Sharon for the hospitality

    Chris2019-12-11T00:00:00Z
  • Wow I booked my stay at Sharon and Arnie's at very short notice and received a very quick response and excellent Directions to get me to them. I was completely blown away by the house which is a wonderful home filled with history, artefacts and a very warm welcome. This house is full of wonderful character, do not expect a sterile magnolia coloured plasterboarded box! The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with lovely tasteful furniture. I had a great undisturbed sleep. The shared bathroom included was large, cosy and had a fantastic shower with seemingly plenty of hot water. It was also light and functional with a good mirror (which I appreciate). I only had a short overnight stay (on business), and my only regret was not being able to stay longer (on this ocassion:-) I certainly intend to return with my better half and to explore the area some more. Sharon and Arnie are lovely, friendly hosts who made me feel most welcome and I look forward to seeing them again :-)

  • We had a wonderful time at the Annex. Huw’s family is friendly and welcoming. The Annex is much bigger and much cuter than the pictures show! The value for what you pay is exceptional, even for Northern Ireland where everyone we met was so kind. We were welcomed with fruit and jams, breads and other treats and essentials that met our dietary needs. We really enjoyed the porch area and the huge, spotless bathroom. It is a great place for a couple or two couples or a family. There is much to be seen in the locale and we sure hope to be back someday!

    Sarah2019-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was brilliant, like other reviewers Nan welcomed me at the Annex with a roaring log fire. Nan and Huw are the perfect hosts. On arrival Nan had provided some essentials including bread, tea, milk, coffee and cereals etc. Enough to get us started before we headed off into Cookstown 5 mins away in the car. The accommodation is located in a very quiet rural area and is perfect to relax and unwind with stunning views. There is a convenience store and restaurant about a mile away so you don't need to venture into town if you don't want to. The pictures don't do the accommodation justice, it is lovely with one double bed and two singles beds which were really really comfy. We had a really nice stay and will be staying again at some stage in the future.

  • Very helpful and friendly. I was late and lost, so I phoned Sean who found me and I was able to follow him back to the BNB. I was welcomed and offered refreshments on my arrival. A bit distressed by my being alone, lost in the dark , I was glad to get into a great shower then de-stress in a very serene and relaxing bedroom. I had an undisturbed sleep and tastey breakfast with fresh eggs from Delias own hens. I would highly recommend a stay here.

  • Great place. Worth staying a few nights to get a real feel for it. Wonderful host. Had a problem with flies during our stay but the place was very clean no obvious reason for them. Not really sure why the windows in bedroom 4 were covered in adhesive. Any further guest bare in mind hot water requires manual setting but it's relatively simple. 😊

    Gwyn2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Ann's place was really tranquil and beautiful we really enjoyed our stay her the scones were yummy and a lovely touch on arrival. Ann was very kind and helpful. Our 2 girls loved the trampoline, slide and swing set and loved the neighbours in the field beside us(the cows). Thanks Ann for a lovely stay would recommend to all.

  • You will have an extremely comfortable stay at Ann's house. The house is spotlessly clean, the living area is so comfortable to relax and enjoy each others company in and there is a luxurious bath if you fancy some deep relaxation. The garden is really beautiful and we wish we had longer to stay so we could have enjoyed the outdoor dining experience. Ann was so friendly and we absolutely loved her scones which she very kindly baked fresh for our arrival. You wont regret staying here.

Warm hospitality in assisting me to track down local ancestry. Went well beyond in assisting me with local connections. A wonderful time and would highly recommend.

  • Joy went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make sure we easily found our way to the bungalow and ensure we had dinner by driving us to the restaurant and convincing them to accept euros instead of pounds. The place was cute, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful chocolates on all of the beds. We loved our stay and would highly recommend her place to anyone!

We welcome you to our family farmhouse in the beautiful countryside, situated on the edge of the County Tyrone and County Armagh. Just a 2 km drive off the M1. My husband, Polly ( the sheepdog), and I will be here to welcome you into our home, We have free range hens and they contribute towards your lovely breakfast. And a few traditional Irish Draught horses. Summertime rush hour is the cows coming home up the road from the field to be milked on the neighboring farm.
We live within the working farming community, surrounded by grazing livestock. It seems secluded but we are only 1 kilometre off the M1, 15 minutes drive from Armagh, Portadown and Dungannon. Sightseers can easily visit The Hill of ONeill Dungannon, Armagh City and return through the 🍏 orchards . Peatlands Park (a bogland with walkways) and the National Trust properties of The Argory and Ardress house. And we are just a 45 min drive from Belfast.

Carolyn offered food and drink and lots of local information and help. A truly wonderful stay. Thanks

  • Carolyn is a perfect host very friendly a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay

    Nick2019-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • Carolyn was a fantastic host. I was given a quick tour on arrival after being introduced to the dog. I dumped my bags in my room and was offered a cup of much needed cup of tea. Carolyn was very flexible and was happy if you wanted to talk or just spend time on your own. The tea and porridge was great! The bed was comfy and the farmhouse was full of character and very cosy. I would love to stay again next time I am over in Ireland. Cheers and all the best, Elliot.

    Elliot2019-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • My stay here was exceptionally hospitable. I was made feel totally at home and I felt like I wasn't intruding at all. Carolyn made the stay extra special with little touches which make you want to come back. It was a cozy and stylish house where I was given lots of space and privacy. I'll definitely be back if I'm in that neck of the woods!

  • This is one of the best AirBnB properties I have stayed in, for the price and type of property. It's equipped with everything we needed, everything works, it's spotless, far roomier than the pictures suggest (or than it looks from the road!), comfortable and all in all a great place to stay. The location is on a quiet road leading up to the golf club (which is open to the public for food and drinks) but equally is a short distance into town. I don't think anyone would regret booking here.

Parkwood House is a duplex style house in a quiet gated development convenient to both Dungannon town centre and M1 motorway , mid Ulster perfect for a central location for your business or holiday stay.
The house is duplex style with open living / dining / kitchen , hall and utility room & toilet on ground floor . The two guest bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor .The third floor is not for guest use .This is my main residence but I have the facility to move elsewhere during guests bookings allowing guests to enjoy the property privately.Hence I have gone with advertising as whole space private booking. I have asked for guests to message me in advance to approve dates. In light of recent Covid-19 pandemic we have taken advice from AirBnB and adopted their enhanced cleaning operations. This means frequently touched surfaces such as door handles , remotes , taps, light switches etc .. are given attention. We ask guests to place all tissues etc in the lined bins for easy and safe disposal . Also, as this is my residence when guests are not staying, it comes with the bonus of you having full use of kitchen , feel free to use the cooking and cleaning products there. Will always be a good supply of tea & coffee.....!!
Parkwood House is located near both Dungannon town centre and convenient side of town for access to the M1 motorway . The house is set in a gated development and within walking distance of Dungannon Park and Windmill Park . Please use google maps to further explore the location. Dungannon is Mid-Ulster and therefore perfect central location for your business or holiday stay in Northern Ireland .
