Breathtaking views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. Here you found a peaceful and cozy place in a very beautiful forest with an amazing view on the great Sognefjord and a sauna. In the area is a fantastic sandy beach and lots of hiking possibilities. A cozy-rustic cabin with an amazing view

The Airbnb is surounded by fruit trees, peaceful and quiet place with an amazing view on the Hardanger fjord. ( nearest grocery stores are in Granvin or Ulvik, about 20min drive) In the old days the cabin was the maids/girls house, when they came to work on the farm. You can take many wonderful hikes in the area and I highly recommend to use the App UT.no it shows you how far it is, how high, distance, how challenging etc.
