This condo is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. It’s a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms second floor condo at Dolphin Villas with a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access. A plenty of restaurants are very close (Tacky Jack’s, Oyster House, Lulu’s...)There’s a grocery store and Walmart very close also. You can go to the near by watepark, visit the Wharf or Fort Morgan, go to Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA or spent the day relaxing on the beach.

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc... are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc... Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
