The apartment was unbelievable, it really does look as amazing as it looks online, A perfect getaway and perfect occasion setting

This is my second time staying at one of these owners’ unique AirBnB’s and once again it exceeded all expectations. From the attention to detail to the comfort of the furnishings, you can’t find anywhere better. What tops it is feeling you can approach the owners so easily and they are so prompt to respond. I can’t wait to head to their ice fortress place next time to complete this AirBnB trifecta.

A very artistic and natural place to live. The host is very ingenious and caring about the lodger. Very cozy. And you will find everything you want in the apt. I like the forest and wood theme as well. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and unique space, a memorable experience - that’s for sure. The place was just as described, with amazing attention to details and extra touches like great coffee machine and milk provided, plenty of towels and warm, cozy bedding. The forest theme created an environment more relaxing than I even imagined. The location of the apartment, being at the end of the hall meant it was a quiet oasis in the middle of the CBD. Can’t fault this place!

We had a great stay at Kate and Has’s apartment. The location is perfect for discovering Fitzroy and a stones throw from the tram for exploring further. The space is ideal for 2, we didn’t use the kitchen area as there are too many good food options right on the door step! The communication with the agents was really easy when needing to leave our bags at the office in the city and they were also able to get us checked in earlier than scheduled. Kate and Has have a wonderful little apartment in a beautiful part of Melbourne. The fitzroy is such a fun, hip, exciting area. The apartment is in the heart of all the action. Only a few meters away from great cafes and even better bars. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a single or couple that are looking to explore Melbourne from an almost perfect inner city base, if you want to be walking distance to various restaurants and famous places. The hosts offer a thoughtful accommodation which we would come back to the next time we are visiting Melbourne.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

Fabulous hosts. Great space and location. This is the one!

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The guest room and bathroom are gorgeous.

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

What a wonderful apartment. Loved the styling and the touches from Charlee. Check in was super easy. Location is perfect. Wish I could have stayed for a lot longer and very keen to be back.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

A stylish sanctuary above the buzz of Swanston St, this apartment is the ideal location for exploring Melbourne, close to many public transport options, and has been perfectly furnished for relaxation after a busy day. Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Easy access to this great central apartment, with trams, railway station and discount shopping all within 200m. Fantastic to get 3 bedrooms so our group of 5 could all stay comfortably. Mon was helpful with her directions and communications under such pressure with the coronavirus at the time.

Mon is definitely a great host who has patience to communicate with. Her apartment's location is the best in downtown which is very close to the southern cross station, car rental and Coles supermarket. Highly recommended Mon's place when you come to Melbourne.

We had an excellent stay here and will certainly come back next time we are in Melbourne. The flat had everything we needed and was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The location is so convenient for the bus and train stations and an easy walk into the CBD for a free tram. Our host was easy to reach, very helpful and answered any questions promptly. A great place to stay for the tennis or footy!

Chris and Elle’s apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD next to great shops and cafes. Supermarket nearby is very handy. My husband and I stayed with another couple and had a bedroom and bathroom each. Stocked with coffee, tea and pantry essentials. Thanks for having us!

What can we say? This is a great property in a great location with great hosts. We stayed for a week just after the Australian Open while Melbourne was still buzzing. The location is unbeatable and the building is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was included and the hosts were so quick at responding to queries and organising check in and check out. They also seem to really care about ensuring your stay is great and providing local knowledge of the area. Thanks again, highly recommended.

The central location and views towards Rod Laver Arena, MCG and river, are spectacular. The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped. If the windows are open, the train noise is loud but you get used to it. Chris and Elle were very quick to respond to questions and provided extra fan on request to assist air con in smaller front bedroom.

My stay at Kerrie’s studio was exactly what I wanted - a quiet, inspiring, colorful and clean space to stay whilst in Melbourne for a few nights. Kerrie was a great host, greeting me on arrival. Her gorgeous studio was extremely well equipped with lovely thoughtful additions throughout. And a beautiful garden to look out onto. Would definitely stay here again!

Studio was perfect for my short trip to Melbourne. Great local neighborhood, with a short distance walk to many cafes & restaurants. I always love to see where the locals hangout and live and this was a perfect way to do it! Architecture of the studio was amazing, very clean place, and very accommodating to drop off my luggage earlier + after checkout for my flight.

This home is a lovely, authentic loft- nice & quiet & perfect for a trip to authentic, cool Brunswick! Gus & Feng Feng were always reachable & would answer all my questions in no time! I highly recommend this place- there isn’t a washing machine but you can go to one of the laundry facilities on one of the main roads. DON’T miss Monsieur Truffe! Amazing music, lovely people, fantastic brunch- what more do you want❤️

I enjoyed staying at Sarah’s! Supermarket and gelato shop just within the vicinity, also made me feel safe coming home late at night. There are a lot of great food/cafes close by, the tram is just 2 mins walk away. I can’t recommend Sarah’s place enough. She kept it really tidy and stylish. I enjoyed my conversations with Sarah too, she’s always happy to chat and offer tips. I will definitely stay at Sarah’s again when I visit Melbourne :)

Sarah's place is really clean, minimalist, and have all the things that I needed. It is located north of CBD about 20-30mins by tram, so it is a quiet place to rest and sleep after a day of exploring Melbourne. Woolsworth on ground level, a few eateries and coffee shops nearby makes it all more appealing and convenient. Sarah was also very accommodating despite my very late check in time, the tips she privided about where to eat are also really helpful.

Interesting neighborhood, easy an light entrance, supermarket directly below, and 2 different trams next door made it easy to commute. Room was very quite and Sarah is a very easy and helpful host.

Sarah hosted my parents for a week when they came to visit me. They don't really speak English - even they will make themselves understandable - but Sarah made them feel at home since the beginning and was very kind to them. Her place is very clean, amazingly located, and even they were sharing the flat, they enjoyed their privacy very much, which they consider very important. I highly recommend Sarah's apartment! Sarah's place is a really cozy place to stay in. It's clean and comfortable. It's also very convenient as there is a tram stop nearby and a supermarket right below the place. The host also helps to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend people to stay here.👍🏼

I moved to Melbourne from NZ and Sarah's apartment was a great starting point. Very clean and tidy. The shower is wonderful! Slept very well and the outside area is great for relaxing on a sunny day. The supermarket is right next door and on the same road as the tram.

I have stayed at Sarah's place a couple of times and Sarah is an outstanding host her place is spotless clean every time. Sarah has offered great local tips. The location is very easy to get to and to get into the cbd. I would recommend staying here to everyone that wants a stylish clean place.

This is the first ever Airbnb that I booked. The place met my expectations. It was close to transport (city tram) and the view from the balcony was great. The place was wonderfully designed making use of every inch of space possible. I read in the comments that people didn't find it like the pictures but for me, I got a room facing the road outside so I got the same view. The balcony was a bit small when compared to the picture but it was nice. Additionally, I was ready for the bond that people kept mentioning about in the reviews but the host didn't hold back any bond from me. The host also did not take a picture of my credit card. They did require my photo ID which they took a picture of but it is understandable. We didn't cook or stay indoors a lot so we didn't use the kitchen amenities that were provided. There were a handful of utensils in the kitchen. There were enough towels for us. The washing machine was a bit funny as our clothes were still really wet and soaking with water when it was done with the "quick wash". Overall, had a great experience with this first-ever Airbnb that I booked. Thank you

Great on all accounts

The place is amazing and the rooftop with the bbq has a unique view of Melbourne. Is near to the tram, restaurants and breweries. Nice spot close to the city. Everything is pretty much new. The bad thing was that they didn't gave clear instructions for the check-in so we were stressed until the last minute.

The gang in this house are lovey, easy-going and went the extra yard to make me feel at home. Their small touches when it comes to the room and house overall go a long way. You should give it a whirl if considering a stay in Brunswick.

Reuben and the gang were one of the most amazing hosts that I've ever had. Everything went out smoothly and I felt welcomed. The vibe of the place is outstanding and if I would have needed a place for longer, I would've stayed for sure. Great location to trams

Marie’s studio is simply perfect. It is very cozy and has everything that you need. I absolutely loved my stay over there and really recommend the studio if you need some time to recharge away from the city. It has modern facilities and is absolutely gorgeous, and the area is quite nice.

A great little studio apartment close to the cafes and restaurants/bars in Brunswick. Close to train and tram to city also. Cosy studio apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Very easy check-in and good communication from Marie through out.

It was so easy to stay here, great value for money, convenient, close to everything, and clean. Loved the dog, Harvey.

I stopped here for a quick night of rest in between some camping trips in Victoria and it is a perfect place to do that. Karl and Emma have a fantastic dog!

Had a great stay in Brunswick - so close to Lygon St. Was perfect for what I needed, comfortable bed and easy communication with Emma on check-in.

Accommodation well located in the heart of the beautiful district of Brunswick and 10 minutes from transport and 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. Emma let us come early in the morning to put down our bags, thanks to her! We also appreciate its super generous homemade cakes!

Our stay with Emma, Karl and Harvey was great. The room was comfortable and spacious and the house is gorgeous. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed help with something. Thanks for having us!

Easy to find, great access to public transport, great coffee shop down the road (am a coffee snob) great communication from Ayush. He called to give me check in instruction and the videos helped a lot. His place is lovely and quiet inspite being in a busy area. Parking was easy for me too. Staying at Emma’s was great. She was able to have us check in hours prior to posted check in Time. Room and rest of house was very clean. Both Emma and Carl had fast and helpful replies to all my messages and questions.

Emma, Karl and Harvey are the nicest people and doggie family. The house is spacious, you can use their kitchen and wifi, and it’s close to a Tram that runs through Lygon street to the city. Emma’s baking is delicious. Harvey is a gorgeous big boy and loves cuddling. Would absolutely recommend this place :)

Very central location, we could walk everywhere and didn’t need to take any of the free trams. Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Bill had very quick and helpful responses. A lovely oasis out in the vibrant Brunswick neighbourhood of Melbourne. Jin & Avi were so friendly and accomodating, giving us recommendations, and tips for staying in Melbourne. I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Great little place to stay just off the Brunswick strip, with restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Jin and Avi’s place is a must-stay if you are going to Brunswick. It is a short walk everything you need (shops, cafés, restaurants, trams, trains etc.) and is in a nice suburb. Jin and Avi were both warm and welcoming hosts, going above and beyond to make sure the stay was the best possible. I definitely recommend staying with them if Brunswick is on your itinerary!

We had the best stay at Avi's place. The location is ridiculously convenient; walking distance to all the good stuff in Brunswick, plus easy access to the airport and city. The house itself is super cute, spacious and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the happy yellow cupboards in the kitchen and amazingly comfy bed. To top it off, Avi was a standout host, going above and beyond to help us out with a few trip logistics which we really appreciated. Great vibe, awesome value and kind hosts. Highly recommend.

Julian was an amazing host. I bonded very nicely with his mum, Trish. And their dog Sunny. Beautiful girl! 100% would recommend. I will be back!

I had a very comfortable stay at Julian and Trish’s abode. The room was clean and quite big with everything I needed to spread out and feel at home. Bed was nice and comfy. Public transport close by and lots of great places to eat along Sydney Road. Julian and Trish were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Julian's place is great and he's a very friendly and helpful host. The place is close to both train and tram stops meaning you can get into town very easily and theres plenty in brunswick to do. His mum was also super helpful in giving me a recommendation or two when I was at a loose end before heading to the stansted airport of Melbourne that is avalon. Headed down to geelong which was great. All in all I'd highly recommend staying here for the location, hospitality and recommendations.

This a fantastic place to stay, close to the tram and train and the enormous variety of shops along Sydney Road. The room is quite spacious and although the kitchen is small, it has all the equipment you need to make simple meals. This is my second visit and I will hopefully be back next year.

This place is simply amazing! I'm the sort of Traveller who would review 50 hotels/houses before finalizing one. For most part of my travel, I've stayed in CBD area but Lydia's house is so beautiful that it's been the highlight of my stay. If you travel to Melbourne, you must stay at her place.

Lydia is a great host. The apartment is very nice (better than the pictures) and the location is great (couple of meters away from train station). I had to leave the booking in advance because I found a permanent place to stay and she was very helpful. She even gave me a ride to my new accommodation. As a student, these small details mean a lot.

Bill was a super responsive and I had a good experience dealing with him. The apartment was exactly what I wanted, convenient location right next to the skybus/southern cross station. I hope to stay there again next time I’m in Melbourne :)

Loved my stay, located next to the Spencer Outlet and a 7/11 it was super convenient. The home is squeaky clean and has large windows for a perfect view, the couch is unbelievably comfortable too! I really enjoyed being able to walk down to the indoor pool, spa, gym and sauna! Was a very nice surprise and super relaxing after each day

Great little space! John and Kim are very kind and welcoming. The neighborhood has heaps of cool places for eating/drinking. 20 min from centre, but super easy and fun to take the train or tram down :) Definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and Kim kim, we did not have the pleasure of meeting Kim but John was a very friendly person, the bed was very comfortable and generally the accommodation was very quiet. Excellent location

Modern, tidy and comfortable bedroom with a view. Bath is very clean, kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom can heat up on hot days because of the large window, but there is an air conditioner in the living room. Definitely recommendable.

Tucked away from Brunswick Main Street, Kristin’s granny flat is the perfect location for a weekend away in Melbourne. The flat is well equipped, beautifully designed and filled with natural light. Kristin and her husband were lovely and made the check-in and check-out seamless. The best part remains their very cute dog Basil. We’ll be looking to stay there again when visiting Melbourne!

Wonderful location with excellent eateries from across the globe and shops nearby on the quirky Sydney road. Charming Melbourne street and house (decorative ironwork/ lattices galore). Airy immaculate rooms tastefully decorated including with beautiful paintings / prints and inviting tomes. Lovely hosts.

Great hosts and easy, comfortable stay.

This apartment is homeley, cool, and cosy. It even has a small balcony overlooking the area. Great neighbourhood, close to the park and close to busy Sydney Rd, and cool Victoria Rd - but not so close so that you do not also have the quiet atmosphere on the balcony. Hope to come back in future.

Joanna’s place is amazing! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has such charm and character too! It’s down the street from Howler, a cool bar/venue for live music and a quick hop onto Public transit for easy exploring of the rest that Melbourne has to offer! Would stay here again!
