L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, sur une petite place, à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des promenades au bord de la Loire. La décoration est du type Scandinave mais chaleureuse. We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
